Inuyasha and the gang~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Kagome sighed as she wiped away the tears in her eyes. Almost everyone was asleep but her and Sesshoumaru. She looked over at him. "So, why do you want to save her?" He looked up at her. "For the same reason you are." Kagome laughed a bit. "Because she's your friend?" He nodded. "Exactly." She shrugged and layed out her sleeping bag. She sighed and layed down on it. "Night Sesshoumaru." "Night."

 

Oshaka, Kagura and Kanna~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Oshaka woke up. Her eyes where red, she knew because they had an uncomfortable feeling. She looked up and seen Kagura was asleep and Kanna was nowhere to be seen. 'Where is she?' She moved her head slightly to see better but Kanna wasn't there. 'Hopefully she went to get help.' She said smiling.

 

Inuyasha and the gang~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

There was more rustling in the bushes and Sesshoumaru looked over to see who it was. "Who are you and what do you want?" Kanna walked out and he pinned her against a tree. "Your Naraku's carnation, where is Oshaka?" Kanna tried to speak and Sesshoumaru loosened his grip on her. Kanna finished breathing and looked up at Sesshoumaru. "She's at Naraku's castle, but she's in trouble, Naraku put her in chains and put her in the dungeon...." Sesshoumaru growled. "Why would a father do that to his own daughter?" Kanna shrugged. "I don't know but if you want to save her Naraku's castle is just beyond that mountain. You must go there tomorrow after sunset. I don't know how much longer my mistress can last down there." Sesshoumaru nodded and Kanna headed back for the castle. Sesshoumaru turned around and Kanna was gone.

Next Morning~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Inuyasha woke up and looked at the sun rise. 'Kagome.....why are you acting this way?' He looked down and seen that Miroku, Sango and Sesshoumaru was awake. He looked over at Kagome who was sound asleep in her sleeping bag with Shippo at her side. Kagome moaned and turned around in her sleeping bag. Shippo awoke slowly. "Wha-what time is it?" He sat up and Sango came back with some fire wood. "It's about 9, I guess." Shippo sighed. "Oh." He looked over at Kagome and shook her. "Kagome, Kagome wake up."

 

She turned aroung to face Shippo. "Five more minutes Oshaka, then we can leave....." Shippo laughed silently. "She's funny." Sesshoumaru rolled his eyes and stood up. "Let's move, we have no time to waste." Sango and Miroku nodded and Inuyasha jumped down from the tree he was in.

 

"No, Kagome needs rest, just give her awhile." He sat down infront of the fire.

 

Kagome opened her eyes. "Awhile for what?" Inuyasha looked at her. "Nothing, are you ready to go?" He looked down at her and seen she was already packing her sleeping bag and he sweat dropped. Sango, Miroku and Shippo laughed. Sesshomaru sighed and walked down the hill. Sango looked at him. "Sesshoumaru, where are you going?" He didn't bother to look back. "To save Oshaka, what else?" Inuyasha put out the fire and the rest of the gang followed him.

 

Naraku's castle~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Kagura woke up and Kanna was sound asleep beside Oshaka. Kagura woke her up and took her upstairs. "Kanna, what on earth where you thinking!" Kanna looked down knowing what she did wrong. "I went to fing Sesshoumaru last night." "You what?!" "I went to see if Sesshoumru could come and save Oshaka..." Kagura sighed and rolled her eyes. "Kanna, do you know what will happen if Lord Sesshoumaru came here?" Kanna nodded. "What then Kanna?" "Our mistress will be saved and she well save us, Kagura, she will give us our own heart beat again......" Kagura's eyes widened. "Someone's passed the barrier." She walked up the stairs and stood outside as the wind blew.

