Chapter 4

 

 

RECAP: "Lets go retrieve the pendant." Yoko said sighing as he walked away soon being joined by Kuronue, Yomi, Sesshomaru, and finally Lina. The five walked down the hallway and finally came upon the exit. The demons walked out of the palace as the wind blew their direction carrying the scent of human blood. The five quickly made their way to the village to find about five slaughtered men. They then heard an angry voice demanding to know answers.

 

"Where is my daughter and is she still alive. If you don't cooperate you will end up like the other five dead now where is she." A threatening voice said as Lina's ears perked up at the sound. Lina then walked fully into the village as she saw her................father.

 

 

Chapter 4

 

"Father stop!" Lina yelled as Sora turned and looked at his daughter.

 

"L-Lina," Sora stuttered as he stared at his sixteen year old daughter.

 

"Yes father I am still alive do you still recall."

 

Sora: Lina (A/N: The translation will be beside it slanted) I am the one who taught you do you remember

 

Lina: Eternity-I will always remeber 'the language'

 

Sora: Who-Your friends are

 

Lina: Magnanimous-Very friendly

 

Sora: Son-That is InuTaishio's first son

 

Lina: True-You are correct

 

Sora: More-Who are your other friends

 

Lina: Legendary-The king of thieves Yoko and best friend Kuronue

 

Sora: Reckless-You are gambling with your life how could you be so foolish as to be with bandits

 

Lina: Misunderstood-You are not comprehending they saved my life

 

Sora: Horns-Who is the other one with black hair

 

Lina: Revenge-That is Yoru's son the one you killed for grandfather

 

Sora: Trust-If you wish to stay with them keep your eyes open and don't turn your back though I recommend it would be best to live with me instead of them

 

Lina: Halt-Wait a minute I have some one to protect

 

Sora: Which-A human, demon, boyfriend what

 

Lina: First small-A young human girl who I am fond of, I would like to stay with you only she would be heartbroken

 

Sora: Love-There is more reason to you staying there you are fond than more then the girl tell me now

Lina who is it

 

Lina: Why-That is my personal business dad do I have to

 

Sora: Later-I will alow you to inform me in the future

 

Lina: Nice-Thank you sooo much

 

Sora: Questions-I will investigate to see if they are suitable to live with

 

Lina: Sure-Do as you please

 

Sora just nodded and looked at Yoko, Kuronue, Sesshomaru, and Yomi.

 

"Did you have any idea what they said?" Yomi asked the other three.

 

"No," Sesshomaru replied not trying to deny the fact of Lina and her fathers nonsense.

 

"My daughter has told me about you Yoko Kurama, Kuronue, Yomi, and Sesshomaru." Sora said facing they four with steady eyes.

 

"How is it that you know our names yet Lina didn't say so?" Yomi asked clearly not understanding the fact of the interaction between the two.

 

"Silly questions are for later but heed my warning if any of you harm my daughter in any way I will come and slaughter all of you. I must go now but I hope you are treating my daughter with the respect and hospitality that she deserves for she is my heir, for if anything happens to me she will become the lady of the northern lands. Lina tell me now do you want to come with me or return to the thieves palace with them?" Sora said turning to at the last part.

 

"I already told you father I will stay with them for some one special is there." Lina said as the others quirked an eyebrow at some one special.

 

"Very well don't forget this." Sora then tossed the moon stone to Lina as she caught it.

 

"Bye." Lina said barely above a whisper as her father gave her a smile and waved his hand as he disappeared.

 

"Okay what was that language you only said one word at a time?" Yomi said in disbelief.

 

"Nothing really just something my father told me when I was younger." With that Lina started walking toward the palace. "Hey why do I have to be a servant why can't I become a thief?!" Lina yelled as Yoko, Kuronue, Yomi, and Sesshomaru stared at her like she grew twenty more heads.

 

"You never heard of a female thief before! You act like I can't steal or I am not able to do like you guys! Just to let you know I am good at stealing and I can become as good as Yoko!" The guys stared at her for a few more moments before they broke out in uncontrollable laughter.

 

"If you beat the test and become a thief I will run around the whole palace in my boxers." Yoko said.

 

"Okay but Kuronue, Sesshomaru, and Yomi do to that is if you survive your killer servants."

 

"We accept." Kuronue, Yomi, and Sesshomaru agreed.

 

"Yoko, Kuronue, Sesshomaru, and Yomi running through the palace in thier boxers hmm interesting I will be waiting bye." With that Lina ran back to the palace with swift speed as the others kept up with her. When they got back to the palace before they got in things got heated up.

 

"Are you sure that will be attractive, I mean running around with a nub showing." Sesshomaru then had her pinned against the exterior of the palace as a small growl emmited from Yoko's throat.

 

"So what if I am missing my left arm do you wanna make something of it?" Sesshomaru said sqeezing her throat harder, "Do you?" Lina then reached down and grabbed the Tenseiga and pulled it out stroking where Sesshomaru's arm use to be at and sheathing it again. Blue light surrounded Sesshomaru as his left arm then grew back. In amazement Sesshomaru dropped a coughing Lina making her fall on her butt as he stared at his left arm in shock.

