Me: Well still no one has reviewed for the past two chapters, but I can overlook that because 197 people have actually read it. But I will need more reviews to post the next chapter, maybe about five.

 

Katie10: My computer is very stupid and wouldn't let me see your review. I'm sorry if you think I was ignoring you or something because I wasn't. I love romance and drama too but it won't be coming till later chapters because of the way I have molded this story. Thanks for agreeing with me on the whole right pairings stuff! Also thanks for the help!

 

But anyway, on with the story!

 

“What do you mean Kaede is sick?” Inuyasha asked as he jumped from the tree he perched in.

 

Miroku watched as Inuyasha jumped down. He waited till he was on the ground to say, “She got a high fever and a loud chough. Sango and Shippo are inside trying to get her fever to go down.” Inuyasha put his hands in his fire rat robe and walked inside.

 

“Kaede is there any flower or plant that can be used to cure this?” he asked kneeling down beside her. “Yes, there is a red flower with thorns that will reduce fever when added to some of the oils I have here. And a blue fern that will help with coughs. They can usually be found in the meadow just outside the village.” Kaede said hoarsely pointing the direction of the field.

 

“I will go get them ok Keade? Then you can tell me how to make the potion; just don't die on me alright?” Inuyasha said. Kaede had just enough energy to nod before she fell asleep.

 

Inuyasha stood up and slowly walked outside walking the way to the meadow Kaede had told him about.

 

“Is it just me or is he acting... nice?” Sango whispered in Miroku's ear. “Yeah your right!” said Shippo who always eavesdropped. They all sighed.

 

Inuyasha had reached the meadow and was deep in search for the two things Kaede had wanted. `Damn flowers! Never are around when you need them!' he thought.

 

When he found the red flower with thorns he picked it along with a few others. He was looking all around for the blue fern, but just couldn't find it anywhere.

 

`Where could that damn fern be?' he asked himself. `Inuyasha go to the Bone Eater's Well.' A voice whispered in his head.

 

`Kagome? Is that you?' he asked in his mind. `There is no time for that! Just go there!' Inuyasha followed the strange voice's directions and went to the Bone Eater's Well.

 

When he got there he thought, `Ok, I'm here. What now?' The strange voice replied, `Go look for the blue fern now.'

 

He looked around the well and saw something blue catch his eye. `There it is!' he thought. He grabbed some and started running to the village.

 

When he got inside the hut he handed Sango the things he had picked and said, “Here. Can you make the thing or whatever?”

 

“Uhh… Sure. Kaede where are the oils I need to make this?” she asked as she shack the old woman awake. But that was all he heard because he had ran out to his forest.

 

He ran to Gosimbo and leaped up to the highest branch. He sighed and fell into a light slumber.

 

 

 

“Good, he is falling into our trap.” Said a deep voice. “Yes master he is.” Said a higher pitched voice. “Kikyo, my recarnation, I need you to pull on his strings a little bit more.” Said the deep voice turning his head. “Yes Naraku.” Said Kikyo bowing to him.

 

He laughed an evil laugh as he walked out of his castle. Kikyo walked out with him to gather her fake soul collectors as she flew away.

 

 

 

Inuyasha's Dream

 

“Inuyasha! Over here.” Yelled a voice from over his head. He looked up to see a smiling Kagome on a cloud above him.

 

“Kagome, where am I?” he asked standing up. He looked around himself to better know his surrounding. When he looked back up to where Kagome was, she was gone.

 

“Kagome, where did you go?” he said a little loud. “Over here silly!” she said. He turned around and she was no where to be found. “Where?” he asked, panic growing in his voice.

 

He suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder and he quickly spun around. He stared into the face of Kagome who was a mere inches from him. He almost fell backwards as he stumbled over himself.

 

She stepped closer to him and said, “Inuyasha wake up!” Now he was confused. “Wake up from what?” he asked. She yelled, “Inuyasha wake up!” he stepped closer to her and grabbed her shoulders. He shook them a little and asked, “What up from what? You're not making any sense.”

 

She disappeared while he was shaking her and the cloud beneath him disappeared along with her. “What? Wait Kagome! Come back!”

 

End Dream

 

“Inuyasha wake up!” Miroku yelled. “Miroku, god damn it, I was having a good dream! Why did you wake me up?”

 

“Kaede took a turn from bad to worse last night. Her fever has gone way up and now she won't wake up. We need you to go to the meadow again to get the same stuff plus a type of plant that has thorns and is blue. Hurry up!” Miroku said.

 

Inuyasha was off before Miroku was finished speaking.

 

He quickly gathered the same plants from yesterday and found the new one. He ran as fast as he could without damaging the plants to the hut.

 

He rushed inside and pushed the plants into Sango's awaiting arms and she got busy making the medicine. He kneeled down by Kaede and put his hand to her forehead. He quickly pulled it back because it was so hot.

 

`Don't die on me Kaede.' He thought to himself. `Don't worry about her Inuyasha. She will be fine.' Said a voice in his head. “Who are you?” he said forgetting that anyone was there in the room with him.

 

`That is not important right now.' the voice continued. “Well I think it is important and I want some answers.” His voice rising.

 

“Inuyasha, who are you talking to?” Shippo asked. Suddenly Inuyasha relised what his friends might think of him talking to himself. “No one!” he said walking out the door and back to his tree.

 

“Now who are you?” he asked. `Like I said, it is not important.' The voice said again. “It is damn well important! Now tell me!” he yelled. `Alright, my name is… Hatomi. Now listen to me. You and all of your friends are in danger. Naraku is coming for you and won't stop till one of you are dead. You need to be smarter than he and defeat him before he gets you. He will pick at your friends till they are all dead, picking them off one by one till they are all gone, and then he will come for you. Right now I have to go or I will get in trouble, so see you later.' Hatomi explained and then she left suddenly.

 

“Wait, come back what are you talking about?” he yelled but she was already gone.

 

“Damn it. What the hell is going on?” he yelled.

 

“I can tell you.” Came a voice from behind him.

 

 

Well that is chapter 4 and remember to review! My chapter posting is going to slow down because I had already typed all of these but now I have to type the rest of them. Also my proofreading job is available.
