CHAPTER 15: Getting things situated

 

 

 

 

 

Yoko then picked Kitsu up and laid her on the bed, put the covers on her, and left the room. When he left then room there was still crying and cussing coming from Kida's room. He then went to the kitchen to prepare some dinner, which he rarely did. He made some turkey sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes since he was feeling generous he made some for everyone. (A/N: Everyone as in Kida, Miroku, Sango, Shippo, Kagome, Koga, Kuronue, and mainly Kitsu).

 

 

Yoko was walking down the hall to take Kitsu one of the sandwiches when he past by Shippo.

 

 

“Shippo tell the others there are sandwiches in the kitchen and to help themselves”, Yoko said not looking at the kit as he continued down the hall. Yoko then walked in his and Kitsu's room closing the door behind him.

 

 

“Hey Yoko”, Kitsu said sitting up as she woke up.

 

 

“Hey I brought you something to eat”, Yoko said walking over to her as he gave her the small plate containing the turkey sandwich.

 

 

“To tell you the truth so many things have been going on I forgot that food existed”, Kitsu said accepting the sandwich.

 

 

“In your present state you can't forget to eat”, Yoko said. Kitsu then ate the sandwich slowly holding back tears as she did so.

 

 

After Kitsu finished her sandwich she said, “I was sort of glad when that thing showed up you know Karasu. Of course that was my first time seeing him and I didn't want to see him but he saved me from my grandma.” Of course at hearing this Yoko raised an eyebrow waiting for an explanation.

 

 

“My grandma would have took me with her a brought the whole mall out while talking about her grandbaby”, Kitsu said, “Oh wait speaking of the subject I forgot to tell Shippo he deserves to know after all he is about to be a big brother here lets discuss this in the front room.” At that Yoko picked Kitsu up and carried her to the front room yet in though she disapproved she knew arguing wasn't going to have im put her down. Everyone was in there except for Kida.

 

 

“Excuse me may I have a word with Shippo”, Kitsu said jumping out of Yoko's arms. At that everyone left the room without a word.

 

 

Shippo then ran and jumped in Kitsu's arms and said, “What is it mommy.”

 

 

“Well kit I got some good news for you”, Kitsu said smiling, “You are going to become a big brother.” Shippo then started jumping up and down hyperly at hearing the news screaming yay.

 

 

“Is it a boy or girl”, Shippo said.

 

 

“Actually I don't know”, Kitsu said.

 

 

“If you lower the barrier that blocks your aura I will be able to check”, Yoko said reminding the other two of his presence.

 

 

“Okay”, Kitsu said as she lowered her barrier. Yoko's eyes then became red as he searched her aura for a kit. The next thing you know two small auras approached his and started dancing around him giggling knowing it was their father. Both was silver but one was outlined with blue and the other pink. He then withdrew coming back to his original self.

 

 

“It is twins one is a boy and the other is a girl”, Yoko said as Kitsu and Shippo kept jumping up and down in excitement.

 

 

Yoko then smelt a familiar scent and growled saying, “Didn't you say that mutt was going back to the village Shippo, well doggy boy is back.” At that Kitsu, Shippo, and Yoko ran outside to find the others there waiting for him to kill him.

 

 

Inuyasha then came into view as Yoko, Kuronue, and Kuronue jumped in front of everyone ready to kill.

 

 

“Look I am not here to pick a fight I am here to apologize to Kitsu. I couldn't stop myself she jumped in the way. In fact I couldn't control myself I am sorry. Can I please be allowed to say sorry to her face to face. I wouldn't intentionally hurt her. We known each other for a long time a she has helped me out a lot”, Inuyasha said still approaching.

 

 

“I am not playing come any closer and I will take your hand off”, Yoko said summoning his rose whip.

 

 

“Hey just allow him to say sorry please”, Kitsu said running to Yoko grabbing his arm.

 

 

“Give me one good reason why”, Yoko said still glaring at Inuyasha.

 

 

“Because no matter what happens you have to forgive and forget but Naraku and Karasu are exceptions”, Kitsu said.

 

 

“You got thirty seconds”, Yoko said as Inuyasha approached a little further as Kitsu stepped in front of Yoko. Yet and though he allowed her to do that Yoko was still behind her keeping an eye Inuyasha ready to attack if necessary.

 

 

Inuyasha stopped when he was two feet away from Kitsu and said, “Kitsu I am sorry for attacking you and trying to attack the others it was foolish of me.”

 

 

Inuyasha then held out his hand and said, “Call it truce.”

 

 

Kitsu then grabbed his hand and said, “Tr”, but was cut off when sparks flew to Inuyasha fried him some and sent him flying like thirty feet away. Shippo then jumped on Yoko's tunic from off of Kitsu's shoulder scared. Kitsu then stood there two silver auras swirling around her one was outlined in pink and the other was outlined in blue Sango, Miroku, and Koga was surprised to find out she was pregnant.

 

 

“Let me guess my brother and sister”, Shippo said.

 

 

“They are that powerful”, Kagome said shocked.

 

 

“Inuyasha you already earned you two enemies”, Sesshomaru said smirking.

 

 

“Well I guess they should be powerful including who their father is”, Kuronue said.

 

 

“What was that,” Inuyasha said reproaching.

 

 

“It seems my kits don't like you”, Yoko said with a smirk. Inuyasha was now standing five feet away from Kitsu as the two silver auras flared up in a warning telling him to come closer.

 

 

“Um Kitsu you are pregnant”, Inuyasha said.

 

 

“Don't you see the auras you dummy”, Shippo said jumping on Kitsu's head.

 

 

“Uh if you need me I will be in Kaede's village”, Inuyasha said walking away as the auras started to decrease returning to where they were.

 

 

“Okay an episode of when kits go on Jerry Springer”, Kitsu said shocked.

 

 

“I say Inuyasha got what he deserved”, Yoko said.

 

 

“You only say that because your kits did it you cocky bastard”, Kitsu said as she started laughing.

 

 

“He was sent hoe with his tail between his legs because of two kits how pathetic”, Sesshomaru said.

 

 

“Well lets go back inside”, Kitsu said as she started walking back inside. She then put Shippo down in the front room as she stayed and talked for about two hours then headed back in her room as Yoko followed her.

 

 

Kitsu then entered the room and sat down on the bed saying, “Yoko what are we going to name them.”

 

 

“I got one for both”, Yoko said.

 

 

“You do what is it”, Kitsu said impatiently.

 

 

“Whatever your beautiful can think of”, Yoko said as Kitsu snarled.

 

 

“I was thinking Kira and Kuro”, Kitsu said smiling.

 

 

“It sounds good to me”, Yoko said sitting down next to her.

 

 

“Be right back I am about to take a shower”, Kitsu said as she got up and went to take a shower. She came out forty five minutes later with a white cotton robe on and went to bed with the thoughts of her kits on her mind.
