Chapter 1

'She's coming! She's coming! She's coming!' Kikyou yelled and ran down the schools hallway, the others following close behind. She held her hands high up in the air, while her fingers clutched a white letter stamped all over. She jumped from place to place, not even bothering what the students thought of her. All that matter was that…

`She's coming!' Kikyou yelled to some 1. graders who completely got freaked out bye this crazy, psycho girly looking maniac. She did a happy dance and skipped away, while Inuyasha had to apologize for his girlfriends rude behavior, then ran to catch up with his friends, who went after the now gone-crazy woman.

Finally reaching them, he had to catch his breath, before asking where Kikyou had gone of.
Much to his surprise, she was dancing around the schools football players. Seeing how their eyes popped out when she jumped and her skirt reveled just a little to much cleavage, Inuyasha gritted his teeth and stomped over, grabbed her by the arm and started dragging her away, but things turned differently.

Not allowing to be bossed, Kikyou happily spoon in circle and jumped on Inuyasha to get a piggy back ride. Unfortunately, he lost his balance and fall face in the dirt.
While their friends were dying of laughter, Kikyo didn't even seem to notice. Instead, she leaned forward and asked if he needed help or if he broke his spine.

Trying to contain her laughter, Sango stumblingly made her way to the fallen couple and pulled her best friend of the poor mans back. Miroku reached out a hand, which Inuyasha gladly accepted. After cleaning his pants and shirt he wanted to say something, but noticed Kikyou was missing again. Giving up, he sighed and went to sit on a bench under some tree, while watching her do crazy things again, just like she did this morning.

`What has gotten in to her today?' Sango wondered, while watching her skip around.

`I have absolutely no Idea' Inuyasha breathed out.

`Why is she screaming ``She's coming back'' all the time?' Miroku bugged in on the conversation and slumped on the ground, pulling Sango in his lap.

`Don't have a clue' Inuyasha rested his chin in his palms `When I picked her up today, she slammed the door in my nose like I wasn't even there. Then on our way to school, she constantly kept twitching in her seat and turning her head like she would be a little to high on caffeine.

`Uh…that defiantly doesn't sound like her. She's always so calm and…well her all mighty self.' Sango pursed her lips, while her index finger played with a strain of her long brownish hair.

`Maybe she finally cracked?' That earned Miroku a good slap.

`Don't say such things!' Sango growled and stood up.

`Oh come on Sango, you know I didn't mean it' he apologized and rubbed his cheek.

`I don't care what you meant, it's what you said that counts' she crossed her arms and turned away from him.

`Sango…' Miroku pleaded.

`Hmph!' She held her head up and sat next to Inuyasha.

`Damn…'

`What am I going to do with her? His deep eyes met Sangos. She saw worry and concern in them. Knowing Inuyasha cared for the girl, but sometimes, Kikyou could be a real bitch.
It surprised her he even felt this way. Putting a protective arm around his shoulders, she rubbed his back softly while he just shook his head.

`I'm sure it's just a faze she's going thro…It'll be better tomorrow…'

`Yeah I hope…If not…I'll have to find my self another girlfriend and I really don't feel like searching' he said sarcastically as some girls passed by waving at him and giving him, their most dashing smile.

He hated this. Just because he was captain of the football team and the schools president, not to mention the fact that his family was filthy rich and his mom was a movie star player, didn't mean that every girl had to go sulking up to him. He knew that Kikyou was with him because of one thing…Money. But unlike the other women, she really loved him. He couldn't say he felt the same, but he did care for the girl and he had absolutely no intentions of leaving her side. One thing was for sure…while she was with him, the others kept a good distance. They knew if they even touched him, Kikyou would kill them. He liked that about her. She was his personal so called ``body guard'' not that he minded or anything.

`Well…I better take her home'
He stood up and went to get his precious angel.

After Inuyasha dropped her home, Kikyou ran in to the kitchen where her mother happily greeted her.

`Excited dear?' Mrs. Higurashi asked while checking the roast in the oven, before returning back to cleaning the lettuce.

`She's coming mom! I can't believe she's coming back!' Kikyou said all joyful and sat down at the counter, watching her mother. In her hand she still kept holding a ``to her'' valuable piece of paper.

`I know. It has been way to long. She's been away from us long 4 years now.' Mrs. Higurashi smiled as her daughter read the letter for the 50th time today.

Kikyou took in a big breath and let out a happy sigh. She wrapped her arms around her self and laughed.
`I can't wait to hug her and talk to her again! I missed her so much!' she smiled and walked over to the refrigerator to get something to drink. Pouring her self a glass of orange juice, she drank everything in one sip. Placing it back on the table she sad goodbye to her mother and ran up stairs to prepare everything for the arrival. While on her way, she passed Soutas room and peeked in.

Scanning the place, it was completely obvious it belonged to a video-game freak. The walls were painted in dark blue color and posters of anime characters were everywhere. On the right side was a bed with sky blue sheets and next to it was a night stand with an alarm clock, a lamp and action figures. The windows had blue curtains and next to them was a dark blue closet with a mirror. Before the bed was a cream carpet and a Tv with a set of cd-s and a play station. Moving her eyes to the left she saw her little brother sitting behind his desk, vasting his time on the thing she liked to call ``the evil box'', since she had no clue how the stupid thing worked.

`There you are' she said and walked in to see what he was doing.

`Hey sis' he said as he felt her hands touch his shoulders, but he stayed focused on the computer screen.

