Authors note: ok, I just wanna say, that I know this story is majorly confusing. Just please bear with me. Know that everything isn't going on at the same time, or in the same state of mind. I'm trying to make it all tie together for a big “omg” moment in a future chapter where it all clicks together, but until then, its gonna interesting. I just needed to get that out there, cuz a lot of people were complaining to how my mind decided to play this story out, so, uh, yea.
Oh, and a little side note, it was nice seeing everyone at otakon, I was the girl with the fiberglassed 6 ft hiraikotsu strapped to her back… well, anyways, on with the fic!
*******
Sesshoumaru unceremoniously fell to his back and `oomph'-ed as a large weight dropped onto his chest. Throwing it off him he saw it was the girl - “OW! What was that for! - And she was evidently fine. He just looked at her flatly. Getting up she rubbed her now sore butt and gave him a glare. Sesshoumaru merely ignored her and took in his surroundings.
They were in a clearing of some sort though he couldn't place where he was exactly. It looked like the Sengoku Jidai, but it didn't feel like it. Looking up at the bright blue sky, he watched it bleed red. Just where is this place? He saw that it was getting darker. Frowning, he assumed nightfall was approaching.
Behind him, the grumbling girl's stomach growled. Turning around Sesshoumaru raised an eyebrow in question as Kagome blushed in embarrassment.
“Onna your hungry.” It wasn't a question. Upset at being called `onna' Kagome blew up.
“Now look here! My name is Kagome! KA-GO-ME! Got it?” she said this as she viciously poked him in the chest. A second eyebrow rose to join its brother to show his amusement in the not so tiny anymore miko. Pretending to ignore her he simply turned without answering her and walked into the nearby woods.
Angry she wasn't being acknowledged, Kagome scurried after him. Once they passed the tree line Kagome lost sight of him, so she spread her now controllable senses out and searched for him. After a moment she found him nearby. Another dying aura accompanied him. Scampering over to him she found him in a small clearing, in the process of gutting a wild boar. She chose not to disturb him. She looked around and collected some sticks and small branches and set them up for a fire. Once she was done she paused. How am I gonna light this? I don't have any matches with me, and there is no way in hell I will rub two sticks together… a sudden idea hit her. I wonder…
Kagome poked a finger at it… and it erupted in flames! Surprised, she jumped up in astonishment and squealed.
“Oh, what now!” she whooped. Looking up from his work, Sesshoumaru sent her an inquisitive look. She merely blushed and mumbled an apology. But that wasn't the only discovery she would make that night. Looking back down at the tiny blaze she smiled to herself, immensely pleased with herself. She fed the fire until it was big enough to cook on. She carefully placed branches on, mindful of not singing her skin on the tongues of flame. But something odd was going on.
As she placed the branches on she didn't feel the intense heat of the fire. Curiosity getting the better of her, she bit her lip, squeezed her eyes shut tight, and stuck her hand straight into it. She opened her eyes when she felt nothing. It was amazing! She could stick her hand in FIRE and she wouldn't be burned! She laughed aloud.
From over on his side of the clearing, Sesshoumaru watched on as she played with her newfound power like a pup. The sight made him want to smile. Ripping a few chunks of meat out of his boar's side he carried it over to the hungry girl and handed it to her to do whatever she wanted with it. After she stuck it into the flames he sat down on the other side of the fire and looked at her.
“Explain” was all he said. Looking up from her cooking, Kagome cocked her head to the side in question.
“What do you mean?” Sesshoumaru didn't like the fact that he wasn't being addressed to formally, but he decided it could slide for now.
“This Sesshoumaru doesn't enjoy further explaining himself.” He stared at her expecting an answer. All he got was a soul- piercing, flat look. Pinching the bridge of his nose he continued, “How is it that not only your appearance, but your scent is different?” at this question the miko paused, not knowing how much to reveal to him.
“I, uh…” she began, trying to put her thoughts together, “I have been beginning to claim my rightful place.” She stopped there, not wanting to explain further. Sesshoumaru was confused at her choice of words and aggravated she didn't elaborate, but he didn't let it show. He merely let it drop for now. Ill get it out of her later. He decided to ask her another question.
