Once they were back at camp, InuYasha and Nakamura sat near the river, as everyone slowly began to awaken.
“Master InuYasha!” a familiar voice said.
The flea demon was hopping up and down on InuYasha’s leg.
“Myoga-jiji?” Nakamura asked, looking at the flea demon closely.
“Ah! A demon! Master InuYasha! Quick! Use the Tensugaia and-...smooshed again...” The demon said wincing and now flat between the InuYasha’s claws.
Nakamura giggled and Myoga saw now.
“Oh, I see, so the Master is courting a woman...” he said.
“Myoga-jiji! That’s just wrong!” Nakamura said.
“Then who...?” Myoga asked.
“Myoga-jiji, you remember Nakamura right?” InuYasha asked.
“Yes Master, but that was over sixty years ago and well, she’s dead...” Myoga said sadly.
“Wait...I’m dead? Since when? Why wasn’t I told?” Nakamura asked.
“Wait, you’re....Nakamura?”
“Yeah...”
“Lady Nakamura!” Myoga said jumping up on her and suckling blood from her neck.
SLAP!
“Smooched again...” Myoga winced as Nakamura held him in her hand.
“So what are you doing here anyways?” InuYasha asked.
“Well...you see...I um...Sesshomaru and he um....” Myoga started.
“Ah! Fluffy-sama!” Nakamura giggled.
InuYasha laughed “I remember that!”
“Otherwise known as Lord Fluffykins!” Nakamura laughed.
Myoga cleared his throat.
“Well, Master, Lady, you two should know that he is still after Tetsugaia,”
“Um, duh Myoga!” InuYasha said.
“And did I mention he’s in the area?”
“No, you failed to say that,” InuYasha said, smooshing him between his claws again.
“We’ve got company,” Nakamura said sniffing, then standing.
“So, little brother, I see you’ve managed to find a lady friend for the up coming season,” Sesshomaru said.
“Fluffy-sama?” Nakamura asked.
Sesshomaru’s eyes widened. “Wait, you’re, the runt?”
Nakamura’s eyes narrowed. “Excuse you?”
Sesshomaru smirked “Going to go hide under a bed now are we?” he asked.
Nakamura smiled “and why would I do that?”
Sesshomaru said nothing and just released a ‘Whip of Light’ on her.
Nakamura flipped over him, landing on her feet and smirking.
“Look, you’re my brother....half brother, but still, I don’t want to fight you,” Nakamura said.
InuYasha’s jaw dropped and Myoga saw the opportunity to well...flee.
Sesshomaru nodded. “Fine, I’ll see to it that you live another day,” he said.
“Good, I’ve got enough problems with out you being...yourself,” she said.
He nodded and turned to InuYasha, then just disappeared.
“What the hell!?!” Inuyasha exclaimed.
“What?” Nakamura asked as though it were nothing.
“M’Lord! Were you successful?” Jakken asked.
“Shush Jakken...”
“Sesshomaru -sama, you look troubled,” Rin said.
“Hush child, Sesshomaru-sama does not need...wait up M’Lord!” he yelled, noticing that the two were in the distance by now.
“I can’t believe it...all these years that I thought she was dead, and she’s alive? Even after I killed the mother and Naraku kidnaped her. I was there, I saw it. Yet, there she was, and she didn’t reek of death? How can that be?” Sesshomaru thought.
Truth was, no one knew, not even Nakamura.
No one knew, except: Naraku.
