*Slowly things turn back to normal as people begin to sit back down. Shesta and Kohaku continue to glare at each other. Penguin slumps down at the closest table where Erinah is sitting and begins to snooze on the table. Meanwhile, Folken walks over to talk to Erinah.*

Folken: Erinah, I would like to apologize…for everything, everything that's happened in the past, for all that Zaibach has done to you. I really do love you, and I would like you to accept me.

Erinah: *clutching her child* Uh-huh….

Folken: Please? Can't we even be hospitable to one another?

Erinah: *scoff*

Penguin: *mumbling, but not lifting her head* Just give it up, Folken….

Folken: *snaps* You stay out of this!

Penguin: Oh, come on…she doesn't love you…in fact, she hates you.

Folken: Well, doesn't this sound familiar? You're telling me she doesn't love me and so I should give up, when you're always trying to sleep with me even though I don't love you and you NEVER give up!

Penguin: *grumbling, lifting head slightly* Oh really, now? Well I know for a fact that you DO care about me just as much as I love you! And someday I'm going to be able to get back all the affection I give!

Folken: You don't love anyone, you! You're just like Miroku - you only want to sleep with people! You're worse than a whore!

Penguin: *eyes flashing dangerously as she suddenly jerks up*

*The room goes silent and all stare at the two, frightened, with the exception of Erinah, who looks slightly amused in a sadistic way to see Folken suffer.*

Penguin: *eyes brimming with tears* What…did you say…?

Folken: …

Penguin: *slamming her hands on the table as she leaves and heads back to the guy's dorm, obviously crying but trying very hard to conceal it.*

Celena: *begins to cry*

Folken: *bewildered* What…what did I just say…?

Erinah: *shrugs* You're the one who said it.

Folken VO: Why do I feel so guilty? I never liked her anyway…right? Right?

(After a very interesting breakfast, the girls return to their dorm and the guys try to, but are met with flying inanimate objects and daggers as they try to enter accompanied by shouts of "GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" In the girls dorm, Celena is sitting on her bed still catatonic-esque as the other girls and Kohaku sit around her, not really knowing what to do.)

Kohaku: Go-gomen nasai…. I didn't mean to attack him…. *rests hand on her shoulder*

Celena: I…i…i…it's okay….

Erinah: Well, that was an, eh, interesting show from Folken and Penguin, though.

Kagome: Not only does he go out and hurt Penguin's feelings, but he insults Miroku as well.

Sango: I don't think Miroku considered it an insult…. I think it was more what he called her than anything else.

Celena: Poor Penguin…. She really does like him.

Erinah: Just shows what an insensitive jerk he is. Even she deserves better than that.

Kagome: Yeah, any girl who thinks she has to dress like that to get a guy should try a different guy.

Celena: Yeah, she's not usually so perverted….

Karen: Can someone tell me vot joost happened? I mean, who are these people?

Hitomi: Well…she's Celena's friend, and she's in love with Folken., the guy with the blue hair….

Kikyou: And the blonde-haired boy, Quatre…

Sango: …and she tries really really hard to get his attention, but he doesn't really seem to be interested in her.

Kagome: And now he called her a prostitute who doesn't love and she's hurt.

Karen: That is so sad…especially eef she lof heem. He should come to understand her feelings…and she should not haf to vear strange clothing to do so.

Rin: What's a "whore"?

All: O.o

Relena: It's not a nice word, darling; don't say it.

Rin: Okee….

(Everyone except Celena, Karen, and Kagome wander out of the girls dorm. Rin is asking Erinah if she can hold her baby and Erinah, delighted, is showing Rin how. Meanwhile, back in the dorm Kagome is sitting by Celena, trying to comfort her while Karen is sitting on her own newly-appeared bed, thinking.)

Kagome: I hope that…they didn't scare you or anything.

Celena: I'm okay…. I guess I should be happy that they both like me. I just don't want them to fight.

Kagome: Oh God…Kouga….

Celena: Yeah, that must be really hard for you when they start fighting over the littlest things….

Kagome: Eh? How did you know…? Oh-wait, right…you're an authoress.

Celena: Yeah…usually I try to pretend I don't know, but I don't know….

Karen: *sighs* I'fe never been fought over. I doun't suppos I voot vant to be. I think ees better vhen two people just lofe mutually.

Celena: Yeah…me too….

Karen: Boht I now feel soorry for Dov because he said he lofed me, but now I died, and I am afraid that he will go back to being the vay he vas.

Kagome: What was he like?

Karen: Vell, he had a very bad past. I don't know anything about hees parents, boht I know he had an older brohther who died in the resistance in the Warsaw Ghetto. Hees brother made heem promise that he woult survive, and he did. Boht he hated life and he did not see vhat there is to live for. I think I helped heem…but now I am joost another person he has lost. I hope he ees not so clohsed to geev up on lofe. I hope he finds someone else. Maybe she will be like me, and maybe not. But eef she makes heem happy, then I am happy.

Kagome: Do you really believe that?

Karen: Vhat do you mean?

Kagome: Are you sure that…. Say you knew for sure that he had found someone else and you met her, wouldn't you be jealous? Wouldn't you wish that you were with him instead of her?

Karen: Maybe a little…boht I would want heem to be happy, and I think I have done the best for heem and now my time is done.

Kagome: Okay, that proves it. Kikyou is just screwed-but don't tell her I think that. ;-p

Karen: Vha?

Kagome: Okay…she was in love with Inu-Yasha when she was alive 50 years before I came along, but she died when Inu-Yasha, eh, sleep-died.

Karen: Eh?

Kagome: He got pinned to a tree by an arrow and couldn't move but could be resurrected by me, actually.

Karen: Right….

Kagome: So then Inu-Yasha and I kinda like each other, but then Kikyou was accidentally resurrected. And now she keeps on trying to kill him or steal him from me or something.

Karen: Eh…vell, it's sad that she vas resurrected and everything had changed, boht if it happened to me, I voot find some one else.

Kagome: *eyes closed happily, clapping* Thank you!

Karen: How deed she die?

Kagome: Eh…that's a BIG long story, but I guess the short version is: they were in love, but some bandit who was immobile let youkai eat him to make one big powerful youkai called Naraku, and then Naraku tricked Inu-Yasha and Kikyou into hating each other and mortally wounded Kikyou, so then Kikyou shot Inu-Yasha with an arrow because he had stolen the shikon jewel she was protecting and died herself shortly thereafter. Yeah.

Karen: That's the short version?

Kagome: Eh…yeah. There are more details.

Karen: Vell, you say she died protecting the jewel, yes?

Kagome: Yeah, but…it's more complicated than that.

Karen: Boht at the same time, she died for something. And so deed I. And although I very much wish it vas different, I am proud of vhat I haf done.

Kagome: *tear* That's so noble….

Karen: Eh, thank you….
