"This tree... It looks so familar." Ayamia said to herself.
She was walking down the path that led to the village. Well... she hoped it was. Even though the huge tree seemed familar, she didn't remeber seeing it on the way to the village the last time she came.
`Maybe I should have waited for Kagome to come back....'
Letting out a deep sight, Ayamia turned around and headed back to the Bone eaters well. A few minutes down the path, Ayamia got the feeling that someone was watching her. Just the thougth of it sent shivers up and down her spine. Although she tried to shake it off, the feeling wouldn't go away.
*crunch*
She heard a fallen tree branch crack. TO see her persuer, Ayamia turned around. But to her dismay, noone was there.
"W-whos there?" She asked in a shaky tone. She cursed herself for letting her fear leak out into the question.
Nealing down, Ayamia took off her bookbag. She opened it and took out her blade. Standing up, she tucked the blade into the waist band of her skirt.
"Come out! I know your there!" She said, now proud that her fear couldn't be traced in the statement.
Ayamia started walikng again, but thistime at a quicker pace. Then she heard the piter-pater of small feet behind her. She walked faster as so did her unknown persuer. Ayamia walked faster, and faster untill she was sprinting. Despite her efforts of getting awayu from who, or what was following her, the foot steps only got closer and closer.
Next thing she know was her feet weren't touching the ground anymore. She looked upat her captor, and saw a spider youkai. The youkai had half a spider body from the waist down, and what looked like human from the waist up. Though her upper half did look human, she did have a few spider qualities. The youkai had a few extra eyes and had fangs, though they looked more like dog fangs than ons on a real spide, but she still had them.
Ayamia screamed, only to have her mouth muffled by the spider's hand'
"Shut up you little wench!" the sipder youkai snarrled.
"What the fuck do you want with me??"
"You should know miko."
"Miko? I ain't no fucken miko!" Ayamia yelled. "Now LET... ME... GO!!!"
"Didn't I tell you to shut up!" The spider youkai yelled.
Before Ayamia could reply, the youkai put some of her webbing over her mouth. All she wanted to do was cry, cry out for help, cry out in fear.
`What the hell does she want with me? And why did she call me a miko?'
The spider youkai ran for what seemed like hours, with an occasional leap every now and then. And all of a sudden, the youkai stops. All she could see what silver and white mixed with the pinkish oranges of the early night sky.
"AHHHH!!" Ayamia screamed in excrushianting pain.
The spide youkai had biten her on the leg. And as quickly as the sudden stop came, it was over. The spider disapeared with a cloud of dust. Ayamia looked up to see her saviour.
"Se-Seshomaru?" Ayamia aksed with a confused tone.
"Are you ok?" Sesshomaru asked.
"No, the spider youkai bit my leg." She said pionting to her wound.
Sesshomaru inspected it. The wound was bleeding now, not to badly. And Sesshomaru saw a clearish- yellow liquid dripping out of her wound.
"You have some of the spider youkai's poision in your wound."
"I.... WHAT??" Ayamia yelled, she was getting upset, and ready to cry. "Great, I'm gonna die!" She wined.
"Calm down. Your not going to die if we get the venom out." He reasured her. "Be still, I will return shortly."
"O-ok," Ayamia said, sniffling back her tears.

Not long after he left, Sesshomaru returned with some herbs.
"Do you have wather with you?" He ashed in a cool tone.
"Yeah."
Aymai moved slowly to take off her book bagand handed it ot Sesshomaru. He removeda bottle from the bag and placed the bag next to her. Sesshomaru looked at the bottle with a confussed look on his face.
"How do you open this?"
"Give it to me and I'll open it" Ayamia replyed.
He handed her the bottle. Ayamia opened it and handed it back to Sesshomaru.
"This will hurt a little." Sesshomaru told Ayamia.
Sesshomaru poured some of the water on her wound to flush out some of the venom and blood. Ayamia hissed in pain, closing her eyes tightly.
"I'm going to mix some of these herd together and put them on your wound. They shouldn't sting too much. But they will draw out the poision." He explained to her.
"Ok."
Sesshomaru mixed the herbs together and put some on her wound. When the poisionstarted to spill from the cut, he would pour more water on it to wash off the poision. Then would apply more of the mixture.
`Hes so gentle... Inu-yasha can't be right... Sesshomaru can't be a cold hearted bastard. If he was, he would have left me to die, not taking care of me...'
When he was finaly finished the sky was dark. Her wound had stopped bleeding and Sesshomaru was now wrapping her leg with her yellow and purple scarf.
"Thankyou for helping me..." Ayamia said. "I will return your belt thinggy the next time i see you."
"There is no need. You can keep it."
"Ok."
"About your bite, you maycome down with a slight fever from the poision that did not get removed. It will be nothing life threatining." He said, finisheing up wrapping her wound and tieing it.
"Well, that don't sound to bad.. I guess." Ayamia replyed.
"Do you know why that spider youkai kidnaped you?" Sesshomaru asked.
"No, but I wish i did know." Ayamia answered followed by a sigh.
"Well it does not matter now." Sesshomaru said. "I will take you back to Inu-yasha's village, but it would be best if we set up camp for the night."
"That sounds like a good idea."
~*~A/N: Sorry, i didn't get this chapter out as fast as i wanted to, but the next one should be up 2morrow, i'll make sure of it, after chapter 8 will be a citrus (grr if i spelled it wrong) in chap 9. so lets hope i can write that out, but after taht chapter, things will come alot slower cuz i havent thought of anything beyond that point. and thanx to my few reviewers.
