Chapter Seven - Alone by Sesshou-chan Lover

AN: Well…sorry!! I really can't update that quickly…blame my…32 pound bag full of homework…anyways, on with the story!! I'm trying to finish it quickly…

(Last Time)

Sesshoumaru suddenly halted. There was a cold, unnatural breathe that made Kagome shiver that ran through the air.

"Well, well. If it isn't the protector of the Shikon no Tama…" cackled a cold voice.

(This Time)

"Did you like my little minions?" the evil voice said, and a figure clad in a baboon pelt walked out from the shadows. Sesshoumaru narrowed his eyes.

"The Thunder Brothers were pathetic. Hmm…sad, really, they could of done more damage…ah, little miko." the figure stared at Kagome, and red eyes could be seen gleaming through the eye holes lustily. The baboon pelt flew off, and Kagome gasped. What was under the pelt was even more ugly than what was outside - there was a man with dark, red eyes, and no legs - instead, tentacles took the monster's place.

"See something you like, miko?" the man said, licking his lips suggestively. Kagome docked an arrow.

"Rot in hell!" Kagome said, feeling a bit overwhelmed from the evil aura coming from him.

"Naraku…" Sesshoumaru growled warningly.

"Ah, I see the little miko can put up a teeny tiny fight. Still remember me, eh, Sesshoumaru-SAMA?" Naraku said jeeringly. Kagome let go of the arrow. Naraku just put up a shield, thinking to deflect the arrow, though -

CLANG

The barrier was destroyed, and the arrow skimmed Naraku by the shoulder after the second he moved.

"Abazureonn'a!" (Bitch) Naraku snarled, and suddenly, he closed his eyes. 1 second later, 3 figures appeared in front of him - a woman clad in a miko's outfit, though dead-looking, another woman holding a fan and wearing too much make-up, and a soulless child holding a mirror and staring hauntingly in front of her. The woman with the fan charged at Sesshoumaru, while the miko and the child would put in their help every now and then - though it was strange that the child would stand in front of Kagura everytime Sesshoumaru attacked.

Meanwhile, Kagome docked another arrow and fired it at Naraku. Than another, and another… … Kagome screamed. Naraku had disappeared, and reappeared right behind her. Grabbing her by the waist, the 2 disappeared.

The three figures that had been `fighting' Sesshoumaru disappeared too. He snarled in rage, and howled to the sky.

"NARAKU!" Sesshoumaru yelled, growling. Somehow, Naraku had teleported Kagome somewhere - which Sesshoumaru had no clue where that place was. The 3 figures had just been a distraction.

"Let…me…go!" Kagome shrieked, struggling from the man's grasp.

"No, my dear miko, I do not think so." Naraku jeered, and landed in front of an evil-looking island. Though Kagome had doubts that people had even seen the island in the past 50 years.

A blur and 3 seconds later, Kagome found herself chained in a dungeon within a…castle?!

"Let me go you bastard!! Why do you want me!" Kagome yelled.

"My, my, miko, watch your language!! As for the reason I want you - I need offspring. Powerful ones. Now it seems that you are the most legible candidate…aren't you lucky?" Naraku stared at Kagome, and started walking slowly towards her.

Suddenly, he was repelled back by some strange barrier. He narrowed his eyes - she had set up a barrier.

"No problems, I will just have to find a solution to that." he said as he walked out of the room. `She can't possibly be THAT strong. No one in this era, or millennium is more powerful than me!' he thought. Oh, boy was he wrong…

Kagome sniffed. How the hell was she going to get out of this one?! The creepy old geezer wanted OFFSPRING!! Children! She was WAY too young to have children! Wait…(sweatdrop)

`Sesshoumaru!' Kagome said mentally, focusing on locating his aura in the huge world. Hopefully, he wasn't TOO far.

Sesshoumaru almost jumped at the sound of the voice in his head. `…yes?' he replied, a bit unsure of himself. Maybe he really did need a vacation and he was just hearing voices in his head for nothing…

`It's me! Kagome! I tried using my miko powers to form a mental connection thingy…' Kagome said desperately, trying to hold the connection longer.

`Where are you?' he immediately replied.

`I…I don't know…all I remember is a huge forest in the horizon - I have a feeling that's the forest next to the shrine. The rest was a blur to me…' Kagome said quickly.

`Do you remember anything that you last touched?' Sesshoumaru asked.

`Um…yes…why?' she asked.

`I need your scent to track you down.'

`Try finding one of my arrows! Don't worry, they won't harm you - the arrows only harm evil.'

`Thank you. You should expect me in no less than 5 seconds.' Sesshoumaru terminated the link, without Kagome knowing.

`Um…Sess? Sess?'

`…'

`O-k…'

"EEK!!" was heard throughout the whole castle. Thankfully, Naraku at the moment was humming a tune to himself in a bathtub. And his other `offspring' couldn't care less about him.

The wall right directly in front of Kagome crumbled. The only things Kagome saw were: a white blur, dust, more blurring, and trees surrounding them. Distinctly, she heard the roaring of wind. Blinking twice, she said, "…huh?"

Sesshoumaru DID roll his eyes. (AN: Imagine that!! …sorry if this is screwed up, maybe it's the fact that I've gotten 4 and a half hours of sleep 2 weeks in a row…) "Finding your scent, I just simply tracked you do -"

A loud scream was heard in the air. Though…it didn't sound like a woman's scream. Kagome giggled slightly - Naraku? No, it couldn't possibly be…. …

"OH MY GOD!! BRITNEY GOT MARRIED AGAIN!! HOW COULD SHE?!" Naraku screamed. "I thought she loved ME!!" The magazine that he had been reading was now soaked with water, though Naraku was still clinging to every single page like a bible. "Wow, doesn't she look so CUTE in that picture?"
