Summary: After Iunyasha and Miroku have mated under the moon. Inuyasha gets pregnant, but then gets kidnapped by Naraku. And Miroku goes to rescue him, before it's too late.

Chapter 2

Everyone in the hut was asleep, but Miroku woke up, because he couldn't sleep. All he kept thinking about was Inuyasha, so he got up and left out the hut.

"I will find you, Inuyasha." He thought to himself.

Sango soon woke up and found that Miroku was gone, so she got up, and left out the hut as well. As she spotted Miroku, she came up behind him.

"Thinking about Inuyasha again?" She asked.

"Sango, you startled me, and as a matter a fact I was. Because I can't help but to think about him, wondering if he & our baby are okay." Miroku said in a worried tone.

"Miroku, why are you always thinking about Inuyasha?!" Sango asked in an angry tone.

"Because I love him, Sango, and I can't help but to think about him. I mean he's carrying my child. And that's why I have to rescue him" Miroku said.

"I know that you have to rescue him for the sake of the child, but why do you have to love him?!" She said with jealousy in her voice.

"Because I just do, Inuyasha is everything to me, and now that he's carrying my child. I have no intention on leaving him. And when I do rescue him, he and I will be together forever. Sango, I know that you don't like the way things are, but I'm not gonna never leave Inuyasha's side. I will get him back!" Miroku said.

"Miroku, can I ask you something personal?" Sango said.

"Yes by all means." Miroku said.

"When did you start developing feelings for Inuyasha?" Sango asked.

"When he and I first met, although, we didn't get along at first. But once we started started hunting for the jewel shards together, that's when we grew on each other. And I knew from that moment that he and I became inseparable." Miroku said.

Sango didn't like that Miroku loved Inuyasha, in fact, she hated that they were together.

But she had no other choice, but to accept the way things were. She also knew that she could never take Miroku away from Inuyasha & their unborn child, not when they needed him most.

**Meanwhile**

Naraku still continues to hold Inuyasha prisoner in his castle. Although Inuyasha wishes that Naraku let him go.

"Please Naraku; I'm begging you to let me go." Inuyasha said.

"Now Inuyasha, you don't think that I would just let you go, without you giving me the child first, didn't you?" He said in an evil tone.

"You're not getting my child, and if you think that I'm gonna just hand my child over to you, then you're dead wrong!!" Inuyasha said in an angry voice.

"Inuyasha, I always get what I want!" Naraku spat.

After Naraku had said that, that's when Inuyasha lunged at him, and without thinking, he got so upset, that he never realizes that he was putting the life of his child at risk. So the baby started kicking at him and hard too. And when the baby did that, that's when Inuyasha fell to his knees, and grabbed his stomach in pain.

When Naraku witnessed this, he kneeled down to Inuyasha.

"Looks like I won't have to wait long for you to deliver, because you're making it all too easy, kukuku." He laughed at Inuyasha again.

"Get away from me, Naraku!" Inuyasha yelled.

As Inuyasha continue to get upset, his baby continues to kick at him, hard.

Naraku then got up, and just looked at Inuyasha and smiled wickedly at him. Inuyasha saw him out the corner of his eye.

"No, I won't let you make me upset, and end up having my child. I won't make it easy for you to get your hands on my child. So I'm gonna try and stay calm for sake of my baby." He thought to himself.

When Inuyasha calmed down, the baby did too. And there was a relieved look on his face. And when Naraku witnessed this, he didn't like it at all.

"Looks like you didn't get the better of me, after all, huh, Naraku." Inuyasha spat.

"Inuyasha, I will get my hands on your child, and there's nothing you or that monk lover of yours can do to stop me. Because you see, my dear sweet, Inuyasha, I will take the child once it's born away from you, and once I do. You or that monk will never see your precious child again, kukukuku!" He laughed evilly.

As Naraku told Inuyasha this, Inuyasha held his tummy as protecting his unborn child from Naraku.

"Oh Miroku, where are you? I need you, the baby and I both need you. Please find us." Inuyasha thought with tears falling from his eyes.