`So…she's going to arrive tomorrow morning…you want to go with me pick her up at the airport?' Kikyou asked with a pouting face and landed her head on her brothers shoulder and nuzzled his neck in a playful way as her arms sneaked around him and pulled him in a hug from behind.

`Nope. I'll be waiting here at home. I'm planning a surprise for her.' Souta kindly declined the offer of getting up in the early morning.

`Suit your self' her hug tightened and she placed a kiss on his cheek.

`Ew! Gross sis!' he immediately moved his head and wiped of this so called `cuties'. She only laughed and messed up his blond-dyed hair.

`Later bro'

`Yeah…later' he grumbled in response, making a chuckle escape her lips.

Hours passed bye. Kikyou was in her room. She changed from her school uniform in to a pair of really short red shorts, with white lining and a white spaghetti strap shirt, while pulling her long black hair in to a high pony tail. Blasting up the music to maximum, she sang along to the lyrics of her favorite band. Moving around the place, she got rudely interrupted, when her door slammed open.

`Dear child, for heavens sake, turn that off and go to bed!' her mother angrily demanded more then said.

`But mom!' she protested back, her mood changing.

`No buts! You have to get up early tomorrow, remember? Now shoo! Bed, now!'

Kikyou knew there was no point in arguing with her since Mrs. Higurashi always got her way, so she did as told and snuck under the covers, letting her head rest on a soft and cozy pillow. Snuggling more in to it as her mom left, she couldn't wait for the next day.

She watched as the land beneath her slowly started coming closer and closer for her eyes to see. Her hands resting on her legs, she kept steady, all thought her heartbeat quickened with every second passing by.

Even thought her face was calm, she couldn't keep out that feeling that started to spread thro her body. Those tiny butterflies tickling her from within her stomach. Pure happiness and joy rushed in her veins, but with it also came fear. Why? She couldn't really explain why, it just did. Maybe because she hasn't been to Japan for so long and seeing her family after 4 years was kind of freaking her out, but also making her want to scream on the top of her lungs just to let everybody know she was back were she belonged and back to were her heart longed to be. To be with the people she loved and cared for.

Suddenly she felt they touched the ground. Waiting patiently for the stewardess to give them permission to leave, she had to hold her self back from just going there and yelling at the girl about her stalling. She could hardly control her self. Yet alone control her feelings.

`Come on already…' she said thro gritted teeth and nervously crumpled and torn apart the piece of paper she was holding. After about twenty minutes of waiting and almost loosing her patients, the stewardess finally announced they were allowed to get of the stupid plain.

Getting to her feet immediately, she grabbed her backpack and lunched her self towards the exit. `` Freedom!'' she thought to her self and began making her way down the stairs.
Reaching the bottom she let out a huge sigh of relief and made her way in to the airport.
Having a weird sensation built inside her as her feet carried her in to the main hall.
Stopping just before the glass door, she thought back to the day she left.

`As I went…I came back.' Taking one final breath, her lips spread in to a shy smile and she stepped inside.

Looking around, not much changed from the last time she was here. People were spread all around the place. Some drinking coffee and reading the newspaper, others talking on the phone or just sitting there, while the rest of them went to get their luggage.

Not even a minute passed and she was almost knocked down by somebody who threw him self at her and hugged her so tight she thought she was going to let her soul out.
Her reflexes charged in, as her hands automatically grasped the person and held it close to her to keep her balance while trying to get some air as her face slowly turned blue.

`I missed you so, so, SO MUCH!'

She could recognize the voice immediately. It was her dear old, loving, annoying, caring and not to mention the bastes sister in the world. She wanted to say the same thing but right now only one was on her mind…Surviving!

`Kikyou…can't…breath…' she lightly taped her back. Getting the hint, Kikyou pulled away, giving her some space and allowing air to fill her lungs.

`I'm sorry! I…I'm just so happy and excited that you're finally back!'
Kikyou jumped all happy and hugged her sister again, but this time not enough to suffocate her. She happily returned the hug.

`I'm happy to have you back' Kikyou said as tears of joy began falling on the floor.

`Me you to sis…me you to…'

Inuyasha let out a huge yawn, while he waited in his car patiently for his girlfriend to return.
Rubbing his eyes sleepily, he shook his head to keep him self awake.
Kikyou had awoken him at 6.45am claming she needed to get to the airport and fast. Since her mother was sleeping and she didn't want to wake her up, he had been forced out of his warm and cozy, soft, unresisting…did I mention cozy bed and drive her to where she needed to go.

Stretching himself, he turned to look out the window if Kikyou was anywhere in site.
Spotting her he sighed with relief. He knew the sooner she got back the sooner he could return home and go to sleep. But what he saw next woke him up for good.

Kikyou walked out of the airport, holding hands with another…Kikyou?!
Well…so it seemed. She was holding hands with a girl that looked just like her, only her hair was a little different, but it definitely was another Kikyou.
Hold on! There was no way there could be two Kikyous…could it?

Inuyasha shook his head and blinked once…twice…no. He still saw two Kikyous.
`I'm still dreaming' he smacked him self, but it didn't work. He still saw two Kikyous.

As the two girls reached the car, he got out and took a better look of the girl.
She was exactly the same, except she had more tanner skin and soft warm eyes, plus she was wearing different cloths, but she was still the same as the other one.

`What the hell is going on?'

Both girls just smiled and the one that he assumed was his girlfriend spoke up.

`Inuyasha. This is my twin sister…Kagome'