 

"You are a meanie why did I even restore your arm you ungrateful mutt you to are on my prank list!" Lina then ran inside the palace still clutching her neck. Yoko, Kuronue, and Yomi just stared at Sesshomaru as he tried to get over the shock of his left arm. After finally recovering the four went inside the palace. Just then they fell on their butts and started to slid down the hall. (A/N: Imaging this Yoko, Kuronue, Sesshomaru, and Yomi standing next thing you know their feet are in the air and they are sliding doen the hall.) The four then realized then were sliding on ice most likely Lina's doing. The four then collided with a wall at the end of the hall.

 

Angrily Sesshomaru tried to stand up only to fall on his face kissing the floor. The four then heard extremely loud evil laughter belonging to non other than Lina.

 

"I see you have met my ice or the floor I should say. You will learn that I get revenge!" Lina yelled as the four scrambled to their feet glaring at her.

 

"Curse you." Sesshomaru said using his speed running towards Lina only to slip and fall on his back sliding past her.

 

"How embarrassing." Lina said as she busted out laughing. Lina's eyes then stared glowing as the ice disappeared. Yomi and Sessomaru then started charging at her both from different sides ready to attack her for the ice when some one yelled.

 

"Lord Sesshomaru please don't hurt Lina!" Rin yelled as Sesshomaru stopped and started walking down an opposite hallway. Yomi was still going at Lina as he drew his sword and swung at her, but she ducked and then stuck her tonuge at Yomi and then she ran. Yomi growled and ran after her.

 

"Nah nah nah nah, you can't catch me!" Lina taunted as she ran down the hall.

 

"Damn you wench!" Yomi growled as he ran faster and faster. Lina was not expecting this and was now scared for her life.

 

"Yoko, help me!" Lina said taking a U-turn and when she was close enough she dived toward Yoko. The two crashed on the ground, Lina ended up landing on top of Yoko. "Yoko please protect me from the evil Yomi! I'll take you off my prank list if you do." Yoko got up forcing Lina to fall back to the ground, after that Lina quickly hid behind Yoko.

 

"Let me at her!" Yomi yelled "That servant deserves to be punished!"

 

"Hey I am about to become a thief thank you very much bitch!" Lina yelled, Yomi growled at her and she quickly retreated behind Yoko again.

 

"Yomi are you deaf, she is no longer a servant, she is the daughter of the lord of the north; treat her as such," Yoko glared "And if I ever hear you call her a wench again...I won't hesitate to kill you...slowly," then he turned and walked away.

 

"You hear that; don't disrespect this, I'm not a servant, I am yo mammy bitch!" Lina said then stuck her tonuge out. Suddenly Yoko came back out of nowhere and grabbed her arm dragging her away.

 

"Hey I bit my tonuge!" Lina's whine echoed all throughout the hall.

"You're going to get yourself killed!" Yoko yelled angrily "Next time I might not be there to save you." The two kitsunes were in Yoko's room.(A/N:What are they doing?! Hmm!)

 

"They wouldn't really hurt me, I've grown on all of them," Lina said smiling "They love me!"

 

"Are you blind Yomi and Sesshomaru could kill you and laugh about it!" Yoko yelled making Lina flinch and rub her ears.

 

"Well if they don't love me do you and Kuronue?! And why do you keep saving me you are suppose to be cold-hearted?!" Lina yelled back at Yoko standing on her toes which wasn't really helping. Yoko's angry eyes softened some at hearing Lina's yell.

 

"Lina..." Yoko said but Lina interupted him.

 

"Ya know if you and them didn't love me like I thought, maybe I shouldn't have stayed here!" Lina yelled "I should have left with my father, at least I know he loves me!" She tried to leave, she was almost at the door; she opened it slightly before Yoko grabbed her wrist.

 

"Wait...I didn't mean that, I'm sorry," Yoko said shocked at his own words, he had never said sorry to anyone, only Lina "Don't go, stay with us...with me." Lina had turned around, her facial expression had softened and her anger subsided.

 

"Yoko I..." Lina's words died in her mouth "I don't know what to say to him," she thought "And what did he mean by saying 'stay with me'?"

 

"Lina, don't go...at least not yet," Yoko said pulling her into his strong arms, Lina's eyes widen in shock.

 

"Yoko, we..." Lina was cut off my Yoko's lips covering hers, he had leaned down without her notice. The temptation was overwelming to Lina and she just gave in. Yoko licked her bottom lip silently asking for access, she didn't allowed that though. "There's no way he's going that far!" Lina thought. But Yoko saw this coming, so he moved his hands down her back slowly. "What's he--" her thought was cut off because Yoko had picked her by her butt and now her legs were wrapped around Yoko's waist as she felt Yoko's erection pressed firmly against her. The shock caused Lina to open her mouth allowing the perverted kitsune to enter, once inside Yoko's tongue battled for domanation over Lina's. While they were battling it out, Yoko had already layed Lina on his bed, his hands had somehow pinned her, Yoko stopped his attack on her mouth and focused on her neck. Lina had let out moans after now and then.

 

"Yeah baby!" a voice said, Lina's eyes instantly shot open, she managed to push Yoko off of her and on to the floor, she was blushing so bad, you could mistake her face for a beet.

 

"K-K-Kuronue, uh.......um....it's not what it looks like!" Lina said trying to fix her hair back.

 

"Well it certainly looked like you and Yoko were about to get freakay!" Kuronue said smirking.

 

"But I.." but before she was even finished she was out the door and down the hall, a couple of seconds later a door was heard slamming.

 

"Ohhh, she must have ran fast," Kuronue whistled. Yoko glared at his partner in crime "What, what I do?" Kuronue asked clearly sounding confused.