“Do you know where we are?” Kagome frowned at this question.
“What is that supposed to mean? Well, lets see…” she trailed off, a thoughtful look passed over her face and she wrapped her arms around her knees, “All I remember is finally coming home, cleaning my shed…” she mumbled the next few words so he couldn't hear exactly what she said, then, “waking up and, and… YOU!” eyes wide, she pointed at him. “How did you get into the future!?”
Deciding to humor her a bit he answered her. “The well” he leaned against a tree and watched her reaction.
Kagome was beside herself with shock. She opened and closed her mouth like a fish, trying to find words. “wha? But? Uh….how?” smelling that her dinner was now finished, she threw her hand into the fire and retrieved it. Munching on her meal, Kagome decided to set things straight. Ok, so far he has been willing to talk. Lets see how far I can carry this conversation. We need to get everything out on the table, `cause according to him, he doesn't even know where we are. If it's not the Sengoku Jidai, then where could we be? She spread her senses, to see if she could feel anything familiar. What she felt was amazing. She could tell there were thousands of demons, all in varying degrees of strength and abilities. She could feel the trees, flowers, and even the air that was all untouched by the pollution of her time… and she could feel… herself. She frowned. Hearing Sesshoumaru clear his throat, she was shaken out of her thoughts.
“What is it” he asked in a monotone voice. He had noticed as he was answering before that her mind was focused elsewhere, and was curious to know what was focused on when she frowned.
Shaking her head she brushed it off as nothing.
“I was just thinking. You were saying how you got through the well?”
“This Sesshoumaru does not repeat himself.” Huffing in frustration, Kagome explained.
“Look, we need to cooperate. I'm not really sure of where we are either. All I know is that there are thousands of demons in these woods. If we are to survive, we need to work together.” She looked at him expectantly from across the fire and awaited his response as she finished her meal and licked her fingers clean.
Finding reason in what she said, Sesshoumaru nodded and smiled inwardly. So she decided she wants to trust me. An alliance with a miko of this caliber can prove itself to be quite useful. (We all know he is just trying to justify befriending her >.<)
“This Sesshoumaru had said that over the course of he last few years, he had noticed you would disappear and reappear some how magically. He followed you one night and saw that it was the well that transported you, but he didn't know exactly where. If he is correct, it was about eight days ago that this Sesshoumaru felt a strong pull towards the well and a feeling that he had to see you. Investigating into the matter, he appeared there, but you were absent. He waited, then jumped into the well to see if it would take him to you, and, evidently it did.” He finished there.
It annoyed Kagome to no end that he spoke in the third person. Pushing it aside as unimportant at the current moment, she thought about what he said. Ok, he told me about him, I have to tell him my story in order to make this work. Taking a deep breath she began.
“The well never let anyone but me and Inu Yasha through before.” She paused.
Sesshoumaru frowned. That insolent pup had the power to transcend time for the past few years? He focused his attention on her as she began again.
“Well, I guess I should start from the beginning.” She made a nervous laugh and gave him a half smile. “Well it was on my fifteenth birthday, some time ago…”
And so she told him her story, from her fifteenth birthday to the day she returned, but she conveniently left out the necklace, her `dream' and her newfound powers. She decided he didn't need to know that now. Every once in a while he would ask a question about her quest, and the future. Being as honest as possible, she answered all of them. By the time she was done, it was very late into the night. She could hear crickets chirping and could sense the animals of the night that were out and about.
Sesshoumaru looked through the trees to see where the moon was. A blood red moon hung in a black-red sky. What makes the sky bleed so? He noted that the moon was setting.
“It will be morning soon, this Sesshoumaru knows humans require large amounts of sleep every night. You may sleep into the late morning so you have the amount of sleep required by your race. This Sesshoumaru will keep watch tonight and you shall assist him in scouting out the area when you wake.” That said, he jumped into the branches of the tree he was leaning against.
