Once upon a time in a kingdom far, far away… ONLY JOKING!!! As if I'd start my first ever fanfiction with a lame beginning like that [Jo starts laughing at the readers confused stares]… okay I admit it! The beginning will end up lame even without that beginning sentence with my crappy writing skills, [Sigh] instead the first sentence will end up totally un-intellectual, non-understandable nonsense.

 

[A few readers giggle at Jo] [Jo's left eye twitching uncontrollably]……………… OKAY I GET IT! JUST STOP WITH THE GOD DAMN GIGGLING ALREADY!!! [Sniff-Sniff] It's obvious that the readers already don't like me… fine you've got your own way [Glares at the readers] I'll start the story already.

It had been five days since the Inuyasha gang had finally completed the Shikon no Tama and destroyed Naraku… but not all was well, Kagome sat on the windowsill in her bedroom. Tears ran down her cheeks as she stared at the Goshinboku, yet still however hard she tried she could not take her gaze away from the majestic tree… the memories from the Feudal Era both haunted her and made her happy.

 

The memories from when she travelled with her friends from the past made her extremely happy but the earlier memories haunted her.

After destroying Naraku the only survivor's left were Kagome, Sango, Kirara and Inuyasha; Miroku's curse was worsened by the new small spider incarnations of Naraku and before he had the chance of one swing of his staff at his and his families arch enemy the air rip had already consumed him leaving no traces of himself, the demons nor the ground around him.

 

While as Kanna after instructions from Naraku had sucked the soul out of Shippo purposely in front of the miko from the future, Kagome had lost control after seeing Shippo die in front of her while she was unable to do anything and had unintentionally released a wave of miko powers toward Kanna, turning the emotionless young pale looking incarnation of Naraku to dust while as Kanna's mirror cracked in two freeing all of the trapped souls within it.

 

At the same time as Kagome destroyed Kanna, Inuyasha faced Naraku and after many failed tried uses of Kaze no Kizu he used Bakuyuuha sending a great deal of Naraku's miasma back to its owner destroying most of Naraku's tentacles, Inuyasha leaving no chance for Naraku to recover then used KongouSouha leaving Naraku on the ground with diamond keeping him stuck there, all of his demons had been destroyed by Sango and Kirara, Kagura had been sucked into Miroku's air rip as he died and Kanna having been destroyed by Kagome. He was alone and completely helpless and as they say what goes around comes around, Kagome walked up to Naraku not liking the fact he was still breathing, she notched an arrow in her bow and let it fly into Naraku's forehead the grief of seeing Shippo die right in front of her and Miroku being forced to die from the curse years early just before they had defeated the evil demon had caused her to subconsciously feed a massive amount of miko energy into the arrow.

 

Just the one arrow to the head from Kagome had left nothing of Naraku except the Shikon Shards that was in his body, they lay innocently on the ground as if none of this was its fault… after that Kagome had purified the Shikon no Tama back together again. Having no wish for the sacred jewel she gave it to Inuyasha whom in turn made his wish, everyone looked confused as Inuyasha didn't turn into a full demon but the jewel was still there showing that still he had made an impure wish, later on that night they had found out his wish after seeing Kikyo walk into there camp later on and Inuyasha leaving with her. In that small amount of time in which Kikyo was there Kagome had felt no souls of other people keeping her alive… Inuyasha had wished for Kikyo to truly come back to life, even though Kagome knew that the hanyou had no feelings for her in that way it still hurt her to watch him walk away with the former dead miko.

 

Sango had left with Kirara to journey the lands after Kohaku had died and Kagome went back home the Shikon no Tama around her neck.
