“So he's afraid the stupid bastard.” Yuusuke said aloud as he walked back to the shrine, his mind working a mile a minute as he thought of a way to prove to Sesshomaru that he. Was. Not. WEAK. Or a weakness. He would now and again kick a tree or punch one wishing it was Sesshomaru instead, but yet it wasn't so the tree would have to deal.

“What the fuck is wrong with him, he's probably just mad because he doesn't know what it's like to have more then a physical connection to someone.” Yuusuke said looking up in to the night sky.

“Perhaps you are right.” Someone answered him but before he could even turn to see who, everything went blank.

“Anyone know where Yuusuke is?” Kurama called as he walked into the sitting room watching, as everyone looked at him clueless.

“This is bad, he's been gone for hours, and his energy disappeared well over two hours ago.” Kurama said as he walked over to the door pulling his shoes on. He walked out of the room leaving everyone in silence. He was only gone for a little while before he rushed back in, his breathing labored and his features immaculate.

“Hiei, he's gone. Someone took him. Come look.” Kurama said as he turned to leave again Hiei in tow. They walked out to the courtyard and smeared in blood was a warning. Not a message, a warning.

Follow me and he will die. If a weakness he is a death he deserves no one should be doubted when they have enemies waiting to exploit them, perhaps next time. You'll choose what you speak and know what you speak of.

“What the fuck?” Hiei spat at the message as he walked forward allowing everyone else to exit the room as well.

“What the hell did that idiot get himself into now?” Hiei said aloud as he re-read the message. Sesshomaru walked out of the room and outside, his features tensing a little at the smell of the blood. He stayed passive as he also read the message his stomach turning at the words written in blood. Someone had heard them and took Yuusuke to get to him, just because he looked at him as if he was a weakness.
Growling low is his throat he walked away from everyone unnoticed as he disappeared into the forest. This did not bode well, not at all.

Yuusuke awoke to blackness, and a pain shooting through his back.

“What the fuck…” He groaned out loud trying to use his hands or somewhat bend his back, but to his avail he couldn't. His hands were above his head and he could feel the sharp metal dig into his wrists as he hung there. The chains jingled as he swung slightly. He gritted his teeth as the pain shot through his back.

“So you're awake?” Someone asked from the darkness that shrouded the room. Yuusuke merely stared trying to see if he could sense who was talking, sadly he couldn't. He growled, as he remained quiet.
He heard shifted and spun his head. Behind him stood, what he thought was, a demon. They had long dark midnight blue hair, black eyes, and stood as tall as Youko Kurama.

“What the fuck do you want?” Yuusuke snarled as the demon approached him. The demon merely smiled looking down at him.

“O it's nothing I want young hanyou. It's what you want. Let's play a game shall we. You survive and you win.” The demon said and right before Yuusuke's eyes the demon vanished literally. Yuusuke stared wide-eyed for a moment before he pulled on his chains. He groaned when they dug deeper into his hands. He looked around for anything he could use.

“Kuso.” He cursed, as he couldn't seem to find anything. He started swinging a round and his foot came into contact with something hard. Swinging again he realized it was a wall. Yuusuke smiled swinging back once more before doing a flip off the wall. Breaking the chains that held him.

“Ha!” Yuusuke laughed pointing at the chains as he pushed him self against the wall feeling for an exit. Yuusuke thought the darkness would go on forever before his hand hit a curve and he smiled as he pushed it in. He flinched away when a bright light hit his eyes, his vision going blurry as he went dizzy. After a moment Yuusuke stepped forward his eyes adjusted to the brightness of the light. He was in a hallway now fully alit from the floor to the high reaching demons. Yuusuke looked around; there were demons everywhere. Yuusuke smiled almost evilly.

“ I was aching for a fight.” He whispered. He almost jumped when he heard the voice from inside the room.

“Welcome to my castle,” He looked around frantically, “the reason I brought you here is to test you're will to live. You, if you haven't figured it out yet, are a crossbreed. Kitsune and inu I believe. This game will test those limits with in you. That and I needed something to entertain me. Perhaps you would like to know the name of your murderer. The name's Hitoshi. Remember it, you'll be whimpering it under my wrath.” Hitoshi said, leaving Yuusuke in a moment of silence before the young man cursed turning to the nearest demon.

“Do you suppose we should heed the warning?” Kurama mused as Hiei and he sat outside. Hiei smirked.
“Hell no.” He remarked as his leg dangled from the tree he was sitting on. Kurama smiled as he pushed off the tree going back into the temple. Hiei `Hn'ed before following.

“We're going to get some supplies. Then I need to go to the Makai. If my guess is correct I think Yuusuke is in dire need of a rescue team. Although if we break the rules our fate may befall us Hiei.” Kurama said as silence answered him. They walked through the forest and surprising them both Sesshomaru followed them in the trip back.

Silence ensued as they continued their trip. When they arrived at the temple. They all stopped short another message was written in blood covering the one they had just rid themselves of. In front of it Inuyasha was passed out as Kagome tried to pull him back into the temple. When Kagome looked up to see the three she became nervous.

“ He fainted can you help me get him back inside.” Kagome asked as she tried to pick him up again. Kurama walked over smiling and lifted the hanyou off the ground taking him inside, before coming back out.

Follow the rules and you'll survive, he'll survive if he follows the rules. He's made it past the first obstacle now he'll continue on. Be warned to survive rules aren't always broken. Kurama read allowed as the two other demons read it to themselves.

“So we're playing a game. The odds do not seem to be tipped in our favor.” Kurama remarked as he traced the blood. He sighed giving in.

“Then I suppose we should stay here until the rules say otherwise. There might actually be a reason some one has for actually doing this.” Hiei remarked disappearing. Kurama and Sesshomaru both nodded going there separate ways. Then it was settled; they would wait.

“Fuck they just keep coming.” Yuusuke cursed as his fist connected with another demon. The bone breaking from the force already becoming easy to ignore as Yuusuke heard it repeatedly. He sighed heavily when he realized no matter how hard he attacked his opponents. They just wouldn't go down.

His fists flew almost automatically as he completely ignored what he was doing. Before long it almost felt as if he wasn't even apart of himself anymore. He felt docile and cold as he watched the battle around him, as he threw his fist for another punch the demon in front of him froze.

Their features stilling as soon as his fist made contact with their skin. His eyes widen slightly as he realized what had happened. He tried to do again, tried forcing the attack out. It didn't work. It was a straight punch no strings attached not even his spirit or demon energy were apart of it.

He tried something different. He stood straight and closed his eyes, concentrating on himself instead of his power. He threw his fist again; the demon in front of him froze, an ice statue in front of him.

Yuusuke smiled wickedly, this was perfect. Perhaps he wouldn't need Kurama or Sesshomaru after all…

Everyone that attacked him froze before his very eyes. Although when he entered a different room, nothing he tried worked and he couldn't get back out. He was trapped and there was nothing he could do about it… or so he though.

Very short compared to my other chapters I know, and I'm sorry. I'm trying to figure out where I want this to go. I know how I wanted it. I just can't write fight scenes all like that well. Review and I'll see ya'll next chapter. Bai!!!