Kagome was stunned. Did he just say I could sleep in late? She never heard him say so many words at one time. She smiled up at him. Maybe he isn't as cold hearted as I thought. She made way to take off her haiori so she could use it as a pillow, when she realized what she was wearing. She was still in the same black hakamas from the previous day, and wrapped around her torso was a long piece of cloth binding her chest. She blushed a wonderful shade of read at being so exposed in front of the powerful demon lord. She looked up into his tree to see him smirking back down at her. So he knew I was like this, and he liked it, huh?
Jumping down from his tree, Sesshoumaru began to remove his armor. Kagome just watched. Once he began to untie his haiori, she began to panic. A deep crimson spread across her cheeks as her imagination got the better of her. She squealed as he removed it. He walked over to her, haiori in hand.
“Here.” He held it outwards, offering it to her. Confused, Kagome scrunched her eyebrows. “To cover yourself.” He elaborated. She turned a darker shade of pink, if that was even possible.
“A-arigato.” She stammered. Grabbing it from him she quickly wrapped it around her. It was huge. Breathing in deep the scent it carried, Kagome stored it in her memory. He smelled of an oncoming storm.
He jumped back into his tree as Kagome laid back in his haiori. She closed her eyes halfway and watched the fire burn down to embers. Though she had been through so much in the last seventy-two hours, she didn't feel very tired… she listened to the sounds of the night. With her new eyes she was able to see everything that was going on. Pulling a tendril of her power around her head, she shut out all he noises, and sights some so she could sleep peacefully. After a few moments her heartbeat slowed, and her breathing became soft and even.
Sesshoumaru looked through the lower branches at the sleeping girl. She had given him a great deal of information to think about. Though she had told him a great deal, he knew there was more to her story. He watched her as her breathing slowed, and became even. She was asleep. Now, he could look at her without having any interruption. She is defiantly taller. Her hair IS a different color, and there is something different about her power. It seems more controlled. Before, it would whirl around her when she was angry, or fluctuate around her whenever she didn't want to use it. He knew she was untrained. So how did she acquire this control? He had so many questions, and by telling him her story, he just had even more. This miko is right though. Neither of us knows where we are, or how to get back. I am going to have to tolerate her presence, for I cannot allow the one who protects the jewel die. If she isn't there to protect it, there will be great unrest in the lands. He pinched the bridge of his nose, not wanting to even think of that headache.
Below him he heard the girl whimper some. Focusing his attention back to her, he watched her roll over. His haiori dipped open some, and exposed the top of her chest. She rolled a bit more, and it opened even more. Stretching out his neck some, he looked at the sight. She still wore the cloth that hid her breasts. What the hell am I doing? Bringing myself so low as to peak at a mere mortal woman… But she isn't a mere mortal, her scent tells me so. Just who is this onna that has caught my eye?
She whimpered again. This time, something happened. Something glittered on her chest. Jumping down from his tree, Sesshoumaru went in for a closer look. Landing next to her, he was able to view her creamy skin with no obstacles.
At the dip of her clavicle there sat a chunk of the jewel. It sat halfway embedded in her chest. She turned slightly to her side. Again, the jewel somehow caught the setting moons rays and it glinted. Sesshoumaru was fascinated. How did she manage this? The third time the jewel glittered, something flashed around her neck. It appeared to be a tiny dragon of some sort; it was all black, with eyes a deep black-red. As soon as it came it was gone. He was amazed at what he saw. What does all this mean?
Sesshoumaru sat next to the sleeping miko all night, to see if it would come again, curious as to what it was, but no luck. It wouldn't appear again. The only thing that remained was the jewel fragment lodged in her chest. As time went by he watched her, and the jewel closely. He almost laughed when he felt her hand on his tail. Looking down at the miko, he saw that she was still asleep. She had reached out in her sleep, and gotten a hold of his tail. Once she had a firm grip on it, she curled into a ball around it, squeezing it a bit. Not finding any way to remove her from the unoffending appendage, he simply let her sleep.
As the sun rose he noticed something. Even though the suns rays touched the jewel, it didn't glitter at all. The shine must have been of her doing then. He concluded. And so he sat there, waiting for her to wake up.
