InuYasha Fan Fiction ❯ Anything For Love ❯ Twisted Road ( Chapter 20 )
A/N: I'm soooooo sick! I caught the stinking flu or something and that's why I haven't been updating. My attendance at school is going to send me to summer school I know it! I'm going to have to beg my English teacher to let me present some other day. Life is so unfair.

Everybody knew Kouga was in a bad mood and they knew why. Inuyasha wasn't too happy either; Naraku never should have said what he said. When Ayame came back into the gym yesterday she went straight up the bleachers and told Kouga what happened. He made her leave early to help search the school grounds for Naraku so Kouga could pound some respect into him, but he had already left. Ayame told everyone that Kouga was planning on doing it at school today and now everybody was afraid of what might happened when lunch rolled around.
To everyone's surprise, Naraku wasn't even at school today and now Kouga was supremely pissed off, he had his heart set on choking that asshole. Not even Miroku could calm him down, and Ayame wasn't even trying.
Ayame had another practice today and Kouga wanted to take a drive to cool off, but he promised to be back in time to take her home. They were both sure that Naraku wouldn't show up again, it was too much of a risk.
Kouga got into his black convertible and pulled out of the student parking lot, he let down the windows and turning the music up. The good thing about their high school was that it was almost in the country side so there weren't any big trucks and car driving by, the only thing that separated the school from the rest of the city was the bridge built over the river. And that's were Kouga was heading, he figured he'd get something to eat and head back to pick up his girlfriend. But he couldn't drive as fast as he was now in the city so he needed to slow down, he father would kill him if he got another speeding ticket, not mention he would have to listen to Ayame nag about him getting hurt.
It was time to slow down and let go of his freedom as he came up on the bridge.
"What the fuck!?"
Kouga stomped his foot hard on the peddle but nothing happened, his breaks were gone. When he realized this, Kouga began to panic and in that moment he did what countless numbers of teens had made the mistake of doing and try to slide the car into a stop, but as fate would have he spinned and crashed through the guard railing of the bridge into the river below.
