Edwards walked down the side street in a slow pace. Since he was pulled through the gate way his life had been not the same. He hated staying with his father blaming him for his mothers death. He just could not forgive him. Ed watched as the lights turned on. The sun had set and now the stars shown through creating a wonderful night. He sighed he wanted to find a way back so he could see his brother agin. He couldn't do alchemy in this world.
His father and him had tried in many ways to locate a way for him to return but nothing has shown up yet. Ed hurried his pace he wanted to beat his father home so that way he wouldn't have to put up with him asking about his day. His day had been long and tiring. In this world he had to go to college. He didn't mind it so much but it took up a lot of his time for searching.
Ed made it home before his father. Going over the to sink he pored some water in to a bowl. He washed his self off a little bit and then dressed for bed. Ed's father came home right after he went to bed. Seing that his son was in bed already he got ready for bed to. Before he laid down he walked over to Ed. 'I hope sometime you will forgive me for leaving like that, but I did not want your mother to see what was happing to me. Still there is no excuse for what I did so you have every right to be mad. The only thing I can do is help you when I can. Good night my son maybe tomorrow will be a better day.' He then headed to bed laying his head down he dreamed of them on better terms.
Late in the night a loud crash was heard. Ed woke up from the sound. Seeing his father had not awoke he went to check it out. He dressed a little better for going out. It sounded like it went into the woods behind there house. He walked to the door slowly making sure not to wake his father. Getting over to the door he put on his shoes and headed out the door. Flowing the sounds of the night as the lead him to a site he was not ready for.
Kagome looked around her things were going around like mad. People that were not strapped in were flying around. She looked beside her and seen Sota still asleep. She wondered how he could be sleeping in a time like this but then he could sleep through just about anything. She felt the weight of the plain take a dive she then knew that they were going to crash something must have happened to the pilot.
Kagome just brased herself for impacked. Before she ducked her head in between her knees she woke Sota up he was screaming she managed to get him to do the same while calming him down. She looked out the window and seen they were heading for a wooded area. Atlest there would be no people around. What she didn't know was that the shock waves pushed her in to the past to a whole other place.
Kagome got knocked out by the blast when they hit the woods. Trees making the landing more hard on the plain. When Kagome came to she saw a pair of eyes looking at her. She screamed waking Sota beside her. The person she was looking at was one of the passangers that wasn't strapped in he had a piece of the plain sticking through his gut. He was laying on top of both of them. Kagome shoved him off. Unbuckling herself she looked around. She didn't walk way with out being hurt either it was that she didn't noticed them because she was looking at all the other people.
No one else made it besides her and Sota. The site that lay before her made tears come to her eyes so many were dead. Getting up she walked over to Sota to check him over he didn't have anything wrong with him, but he noticed the way she was. She had cuts all over her and it looked like her leg was a cats chew toy. She was bleeding pretty bad. "Hey sis maybe you should set for awhile you look pretty bad." Sota said getting up out of his chair.
:Im not worried about my self are you alright? I can't believe what has happened here. All these people ..." She couldn't hold her self any longer and fell Sota caught her before she fell. "Hey Sota I know this isn't the time but we should try and find help seening as some of the people might be alive." Sota told her to try and rest to gain some strangth. She nodded and just laided back in her brothers arms. She feel asleep agin when another pair of eyes meet hers but these eyse were yellow like cat eyes.
Infront of her stood a wolf looking at her. She could see others around eating at the dead fleash of the bodies. The one in front of her was all black and it it got closer to her she held her breath. It sniffed at her and growled letting the other wolfs know that one was still alive. A sound behind the wolf made the wolf look in that direction. Kagome looked around to try and find something to protect her and her brother. Sota had been resting with Kagome and when he seen the wolfs he didn't scream just remaned calm. He picked up a stone that was lying beside him and through it. IT bought the time they needed.
Kagome found a piece of metal that was pointed at the tip it had come from the dead body below her. She pulled the piece out and stabbed the wolf. The wolf howled with pain. This got the attention of the other wolfs. Kagome didn't wait for the wolfs she grabbed Sotas hand and shot out of the hole in the plain's wall. It was just large enough for the both of them. Kagome bolted into a full out run along with Sota. Behind them came a howl the hunt had begun.
They ran for what seemed like hours. Kagome keep looling behind her to see if the wolfs had followed them but she should've looked in front of her she ran right in to a person. The fire light that he held so he could see was knocked away with the impacked. Sota was dragged down landing beside the couple. Ed see them got up he was about to start asking Questions when the wolves came in sight.
He was glad he brought his gun along now he shot at the wolves, the wolves backed down from the gun and took off running. Ed helped the woman up and she didn't even turn around and she was helping the other male up. "What were you two doing in the woods at this late of night?" Ed asked giving a stern look. Kagome turned to look at their hero. He was short with blone hair along with golden eyes.
Kagome gave him a pleading look saying that she just wished to be somewhere safe before they spoke. Ed finally saw how bad she was hurt. Sota picked Kagome up. "I don't have much but you may stay the night at my house. I want answered though when we get there." He turned and went towards the house forgetting about the loud crash sound he had heard before. They didn't take to long to get to the house. Sota thought something looked a little off but guess it was just where they were at. Maybe things in London were different then where he lived, but it did look out dated more so than he was used to.
He lead them to the house. Walking inside he told them to be quite he didn't want to wake his father but it seemed that he was already awake. :Ed what is going on who are these people and oh my she looks pretty bad set her down over on that bed. I will get the med kit." Ed father left walking in to the bathroom. He came out holding a little box with a red cross on it. Sota had set Kagome down on the bed. "She needs out of those cloths before the wounds get worse." Eds father saw that the young man had some gashes on him as well.
"Ed you know I am not strong dealing with blood could you bandage the women while I tend to the young man?" Ed nodded after they would fix them they would have some explaining to do. Ed had to take off the girls outfit but he wasn't sure what she would where in return of her cloths. He guessed her to be a little shorter then he was she would just have to were his cloths for now. Sota was being a big baby. He cried at every turn even when Eds father just pushed on the wound a little.
Ed's father tried to take his mind off of him so he started to talk. "So where are you guys from and how did you end up like this." Ed father waited and contuined to work while Sota explained to them what happened. By the time he was done so where they, Ed had to admit that the woman was nice looking she had a good body it was well toned.
"Oh I never heard of anything like that. A plain crash what is a plain and I didn't catch your guys names." Ed just thought it was a bit to werid he would talk to the girl tomorrow and see if she story checked out with the young mans.
"Where are my manners I want to thank you for taking us in and my sister and I are Kagome and Sota Higurashi. We are from Tokyo and where on our way to visit the college in London." Sota waited for them to say something else. They talked for a little while longer gathering information. It turned out that they were not even in the same time as when they left. He would deal with it tomorrow he was to tired now.
"Is there a place where I can sleep?" Sota asked looking around for a place. Eds father said he could sleep in bed with him for now and they would make other sleeping places for them later. Ed had to share a bed with Kagome he was not happy about it but said nothing. He had a long night a head of him. Sota like to snore a lot. Ed just laid beside Kagome wondering if there life would ever be normal but he welcomed the change. It would be differnet from then on. He finally went to sleep late in the night.
