Chapter 9: Back to the human world

 

 

Sesshomaru drew the Tenseiga and pointed it towards Turquoise. Sesshomaru then seen the imps from the Netherworld as Tenseiga began pulsing. He then struck the imps with Tenseiga killing them all sheathing the sword. Turquoise stirred a little as she opened her eyes.

 

"Who what where how I was just dead how am I alive?" Turquoise questioned looking up at Sesshomaru.

 

"Lord Sesshomaru brought you back to life," Jaken said still trying to catch a fish. Turquoise then got up and started walking away.

 

"It would be wise if you stay with us until Naraku is dead there is no doubt that he would come for you," Sesshomaru said as Turquoise stopped in her tracks.

 

"If I was still dead I wouldn't have to worry about Naraku," Turquoise said, her back still turned.

 

"Most people would have just said thank you ungrateful fox," Jaken stated still trying to catch a fish.

 

"Jaken! Do as you will," Sesshomaru said as he turned and walked away followed by Ah-Un and Jaken.

 

"Wait!" Turquoise said dropping on all fours as her head hung low as she started to cry. "I don't want to be alone."

 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~IN THE HUMAN WORLD~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

"Add one thousand more orders of missing flyers for Turquoise," Natsue said speaking to the chief of police on the phone.

 

"Come on Kei is there any way to get to the demon world?!" Hayate yelled/asked impatiently. "I already told you I have not find a way to demon world. Besides we have bigger problems to face now that the two twins Yuki and Tsuki have became princess of disasters," Kei said typing on his computer. “That is the thing we need Turquoise if we hope to stop them are you sure there isn't any way?!” Hayate asked/yelled. “I already told you no,” Kei repeated annoyed. “Damn it! He wouldn't have got her if I was stronger,” Hayate said as he disappeared.

 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~IN THE DEMON WORLD TWO HOURS LATER~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Turquoise had bathed and changed clothes an hour ago and was now traveling with Sesshomaru and Jaken. Nothing had been said for over an hour and personally Turquoise didn't really care.

 

“Is there anyway that I can get back to the human world?” Turquoise asked Sesshomaru.

 

“I don't know,” Sesshomaru said as he continued to walk.

 

“Sess…run,” Turquoise said as Sesshomaru stopped walking. Sensing a dark aura Sesshomaru turned around and saw Turquoise surrounded in a black aura, her eyes glazed over with darkness, and an ominous sword in her hand. Turquoise then charged at Sesshomaru just barely grazing his armor as he continued to dodge the on coming sword. Hearing Saimyoshio Sesshomaru turned his back on Turquoise facing the insects as the sword penetrated his back. Turning back around Sesshomaru punched Turquoise in the face knocking her out of the trace. Turquoise came to her senses as she dug the tainted jewel shard out of her back throwing it on the ground as a Saimyoshio grabbed it and flew off.

 

“I'm sorry Sesshomaru I'm such a pain,” Turquoise said crying. She then got up and ran in the opposite direction of Naraku's insects. Looking toward the way Turquoise ran in and looking toward the way the saimyoshio flew in Sesshomaru ran in the direction of the insects leaving Jaken standing there. After about an hour of following the poison insects Sesshomaru came upon Naraku hidden deep in the forest. Leaving Naraku with no time to react Sesshomaru sliced his head off with his poison claws.

 

“Very impressive lord Sesshomaru. Just to inform you that was just a demon puppet. I used my poisonous to lure you here to get you away from Turquoise. Speaking of her shouldn't you go after you precious fox I mean she is with me.” With that Sesshomaru turned and ran in the opposite direction cursing under his breathe. After about two hours of running Sesshomaru picked up Turquoise's and Naraku's scent. Following the scent Sesshomaru heard screaming. Following the screaming he found Turquoise sliding down a tree with blood running down her legs with her kimono still in tact.

 

“What did he do to you?” Sesshomaru asked running over to Turquoise.

 

“He raped me both ways,” Turquoise said losing conscience. A beam then shot at Sesshomaru as he dodged making it hit Turquoise as she disappeared in front of Sesshomaru's eyes.

 

“What did you do to her?!” Sesshomaru demanded as he drew Tokijin.

 

“I sent her back to the human world. I have been waiting for you Sesshomaru,” Naraku said charging at him as they began to battle.