She'd tell him about her dreams

He'd just shoot 'em down

Kanna stayed behind and looked after Oshaka. She was asleep and her head was limped. ((Meaning her head was leaning forward.)) Her kimono was dirty and her hair was messed up and it was in her face. Kanna walked infront of her and moved her hair out of her face. "Mistress, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry...." Oshaka opened one of her eyes and looked at Kanna. Kanna smiled and Oshaka fell back asleep. 'I don't know how long she can last.....' There was small footsteps coming from the stairs and Kanna turned around. "Huh? Who's there?" 'It's me, Naraku.' "Naraku? Where are you, I can't see you." 'Don't worry about that, there take this and put in Oshaka's forhead.'

 

There was a black colored jewel shard on a small table in the corner. Kanna walked up to it and took it in her two fingers. ((Thumb and 1st finger.))

 

She winced as her blood turned the shard red. She looked at the shard and then Oshaka.

 

Taking slow steps towards her and put it in Oshaka's forhead.

 

Oshaka's head moved from side to side as tears poured from her eyes. She pulled her arms and neck foreward and the chains broke. She took Kanna by the hand and walked down the hall.

 

Kagura~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Kagura looked around. "It's quiet too quiet...."

 

Kagome was looking at her from the bushed. She passed Sesshoumaru on the way after he told her where Oshaka was, so she guessed he and the gang was just half way to the barrier. "This in for you, Oshaka..." With that she ran out of the bush and charged as Kagura.

 

Kagura looked at her and smiled. 'What on earth is she doing here, she's lucky that Kikyo and Naraku aren't here..'

Kagome was about to hit her and Kagura jumped out of her way before she could even get a scratch.

 

Kagome striked at her again. "What are you doing you coward! Fight me!!"

 

Kagura moved again. "No, I'm not trying to fight you, Sesshoumaru has to come and save our Mistress."

 

Kagome stopped fighting her slowly. "What? Mistress?"

 

Kagura finished and put her fan away. "Naraju put Oshaka in chains and locked her up. We don't have a key, we can't free her, so all we can do is watch as she gets weaker and thinner by the day...."

 

Kagome covered her mouth with her hand. "Where is she?! Take me to her."

 

Kagura shook her head. "I can't only Sesshoumaru can free her...." "Why Sesshoumaru?"

 

He walked up behind her. "Yea, why me?"

 

Kagura shrugged. "I don't know, it's just the way it is."

 

"Fine I'll free her. Where is she?"

One Sunday morning

She didn't go to church

He wondered why she didn't leave

He went up to the bedroom

Found a note by the window

With the curtains blowin' in the breeze

Kagura turned and walked into the castle as Sesshoumaru followed. She took him into the dungeon and gasped. "She's not here, she's gone. But..." She walked over and picked up peices of the chains. "she's fine. She broke the chains." Sesshoumaru nodded and walked back up the stairs.

 

He put his nose in the air and sniffed her scent. "Hm. Something doesn't smell right." He kept following her scent.

 

Kanna and Oshaka~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

Oshaka took Kanna into her room and walked over to the closet taking out a light purple kimono with black stars, large to small, all over it. She walked over and layed it on the bed and Kanna looked at it. "Oshaka, what are you doing?" Oshaka picked up the glass box and took out two white hair pins with black stars on it, a piece of light purple lace with black stars on it and a small silver chain with a black diamond in the end.

 

She smiled and walked back over to the bed and Kanna gasped. 'Her eyes, their white, I can't tell if there's any emotion or not, and her nails her a bit longer and squared off and the tips where dipped in white.'

Oshaka took the kimono and walked in the closet and put it on. She came back out and sat infront of Kanna. "Kanna, can you braid?" Kanna nodded. "Good, can you braid my hair?" Kanna nodded and again and gathered peices of her hair and started to braid. Oshaka ripped off the peice of black lace that was around her neck and took off the buckle of the two birds and layed it beside her. She took the black diamond, silver chain and pinned it in her hair. It hanged down in front of her forehead and it looked like a crown.

 

When Kanna was done braiding her hair, Oshaka took the pin and put it at the beginning of the braid. "There, I'm done. Let's go." She smiled and stood up as Kanna took her hand.

 

Sesshoumaru~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

The smell lead him to a door. He covered his nose with his sleeve. "This evil aura is so thick, it's suffocating me."
