Kagome stuffed her backpack, as well as she could possibly could .

' Oi! I'd hurry. Inuyasha might bark at me if I end up there too late.' The raven girl giggled at the thought of Inuyasha, 'barking' at her.

She stuffed her last item, into her large over-packed backpack " There. All finished. Its time to go."

Kagome walked out of the room and bumped into her little brother, Souta. " Hey nee-chan!" Souta said cheer-fully, as kagome tear-dropped.

" You going to see your boyfriend, Inuyasha? bring him back here!" The little boy had stars in his eyes; and didn't look so well down to earth.

"Listen... Souta..." An anime frustration mark appeard on our main heroine's head. "INUYASHA is *NOT* my boyfriend!" A flamy background appeared behind her; Yes, she really was a miko....

"S-sorry nee-chan..." Souta shrunk back; His sister's flames disappeared and she left to the well-house.

" Bye, mom, grandpa!" She yelled, walking into the old wellhouse. For as much as she could remember, she went to this well everyday. weeped at it, left, and was heart-broken at.

Kagome Higurashi stood by the well looking at it. She felt something was diffrent about it. She sensed the auora had changed, and had an un-easy feeling. She shrugged it off.

" Forget that stupid feeling. Your just going back to the fudel era, to see some guy who barely appreciates you, a lecherous but good hearted monk his a Kazaana, a taiji salyer best friend i know, and Shippou. My little adopited kid." She let out a heavy sigh.

"Time to go. To the place to what i could i call my home.. my fudel era...." With that, kagome jumped in; The familuar blue fround her and soon enough, she climbed out of the well as she passed through era's.

" Whew..." The miko sat on the edge of the well..

At that moment, Shippou came running and tackled her (well, she didn't fall.) With a hug. Followed Sango and Miroku.

"Hello Kagome-chan!" Sango greeted her friend, with a smile;

" Kagome-sama, we are glad that you have returned." The monk smiled as well, his staff being a bit jingly;

O_O That was a big surprise for kagome. " Shippou-chan, Sango-chan, Miroku-sama. Hey you guys!" She smiled and hugged shippou and placed him on the ground. "Wheres..." Before Kagome could ask further more; our hanyou already approched.

"Well, finally you came back; Wench. Its about that time, that is for sure." The silver-headed hanyou crossed his arms;

"Inuyasha. You know I have tests. You know that well. Nice to see you too." Kagome half smiled;

Near-by, Naraku's puppet was by the well ( You see, the group walked off somehow in their convo ^_^) ' Young miko, your being trapped in this time.. will prove to roll things in my favor. Kikyo, you will never find true hapiness....' ' Naraku' spoke and jumped off;

Kagome looked to the side; Sensing something strange. Something, she couldn't explain.

"Kagome-chan? Something wrong?" sango asked, putting a hand on her shoulder; Miroku gave a look of concern; While shippou stood on kagome's shoulder sniffing the air;

" Iie. Just a bad thing is all. Lets go." Inuyasha scowled;

"Okay wench. If your sure about it... is it a shikon shard?"

"No. I just sened a strange auroa. Its by the well.. theres something strange about it. Like, something has changed about it....." She looked around; And gripped her backpack. "Oi just forget it. Lets get going, I don't want to let this feeling get the better of me. We should go." She and Inuyasha started walking; Sango and Miroku (shippou on the shoulder of sango ^_^) followed behind; Kirara stood on sango's shoulder.

"No.." Miroku stopped; Holding his staff firmly. Miroku, having spirtual power could sense it as well. " Kagome-sama is right. Some strange diffrence is in the air.. and its coming from the well. No doubt about it. "

"Are you sure, Houshi-sama?" Sango looked concerned over to miroku; If something was wrong with the well Kagome couldn't go back....

"Hai." He nodded. "jaaku-na surrounds the well. We must to see what is wrong. It is certainly, nothing good. " He ran to the direction of the well; Opting for the rest of the yasha gang to follow; So they did.

" Do you know what it is kagome-chan?" Sango asked.

" no. I wasnt sure. Its a really strange feeling though..." Kagome slightly shiverd as running.

Inuyasha was running from tree to tree; He stopped. Hearing the feeling. ' This cannot be good. If something's wrong with a well... dammit! This cant be good! ' He contued off, and soon everyone else made it to the well.

For a while, the Yasha gang stared at the well. " Kagome-chan, are you okay?" Shippou asked; Hugging kagome's shoulder. "Yeah shippou-chan." She hugged shippou and placed him down; "I don't know what is going on with the well but...." Inuyasha approched the well.

" I think." He continued. " That there might be something wrong with the well, and I intend to find out!" Kagome stepped in front of him "No. Inuyasha. I'll try. Its safer, since i'm a miko..." Before any one could speak a rejection kagome jumped into the well; But, she only hit bottom.

No misterious blue light. No nothing; " The well.." She dropped to her knees. "Its sealed. Somehow. Some form of dark magic..." Inuyasha jumped in, to test it himself. "Your right...Kagome?" He looked to see her eyes full with tears. "I can never go back..." Tears fell freely.

The group looked away; Feeling every inch of sorrow, and pain. Kagome would be stuck in their time; For how long, Only Kami knew.

Inuyasha embraced her. " I know... Kagome. I know. It'll be find. Well find Kaede..." Kagome cried in his arms; The pain, of missing her family; and regular life came to her like a bad dream...

" Kagome-sama.." Miroku bowed his head. "I can do nothing..."