As the sun rose Kagome awakened. It was only a mere four hours since she fell asleep, but she felt refreshed, her new body accepted the little amount of sleep. Yawning, she stretched; eyes still closed, and ran her fingers through the furry thing comfortably wrapped around her. Furry? Her eyes flew open.
She was wrapped in Sesshoumaru's tail; her borrowed haiori was open, showing off her stomach, and the tops of her creamy breasts. She looked at her companion. His eyes were shut, but she could tell by listening to his heartbeat and breathing patterns that he was only in a very light sleep. Blushing furiously, she tried to stand up and untangle herself from his fuzzy appendage, but all she achieved was standing up, and tripping over said appendage, and landing on her butt, still twined in it.
All the commotion woke up the Inu. He watched her as she attempted to untangle herself. Deciding to be a bit playful, he slowly tightened his hold on her. She didn't notice that he was awake, and thought it was her doing that she couldn't get out. Pouting, she looked at him.
The face she gave him made him laugh inwardly. But that was enough playtime. He coughed lightly, effectively getting her attention.
“Are you well rested?” he untwined himself from her. Standing up, he wrapped it around his shoulder once more. When she nodded her head in the affirmative, he went over to the remains of the boar that was on the other side of the clearing. Using his claws, he ripped off the remaining chunks of meat, and walked back to her.
While he was doing this, Kagome stood up and tied her oversized haiori around herself. Yawning a bit she looked up into the sky. Through the trees she was able to see a bright blue sky. Smiling at such nice weather, she met Sesshoumaru half way and took her breakfast from him.
“There is no time to cook it,” he began, “if there are as many demons here as you say, we are going to have to move.” Kagome nodded and began to follow the shirtless demon lord. As they walked, Kagome tried to use her newfound power again. Gathering the heat in her hand, she covered her palm in a small flame. She closed the meat in her slightly flaming fist for a second. When she opened her hand, she saw that the meat was cooked. She smirked inwardly at her success. Looking up she saw Sesshoumaru was standing on a small hill some feet in front of her. Munching on her breakfast, she tried to follow his line of sight, to see what he saw.

When Yoko opened his eyes, all he saw was green. He felt as if he had a nasty hangover. ~vines? Where the hell am-~ and it all came back to him. He remembered. Talking to Hiei, finding the shrine, the gorgeous girl on the ground, ripping a portal to Makai, and now. Rolling over, he looked behind him, to reassure himself that the girl was still there. Yup.
She was hanging from the ceiling; arms and legs were secure with his vines. Her head bowed, so he couldn't see her face, forest green hair spilled over her shoulder. He froze, straining his senses to pick up everything. He could hear her slow, steady heartbeat, and her regulated breathing. She was asleep. Sighing in relief, he slowly walked over to her, in hopes of not waking her up.
The girl's senses felt his approach. When he was in arms distance, she slowly opened her eyes, and picked up her head to stare at him. At the sight of her eyes, he paused. ~I feel as though she is looking through me, at my very soul~ he shivered at the thought.
“Where am I?” at the sound of her voice, Yoko's mind came to a standstill. Her voice was so pure, like an angel's. ~I guess the beast is gone then.~
The girl was utterly confused as to what was going on. She couldn't remember anything. She gritted her teeth as she felt her blood beast bubble up within her once again. Her head lolled to the side as her eyes began to bleed red once more, but it was different this time. It wasn't the fear she felt before, the need to run away from a threat, nor the need to defend and fight.
It was lust.
Having no control over what was happening inside of her, she had no choice but to give in to the primal instinct that took over her mind.