 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~IN THE HUMAN WORLD~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Hayate was walking around the Awayuki residence as he felt as if some one was switching dimensions. He ran to the pond and when he got there Sasame, Go, and Kei was waiting there also.

 

“Any luck”, Hayate said as everyone shook their heads. Soon after there was a black hole that appeared and Turquoise fell out of it. Hayate then caught her as everyone realized that she was badly bruised and blood running down her legs.

 

“That bastard”, Go yelled as Hayate started to fly to the hospital.

 

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~THE NEXT DAY~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Turquoise started to wake up as she realize she was in a soft bed. Then she remembered that she fainted in Sesshomaru's and Naraku's presence.

 

“Where is Naraku”, she said jumping up. She then looked around to see that she was in the hospital and it was morning. She then remembered what Naraku did to her before she fainted and she broke down crying. The whole morning she sat in the bed crying until some one entered the room. She then realized it was Himeno and the Leafe knights.

 

“I am glad you are awake you been sleep for three days are you alright”, Sasame said.

 

“Does it look like I am alright!” Turquoise yelled as she turned her head and started crying.

 

“I am sorry I couldn't protect you”, Hayate said.

 

“What happened to her”, Mannen said.

 

“Something that little kids shouldn't know”, Go said.

 

“Stop treating me like a kid!” Mannen yelled back.

 

“You are a kid”, Go yelled.

 

“Stop it we have other matters to focus on”, Kei said look at Turquoise.

 

“I couldn't fight him I am sorry Hayate for getting you hurt”, Turquoise said through sobs.

 

“No your wrong I couldn't protect you don't blame yourself it was my fault”, Hayate said.

 

“Stop blaming yourselves it is neither of your faults”, Go said.

 

“What happened”, Hajime said. Go then grabbed them and teleported them to Leafenia. Turquoise then buried her face in her hands and continued to cry. Hayate then wrapped his arms around her.

 

“I assure you he is going to pay”, Hayate said.

 

The nurse then walked in as Hayate pulled away and said, “Miss Turquoise Awayuki you are free to go your mother is signing you out now she also brought you some clothes”.

 

“Okay”, Turquoise said. The nurse then walked in and gave her the clothes Natsue brought and sat them on the bed as the Leafe knights walked out with the nurse. Himeno stayed in case she needed help. Turquoise then changed. Soon after the Leafe knights walked back. Turquoise then got up and walked out of the room.

Everyone then walked to the limousine as Turquoise and Himeno got in the back seat while Natsue got in the front.

 

“Once again thank you for taking her to the hospital to have her treated immediately come with us and I will pay you most wealthy”, Natsue said speaking to Hayate.

 

“No keep you money I am just glad I got her to the hospital in time,” Hayate said.

 

“You are a good man no wonder Kaoru hired you but please allow me to pay you,” Natsue said.

 

“I can't accept sorry I am just glad she is safe,” Hayate said.

 

“Suit yourself,” Natsue said as Tanaka pulled off.

 

“Lets go”, Hayate said as Sasame and Kei teleported away with him.

 

“Turquoise who did this to you”, Natsue said as Turquoise ignored her, “I asked a question so I can file a police report and have this guy arrested.”

 

“Look he is beyond your reach so just drop it”, Turquoise responded as she stared out of the window.

 

“Excuse me but I am not going to drop this we need to file a police report”, Natsue said, “Never mind but if you feel like telling me you know where to find me.” The rest of the ride home was silent. When they reached the mansion they got out Natsue went her separate way as Himeno and Turquoise went to Turquoise's room. When they got there they were greeted by Hayate, Sasame, Kei, and Go. Turquoise went and sat on her bed as the others stayed silent afraid they might say the wrong thing.

 

The next thing you know Kaoru bust in the room and wrap his arms around Turquoise squeezing the life out of her saying, “Turquoise are you alright I was so worried about you.”

 

Turquoise then started kicking him and said, “Get off of me and I am alive so don't worried now get off.” Kaoru then fell to the ground with foot marks on him.

 

“Turquoise how dare you kick your father”, Natsue said as she ran in the room from out of no where as she dragged Kaoru out of the room.

 

“Hmph”, Turquoise said as she turned her hear. All was silent for about twenty minutes.

 

“How have you all been?” Turquoise asked.

 

“Us we are worried about you!” Go yelled.

 

“I am just glad that you back to me,” Hayate said sitting next to Turquoise.
