A/N: I don't own Inuyasha or Blade. I just saw the first episode of Blade: The Series and it was a major dissapointment. They killed the whole Blade charactor and some of his weapons were just completely stupid. They took a glaive and added a UV bomb to it. Throughout the entire battle scene where it was used, a regular glaive could have taken out at least 10 to 15 vampires with one throw where as the UV glaive takes so long to detonate that all but one of the vampires are dead. They also messed up the costume. They gave him to many weapons. He should only have one or two glaives, three stakes, his sword, and tops, three guns. In the series they gave him about fifteen stakes, three glaives, a shotgun, three guns, and his sword. That's just too many weapons... and what ever happened to Whistler. They talk about him but they don't say what happened to him or Sommerfeild. Let's just get on with the fic.

Inuyasha turned and ran out of the small room and into the hallway through a massive net of bullets. He ran past the room where Blade was and began shooting back at the attacking vampires who were now sworming the halls. After clearing the end of the hall, the hanyou ran to the corner and stopped. Leaning against the wall he pulled out a UV bomb and pulled out the pin. He then turned throught it down the hall to the left, clearing that side of the long hallway, then ran to the left side to kill any vampires to that side.

"Inuyasha!" Inuyasha turned to see Kagome pull out an arrow and aim her bow at him, "SIT!" He hit the ground and she let go of the arrow, sending it soaring at a vampire who had been standing behind him.

When the spell wore of Inuyasha jumped to his feet. "WARN ME BEFORE YOU DO THAT!!!" Inuyasha yelled from across the hall.

"Sorry I didn't have any time." Kagome called back, pulling out one of her guns and shooting a vampire that had tried to creep up on her.

Inuyasha walked closer to Kagome, holstering his guns. "I'm almost out of ammo. I don't have any mor mags left." Inuyasha called as he pulled out the guns from his sholder holsters.

Kagome pulled out another arrow, "I don't have any ammo left either. We need to find a way out. Abi and King will be with Blade. They'll be fine." Kagome reassured as she sent another arrow through the air and into a charging vampire.

"Cover me," Inuyasha yelled as he ran to the nearest door and kicked it in. "Let's go." Inuyasha smashed one of the windows.

Kagome ran over to the window and was surprised when Inuyasha grabbed her by the waist and lifted her up. "What are you doing?!" Kagome tried to get out of his grasp but failed.

"I'm making it so that they can't hurt you." She eventually stopped struggling and he launched her through the window at an incredible speed. She landed softly on a roof two blocks away.

"So that's what he was doing." 'I could have never jumped this far.' Kagome reached for her headset. "Inuyasha? Where are you?"

"I'm sorry. Your little doggy can't come to the phone right now," an unfamiliar woman's voice said.

Kagome's eyes widened. "Where is Inuyasha? What have you done with him?" She started to panic.

"He's fine... for now..." The line went dead.

Kagome ripped the headset off, throwing it do the ground. 'I have to save Inuyasha.' She ran and jumped from one roof to the next until she was across the street from the large building where she had last seen her mate. She looked for the broken window and jumped toward it when she found it.

Landing softly inside the large room, Kagome looked around to see nothing but broken glass and blood. She sniffed the air then got on down on all fours like she had seen Inuyasha do. She smelled the faint scent of Inuyasha and followed it to a rusty sword that was on the ground, covered in blood. 'Tessaiga!' Kagome panicked and picked up the sword checking to see whos blood it was covered in. 'This is the blood of a vampire,' she growled, 'That means Inuyasha might sill be alive.' Her grip tightened around the sword and it transformed to its true form. "There's nothing else I can do." Kagome picked up Tessaiga's sheath and sheathed the sword, jumping backwards out the window, landing on the roof across the street.

She ran, jumping from building to building, back to the Nightstalker HQ to see that Abi and Hannibal King had already made it back.

She into the building and straight to one of the computers. Passing King without agknowledging him.

"Kagome? What's wrong?" King walked over to where the computer was to see that Kagome was accessing one of their GPS tracking systems. "Where's Inuyasha?"

Kagome started to cry. "I don't know, okey. He just vanished. I got away but they got him." Kagome began typing furiously into the keyboard until she had the information she wanted. "He's at the docks, about a mile away from here." Kagome stood up and unclipped the gun holsters from her belt.

"What are you doing?"

"Inuyasha dropped Tessaiga for a reason." Kagome unclipped the hoster for her compound bow. "He wants me to use it."

"Are you crazy?" King watched as Kagome pressed a button on the intercom.

"Hedges get up here, quick." a few minutes later a door opened and Hedges walked into the room.

"Yes?"

Kagome held up Tessaiga. "Can you make it so that this can be worn on the back?"

"But, isn't that-?"

"Yes, just hurry." Kagome threw the sword to the man and turned back to the computer screen as he left the room.

A few minutes later the man came back into the roomn holding Tessaiga. "Here."

Kagome took the sword thew it onto her back, adjusting the sling so that it was tight. "You guys stay here. I'll be back." Kagome ran out of the room,.
