Chapter 25

Glad Of What I Am….

Kagome awoke with a startle. `What am I doing in the media room?' Then the previous nights events flooded into her mind. `Man what a jerk, I swear, I don't know how Kagara puts up with him.' She walked to her room while scratching her scalp with her claws. “Ahhhhhhhh…” She said relaxingly. “That feels gooood.” She went into her room and got on some blue and black armor, something like Sango's but it had a crescent moon, a star, and a sun across the middle. She put her hair up right as she heard an impatient knock on the door. “Okay Sessh, I'll be there in a minute!” Kagome yelled. Another impatient knock was heard. Kagome went to the door. “Sessh…I said I'd be there in a….” She swung open the door and was staring into the face of none other than Inuyasha. “…minute….Sorry I thought you were Sesshomaru...” Kagome said while looking embarrassed. “Why would you think I was him...?” He said while tapping his nose. “..you should have smelled my scent not his.” Inuyasha said smartly. “Well sooorry, I didn't think anyone else would be up except me and Sesshomaru.” “Why?” Inuyasha said while stepping into the room. “Because I have to go train…I and Sesshomaru do it every morning. 4:30 sharp…which is why I…” Kagome trailed of while staring behind Inuyasha. “Which is why you what…” Then Inuyasha heard a growl behind him. “Kagome, come on lets go, Inuyasha away from her.” Sesshomaru gritted out. “Coming.” She said while following Sesshomaru out of the room. She half turned back and said in a whisper. “Hey if you want to come train with us be down there in an hour.” Then she turned and ran behind Sesshomaru. “One hour. Okay. Consider it a date Kagome.” Inuyasha whispered as he went to stretch out.

“So what were you and the half breed talking about…?” Sesshomaru asked as he got into a fighting stance. “Oh. Nothing, just catching up.” Kagome said while putting some fighting tape on her hands. “Yeah, sure.” Sesshomaru said while pulling out his sword. “Oh stop your talking and let's start fighting.” Kagome said while pulling out her sword as well. Rin walked in and raised her left arm. “Ready, Set...” She yawned. “GO!!!”

“Come on you guys. You're going to make me late.” Inuyasha said while walking in front of Miroku, Sango, and Shippo. Shippo yawned (he's 15 now, btw). “Oh Inuyasha relax nothing probably happening anyway.” They walked into the dojo to see a huge pure white dog demon and a slightly smaller pure black dog demon going at it. The white dog demon bit the black dog demon and slammed it into the wall. The black dog demon struggled to get up. “Hey big bro, you might consider getting out of the way.” Rin yelled beside him. They went to the side line and watched the fight. “So who's fighting?” Miroku asked Rin. “You'll see…” Rin said. At that same moment the black dog demon hopped up and disappeared in thin air. The white dog demon became Sesshomaru in a blink of and eye. “Come on Kagome, you can't hide forever.” Sesshomaru said calm fully. Kagome peered below her at Sesshomaru from the rafters. “Come on Kagome, I'm getting sick of this.” Sesshomaru said impatiently. “Get sick of this.” Kagome said as she dropped down to kick Sesshomaru. But he caught her foot and threw her into the wall, leaving a huge hole when she dropped down. “Owwww…..” Kagome said as she got up. “That's cheating!!!” She while walking towards Sesshomaru pointing a finger in his direction. “Is not. You should know better than to make your presence known. No full demon would ever do that.” Sesshomaru pointed out. “Nope but a third demon would.” Kagome laughed. “Well you need to learn the ways of a full demon or your not ever gonna beat Spellman.” Sesshomaru told her sternly. “Ah well, I will beat him as a third demon then.” Kagome told him playfully. “Kags, we need to get to school.” Kagara told her as she walked in. “Hey, you mean you guys are done training?” Inuyasha asked sadly. “Sorry Inuyasha, you're over a half an hour late and we got to get to school.” Kagome said while being dragged away by Rin and Kagara. “I guess I'll see you guys later.” Kagome said before she couldn't be heard anymore. “Damn!” Inuyasha growled as he tried to walk out of the dojo but ran into Chie. “Breakfast is served everyone.” Everyone walked into the dining room and started to eat, everyone but Inuyasha who just sat there sulking. “Oh, Uncle Inuyasha she'll be back in a couple hours, stop sulking.” Katera told him happily. Inuyasha just grunted in response. A man's voice was heard coming down the hall all the sudden. “Boyka, no offense hunnie but that shirt does not go with those shoes.” A black man walked out with Shaboyka by his side. “I'm sorry Marcellus; I didn't realize I was being followed by the gay police.” Shaboyka said jokingly. Marcellus stood there with a shocked look on his face. “I am not part of the po-po hun.” Marcellus told him. Shaboyka laughed. “Sorry.” “Where are you two off to?” Chie asked. “School.” Shaboyka told her. “Your going to where Kagome is?” Inuyasha asked. “Yeah.” Shaboyka told him. “Why?” “Because he wants to go see Auntie Gome'.” Katera told him. “You guys want to come with us?” Shaboyka asked. “Yes.” Inuyasha said right away. “Alright come on, before we leave you.” Shaboyka said while following behind Marcellus. The Inu-gang followed Shaboyka out of the door. Sesshomaru sat there with one thought on his mind. `Oh boy!”
