Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, things have been really hectic and stressful and the creative muse hadn't been around in a while. Finally she decided to come back and pay me a visit so I can further the story along. Thanks to everyone who took the time to review, I really appreciate it! It was brought up in a review the similarity to the title of my story and the first Inuyasha movie “Affections Touching Across Time”. My story was developed and posted online before it was released in the US so it is coincidental. I'm also working on a couple of other ideas so watch for them soon! Please review and enjoy!

Chapter 6

(From Chap 3: With that, Miroku leaned forward and kissed Sango's lips. She melted against him, wrapped her arms around his neck, he wrapped his arms around her. When the kiss was finally broken, Miroku reached up and smoothed a stray strand of Sango's hair behind her ear. She looked at him, smiling. “Sango, will you marry me and bear my children?”)…
Sango's eyes grew wide, a fresh trail of tears began to stream down her face and she met Miroku's gentle gaze. “You're serious? You actually want to marry me?”
“Yes, my beautiful Sango” Miroku gently wiped away the tears on Sango's face. “I would be honored if you would be my wife. I know in the past I may have seemed lecherous, but in truth you were the only one I wanted my hands on.” He grinned a mischievous smile at Sango.
Sango smiled back, as she looked into his eyes, she knew he was telling the truth. “Yes, Miroku! I will marry you.” Miroku crushed her into his embrace.
“Oh, Sango, thank you! You have made me the happiest man on earth!” Miroku bent down and captured Sango's lips once again in a kiss that was filled with love and passion and promises of things to come. Miroku gently played his tongue along Sango's bottom lip, seeking entrance and Sango gently parted her lips. Miroku used his tongue to gently guide Sango's into a duel. Sango instinctively wrapped her arms around Miroku's neck and unconsciously ran her hand through his hair, releasing the leather band that held it. It fell to frame his face as he broke the kiss to gasp for oxygen.
Sango opened her eyes but found it hard to breathe; her heart felt as if it would burst out of her chest. She looked into Miroku's dark eyes, the moonlight seeming to reflect off them. He smiled gently at her as he reached up to stroke the outline of her cheek. “My beautiful Sango. Come, sit with me and let's wait for the sunrise. “
Sango nodded, and they settled themselves on the rock together, the stream bubbling, the moonlight shining, to wait for the sun and make plans for the future.
