A Japanese taxi drives up to a small shrine… a young girl steps out of the rear passenger side door. “Wow this is Japan,” said the girl as her sandy blonde hair blew in the light breeze. “Thank you,” she said giving the driver some money after he set the rest of the lounge down on the curb. “No, thank you ma'am,” replied the driver bowing and walked away. The girl holding her bags in her arms started her way up the tall stone stairs. Once she got to the top she could see many buildings all around the grounds. Seeing that there was a building resembling a house. So she ventured over that way. “This place is bigger than I thought,” exclaimed the girl looking around. A small building happened to be standing some way from the other buildings, covered with paper like things. “ I wonder does this mean there is evil spirits around.” Finally coming up to the house, she noticed there really was not a door there at all. Just as at home she still knocked. The sliding panel moved to the side to reveal a tall dark curly haired woman. “Welcome, Tracie, you're a day early,” said the woman. “Hello, Ms. Higurashi,” Tracie said. “Please just call me mom, everyone does,” Mom exclaimed blushing. “Please com in.” “Thank you,” said Tracie picking up her stuff and walked in setting them down again. “ Remember no shoes,” said Mom. “Anyway why are you here a day early?” Mom asked walking into the kitchen. Slipping on a pair of slippers Tracie walked into the kitchen after her. “Well my mom wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible so she put me on an earlier fight, plus I wanted to come her so much.” Sitting at the table was an older man. “Tracie this is my father, grandpa,” “ you can just call me grandpa,” he said behind a newspaper. “ Thank you for letting me stay here with you,” Tracie exclaimed. “No problem you are always welcome to stay with us,” mom replied leaning her back against the sink. “Great, so where is Kagome and Sota?” asked Tracie. “Oh, Sota's at a friends house for the day and Kagome is… well she's not here, right now,” replied Mom. “Oh, ok, well may I explore outside please,” Tracie asked. “Whey yes you man just be careful,” explained Mom. “Will do,” said Tracie putting on both shoes, grabbing her small backpack and ran out the door. “Oh and stay away from the well,” yelled Grandpa. “She didn't hear me did she.” “ No I don't think she did,” replied Mom. “Stay away form the well, huh?” Tracie said softly sliding the door behind her. “Well lets see where this well is, shall we,” She thought. As Tracie walked through the courtyard she noticed a very tall tree. It seemed to have been around a long time. Moving on Tracie realized she forgot about the small building with the paper all over it. She looked around and found it to be on the other side of the courtyard. “ I don't remember it being that far away,” thought Tracie. “Oh well,” Tracie started walking to the building. When she got there she noticed the door was ajar. She slides the door open a little more. Looking down Tracie saw a well. Tracie walked down and up to the well, leaning over to see what was inside; Tracie saw nothing but dust and dirt. “Wow what a scary well,” said Tracie leaning over farther as her necklace slipped from her collar and dangled over the open well. “What a waist of time I'm out of here,” she said trying to pull away, but couldn't. “What the hell.” The necklace would not move form its spot. Suddenly the necklace started to pulse and glow. “What in the wor…” Tracie said before being pulled down the well by her necklace, unable to hold onto anything, Tracie plummeted down the dark well. A few seconds past and Tracie was waiting to his the well bottom…but when she opened her eyes she was floating downward in an array of colors flashing all around her. Suddenly as fast as it came is was gone. Just as a sharp pain come to her shoulder. Tracie then realized that she hit bottom. “Wow it must have been a dream,” Tracie said sitting up. But Tracie noticed light coming from above her. “There wasn't light before,” thought Tracie. “Hello, can anyone hear me, is there anyone there?!” yelled Tracie up the Well. “Well I guess not.” Tracie looked around the well walls to find vines where growing down it. Tracie grabbed one and started to pull herself up. Reaching to top Tracie pulled herself over the well opening and sat down. “Wow what a work out,” Tracie said looking around. She was sitting n the outskirts of a meadow over looking a forest. She noticed that over the tops of the trees there was a single tree that shadowed the rest. “May be I should check that out,” thought Tracie getting up. She reached the woods and could see the tree. Walking up to it Tracie realized the tree was from the courtyard. “Where am I,” thought Tracie toughing the tree. Suddenly Tracie heard something. “Voices,” Tracie thought walking toward them. Once she was clear from the woods she could see a village. “I wonder if they could give me some answers,” Tracie thought walking toward the village. There was an older mane leaving over a basket on the side of the road. “Um, excuse me, but can you help me?” Tracie asked the man. “Whey of course I can…” Said the man turning to face Tracie. “ It's a demon,” yelled the man running away. “A demon is her,” “What does it want,” “Run” said a few people as they ran fro the village. “Wait I'm not a demon, please I just need some answers,” Tracie exclaimed. “What is ye business here, demon,” said an older woman in front of the crowed with an arrow strung at Tracie. “Please all I want is some answers,” “ I fell threw this well and ended up here,” “I have no idea where I am,” Tracie explained. “Ye say ye came through a well,” said the woman. “Yes.” “I see,” said the woman letting her bow down. “But Lady Kiyada,” said a man standing next to her. “Be still she means ye no harm,” said Kiyada. “Come child I think I can answer some of ye questions,” she said. “Thank you,” Tracie said.
“Where are they? Kagome,” said a mal voice. “Dead ahead, that demon has them,” said a girl. Tracie turned around to see a boy dressed in a big red kimono jumping into the air above her. He pulled out a katana that transformed into a huge sward and aimed right for Tracie. She pushed Kiyada out of the way and quickly jumped into the air, nearly missing the sword and landed on the front gate to the village. “How in the hell did I just do that,” Tracie said looking around her. Seeing down that there was a small crater where the boy was. The impact for the blade hitting the ground caused it to make a big hole in the ground. “Lets just make this easy and hand over the Jewel shards,” said the young man throwing his huge sword over his shoulder like it was nothing. “What Jewel Shards,” Tracie asked. “Don't play dumb with me, we know you have them,” yelled the young man.” Inuyasha stop this at once,” yelled Kiyada. “What do you want, old bat,” said Inuyasha. “Leave her be she came thought the well as did Kagome,” she explained. “Kagome?” Tracie said. “Kogomes here, where.” “Who said my name,” Kagome said walking up to Kiyada. “Who's here?” Kagome asked Kiyada. “Kagome,” Tracie yelled jumping down from the gate. “Are you a sight for soar eyes.” “Who are you now,” said Kagome. “Kagome it's me Tracie, I was saw post to come over tomorrow,” explained Tracie. “Tracie oh my gosh,” Kagome said hugging Tracie. “How'd you get here? “I don't know, I was hopping you could tell me,” said Tracie. “How bout ye all come into the village and we can all talk about this, “ Kiyada suggested.
