Summary: The Inu gang meets Cloud and Aeris.

The fight continues between Cloud and Bankotsu.

 

At the clash of their swords Aeris stepped back and pulled out her staff in case Cloud needed to be healed.

 

“Wow your pretty good.” Bankotsu remarked.

 

“Your not to bad yourself.” Cloud said.

 

`Hm, maybe this guy is stronger then Inuyasha.' Bankotsu thought.

“Wait you guys!” Kagome said.

 

“What's wrong Kagome?” Sango asked.

 

“I sense two sacred jewel shards.”

 

“Which direction?” Inuyasha asked. Kagome pointed to the right. Inuyasha nodded and knelt down so Kagome could get on his back. Kiara transformed to her larger form to allow Sango and Miroku passage on her back. After everyone was settled and Shippo jumped on Kagome's head and held her hair. When everyone was settled they took off in the direction of the jewel shard. They soon came across Cloud and Bankotsu fighting and Aeris watching. Everyone stared.

 

“I smell graveyard soil. It is coming from the man with the black hair.” Inuyasha said.

 

“So he is one of the band of seven.” Miroku said.

 

“Yeah and he is fighting with the blonde haired man.” Shippo said. Aeris happening to overhear, said, “Excuse me but the `blonde haired man' has a name and his name is Cloud. And I'm Aeris.”

 

“Uh… hi I'm Kag-.”

 

“I now who you are.” Aeris said before Kagome could finish her sentence. “You are Kagome, the hanyou is Inuyasha, the kitsune is Shippo, the demon exterminator is Sango, the Monk or houshi is Miroku, and the two tailed demon cat is Kiara.”

 

“Wow…” Sango stared at Aeris in disbelief. Miroku taking his chances walked up to Aeris and said, “Will you bear my child?”

 

“ Uh… sorry no can do.” Aeris said. Miroku stood beside Aeris and rubbed her behind. SMACK! Aeris slapped Miroku.

 

“You…You… PERVERT!” Aeris turned around and stalked off. She never felt this angry before.

 

“Wait!” Kagome said. “I'm sorry he is such a pervert.”

 

“You got that right.” Aeris said.

 

“Awww mannnn……” Miroku said. “Another beautiful lady gets passed me. But it was worth it.” Shippo rolled his eyes. `He needs to get a life.' Shippo thought. Something caught Kagome eye that was in Aeris' hand.

`She has a jewel shard!' Kagome exclaimed in her hand.

 

“Excuse me, but you have a jewel shard?” Kagome asked.

 

“Oh, yeah. And the other one of course is with Bankotsu.” She looked at the fight between Bankotsu.

 

“Bankotsu?” Kagome asked.

 

“He is the leader of the band of seven.”

 

“He is!”

 

“Yup.”

 

“Inuyasha, come over here!”

 

“What?” Inuyasha asked while running towards Kagome and Aeris.

 

“The guy that is fighting Cloud, is actually the leader of the Band Of Seven.”

 

“WHAT!” Inuyasha said taking out his Tetsaiga.

 

“No don't, Cloud's got this.” Aeris said.

 

“What a human!” Inuyasha said.

 

“What is that supposed to mean!” Sango exclaimed.

 

“Yeah!” Kagome got closer to Inuyasha. Inuyasha tried to back away but Sango was right behind him. He was surrounded.

 

“SIT!SIT!SIT!” Kagome fumed. Inuyasha fell flat on his face.

 

“Ahh!!! That hurt!” Inuyasha yelled.

“Well still I'm not going to stand here and let a human deal with the leader of the band of seven.” Inuyasha picked up his sword and started to walk forward.

 

“No, wait!” Aeris said grabbing Inuyasha shoulder.

 

“Why?”

 

“Because even though he may look weak, he is very strong.” This time Aeris had a serious look on her face.

 

“Alright…” Inuyasha mumbled. He turned to watch the fight.

Cloud deflected Bankotsu sword real hard that both of the warrior's swords fell out of their hands and into ground. Both ran to grab their swords. When they pulled their swords out of the ground and ran towards each other. Bankotsu jumped in the air and headed down towards Cloud. Cloud raised his sword above his head. Bankotsu came down hard with his sword clashing on Cloud's sword, sending out a shock wave in the ground. When Bankotsu landed on the ground, Cloud surprised him by cutting his arm almost off. Bankotsu arm was hanging by a string. Cloud grinned.

 

“Damn YOU!” Bankotsu held his arm. Bankotsu stepped back. A fog appeared around him. Cloud started to run forward but Bankotsu was gone.

 

@AFTER THE FIGHT@

 

Cloud walked towards Aeris and Aeris ran forward.

 

“Nice Job Cloud!” Aeris said. Cloud looked over her head and saw 5 people and 1 cat.

 

“Uh… Aeris who are they?”

 

“There the group we were looking for.”

 

Kagome over heard this. “The group you were looking for?” Kagome repeated. Inuyasha over heard this to.

 

“Why were you looking for us?” Inuyasha asked.

 

“Well…Uh…We were hoping that you would allow us to help you defeat Naroku.” Aeris said.

 

“Why would we need your help!?” Inuyasha snapped.

 

“Because we know where he is.”

 

“You do?” Kagome asked.

 

“Well in that case, you can come.” Sango said. Everyone nodded.

 

“Why do they have to come?” Inuyasha asked.

 

“Because this Cloud guy is really strong he could add to our efforts.” Miroku whispered in Inuyasha's ear.

 

“Fine.” He replied. END OF CHAPTER