The scent that assaulted Yoko's nose made him freeze. He watched cautiously as her eyes began to bleed, but also clouded over in lust. He could smell her arousal in the air. ~ Just what is going on?~ he could feel his beast rise up within himself in answer to the angelic demoness in front of him. He had that feeling in the back of his mind that something wasn't right, but he immediately stuffed those thoughts down as her head lolled to the side, exposing her neck, and the creamy skin of the top of her chest. He almost groaned, letting his vines change their hold on her so she had a bit more freedom. As they slid over her skin, a few thorns accidentally grazed the fabric of her hakamas effectively turning them to rags and exposing most of her legs. Yoko could feel his pants tighten as she moaned softly. ~ kami how am I supposed to restrain myself from taking this gorgeous creature?~ he wanted to take her right there and then, but not knowing what the repercussions would entail, was a bit hesitant. By now, the vines had moved her so she was on her knees, looking at him. The look she gave him was of pure lust, and Yoko felt his self-control start to slip. She licked her lips as she looked at him, and he moved his way over so he was right in front of her. Seeing he was so close, she tried to move forward so she could touch him, but the vines restricted her movements. This just turned her on to another level. Smirking devilishly up at him she stretched her spine a bit so she could reach her head up to his. Not one to argue at this point, Yoko leaned in, taking her lips with his, basking in the softness in her lips, planning on ending it there, but the demoness had ideas of her own. She deepened it quickly, and attempted to move so she could remove his clothes, but again found she was unable. This just pissed her off a bit, so she growled lightly, and bit his lip. Yoko forced himself to pull away, and crawl a few feet back from her, looking at her in awe. She was more seductive than any creature he ever encountered without even trying. She did nothing a normal demon would do when in heat, yet this turned him on to no end. This was a dangerous situation. Trying to calm himself down he placed a barrier around her to prevent himself from attacking her and forcing a pup unto her.
It killed him to listen to her whining and whimpering. She was sending his self control to insane limits. He didn't know how long he would be able to protect her from other demons if she attracted any from her evident heat. He was so spiritually tired, he didn't even know how long he was going to be able to keep up the barrier that separated him from her.
oOo oOo
Walking over to Sesshoumaru Kagome felt something. It was like a tug to her mind itself. She felt a wave of lust, and then it was gone. She could feel the jewel warm a bit in her chest, then something in her mind snapped. It was her primal instinct. One that told her she needed to attack everything within reaching distance and protect her land, fight for dominance. It was a burning need.
Stopping in her tracks she screamed and clutched her head as she collapsed to the ground. Sesshoumaru turned to her in concern at her outburst, but quickly turned to the defensive as her scent shifted. As her eyes began to bleed for the second time the sky began to cloud over, darkening the landscape in blood red. He waited as she lost control on her beast, looking on to see if she would transform or not. He watched as her claws began to form, teeth began to elongate. She was becoming more demon, less human. The whole time, she clawed at her own head, trying to prevent the change, afraid what was going to happen if she lost control, but she felt a pulse go through her, telling her that this was what she was meant to be. Surprised at this feeling, she let go as she became a mindless killing machine.
“Onna, you lack control.” Sesshoumaru said as she attacked him blindly. “This Sesshoumaru shall teach you to fight with your demon power and not let your beast bleed through.”
This was the only thing he was able to get out as she came, claws first, a dangerous ball of fury.

He jumped down from his little perch within the Goshinboku tree when he felt the magic of the well flare. Sitting on its edge he waited impatiently for the blue light to die down and reveal his shard detector. What he saw within it surprised him a bit. It was a girl. It looked like Kagome, but he wasn't sure if it was or not. This confused him some, frowning he looked at her. She was unconscious, laying on her side, hair sprawled across her face. He sniffed the air in hopes of finding her true identity. She smells like her, but not. What he hell is going on?
Jumping down he picked her up, threw her over his shoulder and made his way over to Kaede's. On his way he was intercepted by Miroku who had felt the wells power as well.
“Inu Yasha” he called, “who might this fine young lady be? Let me take her from your hands.” He reached out hopefully to take her from him.
“Oh stuff it bouzo” Inu Yasha stormed past him. Curious, Miroku followed. When he entered the village, Inu Yasha just trudged around the children playing in the streets and ignored the stares of the villagers. Miroku followed at a small distance, humming to himself an unknown tune.
Barging into Kaede's hut, Inu Yasha plopped the poor unconscious girl onto the floor.
“Old lady, I found someone in the bottom of the well. Do you know who the hell she is?” he sat down cross legged next to her and crossed his arms in his haori. His ears flicked back and forth as he listened to the sounds outside.
Kaede paused in her chore of slicing some herbs and turned to see who he had brought in. surprised to see such a alluring yet familiar girl, she hobbled over to get a better look.
