Chapter 6: Naraku's Plan/

Sesshomaru continued to watch the girl and Rin over the course of the next few days. Rin seemed to be enjoying the girls company, the girl just looked out of place and lost.

"Tsukari." Sesshomaru called, interrupting a conversation that consisted mostly of Rin asking questions and the girl's short answers.

"Yes Master?" the girl answered as she quickly made her way back to Sesshomaru.

"A word with you…" Sesshomaru said walking away from where Rin and Jaken sat.

"Yes Master." The girl responded following him.

Rin watched them go, the fire in front of her casting an eerie light on Lord Sesshomaru and Tsukari. She wondered what Lord Sesshomaru could want with her. She also wondered why Tsukari was so quiet all the time. Tsukari reminded her of Lord Sesshomaru and his silence. She turned her eyes back to the fire and sighed.

"Lord Jaken? Where do you think Lord Sesshomaru is taking Miss Tsukari?" Rin wondered out loud.

"How should I know, you stupid girl! Be quiet until Lord Sesshomaru returns with that hanyou." Was Jaken's short reply.

A young man with silver blond hair and narrowed amber eyes ran through the forest, his deep red kimono whipping around him. The little triangle ears that rested atop his head twitched as he listened to the sounds of the night around him. He growled low in his throat remembering Kagura's words.

~*Flash back*~

"OSUWARI!"

"Kagome!" *THWACK*

"InuYasha…. You deserved that. You shouldn't insult Kagome's lovely cooking like that."

"Shut up Monk!" a muffled voice quipped.

"InuYasha! I can't believe you. I spent all that time making lunch and all you wanted were the pickles…." The first voice cried, sounding hurt.

The voice belonged to a young woman dressed in a green and white school uniform. The wind picked her long raven black hair up in its grasp sending it swirling around her. Her matching black eyes were narrowed at the young hanyou who was laying facedown in the dirt. Next to her was a small kitsune demon with sandy auburn hair, who mimicked her stance with his hands on his hips. The third voice belonged to the monk named Houshi Miroku, who was leaning against his staff when the wind ruffled his black and purple priests robes. They were missing a traveler in their group whose name was Sango and she was a demon slayer, at this point she was gathering herbs and such to make some of her powders. They all traveled with the first woman whose name was Higurashi Kagome.

"Well excu--….*sniff*…. What the?…."InuYasha started as the wind picked up, "Kagome…. get down!"

Kagome looked up in time to see the wind sorceress Kagura come floating down on her giant feather.

"What do you want Kagura?!" InuYasha demanded as he climbed to his feet his hand on the hilt of the Tetsusaiga.

"A message…Your brother has taken a hanyou hostage…"Kagura revealed.

"Why would he want an Hanyou?" InuYasha demanded.

"Because this particular Hanyou happens to be your sister InuYasha…whether you believe me or not…he's either going to kill her or worse…."Kagura explained.

"S-sister? You are lying Kagura. I have no sister…."InuYasha shot back.

"You won't if you stand there long enough…"Kagura said taking off again, wondering what Naraku was doing with this girl.

"Damnit…" InuYasha growled.

"Are you going to go InuYasha?" Kagome asked tentatively.

"How do I know it's not one of Naraku's games?" InuYasha demanded.

"You don't. But maybe Kagura's right. You should go check…" Miroku chimed in.

"Stay here…"InuYasha said and took off.

~*END*~

InuYasha growled again at the memory and smelled the air and almost snarled smelling his brother's scent.

"Tsukari…."Sesshomaru said stopping.

"Yes Master?" the girl asked softly stopping near him.

"Why are you here? What is Naraku planning?" Sesshomaru demanded.

"This one was given to Master…this on is here to serve Master." Was Tsukari's response.

Sesshomaru growled and in a flash had the girl lifted off her feet by her neck. His eyes were glowing red as he stared at her. She didn't struggle in his grasp she just remained still and calm.

"Why are you here?" Sesshomaru growled.

She remained silent, her amber eyes closed and limp.

"SESSHOMARU LET HER GO!" a voice screamed.

Sesshomaru's eyes turned to his brother and he growled.

InuYasha lunged at his brother who held the hanyou in the air.

"Stay out of this InuYasha…." Sesshomaru growled.

"No…put her down…." InuYasha threatened.

Sesshomaru dropped the girl who was now unconscious from lack of oxygen.

"Is she our sister?" InuYasha demanded.

"Naraku says so…"Sesshomaru growled.

"Shit…What were you doing? And why would Naraku know?" InuYasha quipped.

"Ask him yourself…. she's my servant…." Sesshomaru shrugged.

"Servant? What the hell?! You kidnapped her?! I'm going to kill you, you bastard!" InuYasha yelled, lunging for Sesshomaru with Tetsusaiga.

"Just try it…" Sesshomaru snarled back, unleashing his energy whip.

With a snap of the whip Sesshomaru knocked InuYasha aside and watching him land a few feet away. InuYasha leapt back at him with is sword up and unleashed an attack.

"WIND SCAR!!!!!!!" InuYasha screamed.

The attack roared at Sesshomaru who easily avoided it and when he looked back InuYasha was gone. He narrowed his eyes knowing the Hanyou was somewhere. Tsukari still lay unmoving on the ground near them. He looked around searching for InuYasha when he heard the sound of another attack roaring at him. The attack caught him off gaurd and sent him sprawling ungracefully to the ground. His eyes glowed red as the attack was followed immediately by another, which knocked him back another few hundred feet. He was dazed as his eyes tried to focus on where InuYasha had ended up. He blurrily saw InuYasha raising his sword for another attack. He braced himself for the attack, when the attack should have hit it didn't. He looked up to see Tsukari laying near him; bleeding.

InuYasha stood there in shock.
