“ Hey, Inuyasha are you going to the cherry blossom carnival tonight?”
“Umm… can you say no date?”
“None of us do… were just going as friends”
“Sure I guess ill go”

Inuyasha hung up the phone and gave a long sigh. He really didn’t want to go to the carnival. He always saw a girl he liked and asked her out and like always he found out she had a man already… in hopefulness he thought maybe this time would be different.

His friend, Miroku picked him up at 7:00 to take him to the carnival. On the way to the carnival miroku and inuyasha were talking.

“Hey, maybe this time you’ll find a girl.”
“Doubt it man, it always happens and no I don’t get one. Its like I don’t exist.”
“You have to exist to some girl out there. Everyone has one true love in their lives.”
“Well surely not me… im 17 and haven’t had one date in my life.”
“Well we are here now and maybe things will change this time.”
“Maybe your right.”