“Where did ye find her?” she brushed the girls silky hair out of her face.
“I already told ya!” he yelled back. Kaede nodded. She dusted off her hands and began to walk to the other side of the hut.
“We might as well get her comfortable until we can find out who she is.” Rolling his eyes, Inu Yasha dragged his feet and grumbled as he was forced to help Kaede prepare a room for her.
When they were done, Inu Yasha moved -practically dragged- her into the small, quiet room. She looked as though she was in a deep, peaceful sleep. Kaede could now see her face clearly.
“Inu Yasha no baka, ye couldn't see that this is Kagome-sama?” Inu Yasha did a double take. The more he looked at her the more familiar she became.
“Oh shut up! You didn't recognize her at first either!” he stormed out of the room to sulk. Kaede shook her head softly, and started to follow when an orange blur shot into the room. She smiled as the kit bombarded her with questions.
“O MY GOD IheardKagomeisback! Whereisshe? Whereisshe? Whereisshe? Whereisshe? Whereisshe? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh? Huh?” he hopped from foot to foot, excited.
“Don't ye possess a nose?” was her reply. The kit paused, blinked once, then:
”Oh yea!” he sniffed the air. Whirling around, he found the girl in question on the floor his eyes lit up and he pounced onto her chest “Kagome! Kagome! Kagome! Kagome! WakeupWakeupWakeupWakeup!” he jumped up and down in effort to wake her.
The girl abruptly opened her eyes and sat up, causing the tiny kit to tumble into her lap with an `oomph'. She looked down at him.
“YAY YOUR-“ he stopped as he looked into her eyes. They pierced straight through him. He shivered as a chill went down his spine. “a- a- atashi wa…” he scrambled out of her lap and bowed next to her so his nose was touching the ground. “gomen nesai gosaimasu.” Daring to look up, he saw her smile. She had Kagome's smile. She is Kagome!
Kaede decided to leave them alone and wobbled out of the room.
“Hey there Shippou, hows my little kit doin?” she cocked her head to the side in question. She looked at the little kit. His face was quite comical. His eyes were as wide as saucers and his mouth was hanging wide open. “Shippou dear, your gonna catch flies at that rate.” She giggled.
Snapping out of his stupor he looked at her. “Kaa- san, what happened to you?”
Laughing at his choice of words, she scooped him up and hugged him tightly. “Don't you worry your little head, you will come to know in time.” Leaning back he smiled up at her, accepting the answer like the child he was. “Come one honey, lets go meet everyone else.” Getting up, she let the tendril of power that she used as a screen loose, allowing her senses to take everything in. she felt different somehow, but brushed it off as something that needed addressed for later. She could feel Miroku in the room next-door unconscious. Sango was next to him, the anger in her aura flaring about her. Poor Miroku and his wandering hands. She smiled to herself. Kaede was cutting herbs. Inu Yasha was a distance away, in the Goshinboku. She didn't know how she knew all of this, her senses just told her it was so, and she went with it. Smiling down at her kit they went into the other room.
Whatever activity was going on abruptly ended as she entered. Sango and the now conscious Miroku looked at her in awe, not recognizing her. Miroku took in the sight of her beauty, and abruptly stopped when he reached her eyes. Shivering, he looked into his hands.
Kagome, understanding, sat down next to them. “Its still me guys. Sango, would you like to join me in a bath? I obviously have a few things to tell you. I'm gonna go down now, would you please join me in a while though?” confused at the request, Sango had no choice but to agree, so she nodded her head in the affirmative as Kagome gathered her things.
Softly walking out the door, Kagome walked down to the hot spring. When she got there she immediately put up a barrier around her surroundings. Sitting down on the bank, she began to meditate. Calming her breathing, she slowed her heart rate some. She could feel the jewel awaken some. Protruding from her chest, it began to gleam with its pure light. As it shown she got a strange feeling. A vision of sorts. Of her and a fox. Lust. It was her; and embodiment of lust. And of Sesshoumaru. Of her making fires with her thoughts. She could feel instinct was with him, her instinct. Looking deep inside of her she found that her instinct was absent from her. What did this mean? What is going on?
