A/N: Ok this is my first Inuyasha story and it’s KagomexOC as you read on the summery and it is Alternate Universe. This story contains girl-on-girl action. Please do not flame this story and enjoy it.
Once upon a time in the land of Japan, there was a young Lady that lived in a beautiful castle. Though she had everything her heart desired, she was cruel, spoiled and selfish. But then one winter night, an old beggar woman appeared at the door. She offered a single cherry blossom in exchange from shelter from the biting cold.
“Keh, a cherry blossom? What kind of gift is that? You ugly wench, leave my grounds,” she said, sneering and disgusted by the wretched woman’s appearance.
“My lady, do not be deceived by outward appearance. True beauty is within,” the old woman warned.
The young noblewoman dismissed her again, slamming the door in the beggar’s face. As soon as the door closed, the old woman’s hideous form melted away and she was transformed into a beautiful Enchantress.
Seeing the beautiful woman, the Lady fell to her knees and begged for forgiveness. She would not hear it, for she had truly seen that she processed only greed in her heart, not love. As punishment, she transformed the girl into an ugly and repulsive beast and placed a spell to make the castle look ominous.
The girl was indeed ashamed of her monstrous form. She remained in her castle, away from the outside world with a single mirror to see the world. The blossom she had offered was truly an enchanted blossom that would only bloom until her 21st year on the Earth.
If she could learn to love another, and earn their love in return by the time the last petal fell, then the spell would be broken. If not, she would be doomed to remain a beast for all time. As the years passed, she fell into despair, and lost all hope of ever finding love.
For who could ever learn to love a Beast?
