A/N: Inuyasha has been captured and Kagome is going to rescue him with only Tessiaga to protect her. I don't own Inuyasha or Blade.
Kagome landed silently on a roof and crawled quietly to the edge where she sat and silently watched Inuyasha's kidnappers. Two of them were carrying the unconcious hanyou into a boat while one stood guard. 'Only three of them. Not too bad. It should only take a second of my time.' Kagome thought to herself as she draw Tessaiga from it's sheath. The sword tarnsformed immediately in her hands. She then jumped with the agility of her hanyou blood, down to the ground next to the boat. As she slashed the first vampire, the two others dropped Inuyasha and charged toward her at full speed. "Come and get me!" Kagome yelled as she suddenly jumped over one of the vampires, grabbing him by the neck as she flipped over him. As she landed she used the lever effect to send the vampire flying into the ocean.
"Holy shit." The other vampire began backing away from the female hanyou. "What are you?"
Kagome dropped Tessaiga just as her eyes turned red. She then suddenly lunged at him, snarling. "HOW DARE YOU!!!" She tackled the man to the ground and pinned him by the neck. "DIE!!!" Kagome growled as she slashed through the man's throught and ripped out his wind pipe, turning him to ash.
Not until Kagome had checked every inch of the dock for danger had her protective instincts been satisfied. Kneeling over Inuyasha's motionless body, Kagome moved a small hair out of his face and caressed his cheek.
Suddenly, Inuyasha's eyes started to move and slowly opened. "K-Kagome?"
"Yeah, Puppy. I'm here." Kagome soothed.
"What happened?"
Kagome sighed. "Nothing. Don't worry about it." Kagome said as she helped Inuyasha stand up. "Let's just get back to HQ."
Inuyasha lifted up Tessaiga and sheathed it. "So I guess you got my message."
"Yeah, I guess I did."