She absorbed knowledge, of herself fighting, different techniques Sesshoumaru pounded into her instincts, but she wasn't really there, was she?
It was insane, this feeling. She tried to find a reasonable explanation for what was going on. She thought back to what happened.
Lets see… I remember waking up, and finding Sesshoumaru there. There was also a kitsune… hmmm, all of a sudden it hit her. I freaked out, the fox grabbed me, and transported me somewhere. That's when I felt that rip in my soul, lust went with him? Sesshoumaru grabbed me, is that how my instinct is with him?
Not quite getting it still she wondered. Concentrating deeply, she thought of creating another rip in her soul. She didn't understand why she did this, she just felt like she had to. Opening her eyes, she watched as the air in front of her misted a bit, and pulled itself together, taking on a peachy tone. It swirled a little, and then began to solidify. Pushing a bit of her power into it, she watched as it took on her image. When she was done, she looked at her handiwork. She smiled triumphantly, and she smiled back. Looking now inside herself, she found that her playful side was lessened greatly. She knew that she was looking at the embodiment of her prankster side. Kagome was shocked at what she just did. She could MULTIPLY herself! The added senses hit her then.
It was like seeing double, but not. She saw the world from her point of view, and yet, saw it from her new copy's as well. She noticed she could see from two other points of views as well. It was hard to cope with, but after a few minutes she was able to distinct herself from the other images in her head. Turning towards the copy in front of her she wondered if she saw in the same way.
“Do you see how I do?” Kagome asked.
“Now that depends, nee-chan, how do you see?” she answered Kagome with a question of her own. The personality reminded her of a kitsune. This is gonna be annoying
“I see through different point of views, how do you see?” this made the copy stop.
“I'm sorry nee-chan, but we aren't like you, only you can see what we all see at one time, and only you can reveal that knowledge to another copy at your will. We are after all, only pieces of you. We may act in your stead, no one, save us can tell us apart, this is how you can be in more than one place at one time, just what everyone needs” she winked at that, which made Kagome laugh.
“Thank you for your cooperation, I greatly appreciate it” she bowed to herself.
“No problem nee-chan!” her kitsune attitude chirped as her form misted some and returned to her body. Kagome sighed as she felt the small piece of her soul return to her body. As her soul settled a bit Kagome sensed a mortal approaching her barrier. Without even having to guess who it was, Kagome knew it was Sango. She could tell by the way she walked, smelled, and by her aura. It was amazing how many ways she could sense another person.
Kagome forced the images she was receiving of her other selves to the back of her mind, feeling a headache form already from them, and placed a hole in the barrier where she knew Sango was going to enter. Getting up, she began to undress as Sango placed her things next to her. Neither talked as they waded out into the water, neither knowing what to say. It was slightly awkward, but they didn't know how to bring up the subject. Finally Kagome decided to clue her in a bit, not on everything, but Sango is like my sister, she deserves to know whats goin on.
“Hey uh, Sango?” she called as she worked the soap into a lather
“Hai Kagome?” was the reply as she washed suds off her skin.
“I have something to tell you…”

wow that's finally done. I am soooo sorry for not getting this up sooner, life just kinda distracted me majorly. But now that the school year is approaching, there should be steady updates coming, because I tend not to pay attention to classes. So please don't loose faith in me yet. I'm trying hard to get my chapters as long as possible as fast as possible, but I didn't realize how quiet the voices in my head would get if I write everything down. Anyways…
Ryukotsusei: I would like to say that you are one of my favorite authors on this site, I have read almost all your stories, and you have no idea how happy it makes me for you to comment on this humble writers fanfic. About your comment though: you say it's impossible for someone to write a lemon between 4 and 5 people, huh? Well, I never said it was gonna be all at once, but if it was I would have to either base it on some insane porn or partake in a gang bang in order to have the scene play out realistically, and not idiotically. That's just my honest opinion. I don't know, I will just have to see how it all plays out, ne?
BrokenSouledPoetess: I had also meant to thank you for commenting my story earlier, for you are another one of my favorite authors
