Chapter three

“So Inuyasha how was school?” Kagome asked with a smirk.

 

“Ha ha Kagome lets just go already?”Inuyasha said. While heading toward his pool Kagome Miroku Sango and Inuyasha had decided to go swimming after school. After they changed the headed to the pool. Kagome wore a 2 peace. It was red with black outlining. Inuyasha about lost his footing at the sight of her. And her cheeks reddend. Miroku wore black swim trunks and Inuyasha wore his blue swim trunks. Sango wore her favorite purple bikini with black outlining.

 

“So guys ready to jump in?” asked kagome.

 

“Yeah!” they all said and dove right in. Inuyasha snuck up behind kagome and dunked her in without her knowing. She was furious…

 

“INUYASHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!” she screamed. Inuyasha smiled as he thought“she is so cute when she's mad”

 

“Its okay Kags I was just playing around. He smiled and kissed her cheek. And happily swam away. She blinked in shock and touched her cheek. “Wow…” she smiled she could never stay mad at him long. They started playing around. Splashing each other. Inuyasha did a cannon ball and made everyone wetter….like they were already wet before. But still. Kagome got mad.

 

“Inuyasha don't do that again or ill oswari you!” she yelled as he came up out of the water.

 

He did it again just for meanness.

 

“Inuyasha you asked for it!!” kagome started chasing after him for about thirty minutes. Finally he gave up because he finally said “shell ware herself out. Id better stop. Shellnever catchesme”evenchaully the found themselves relaxed in the sun. Inuyasha peeked his eyes open to stare at kagome. Kagome felt his eyes on her.

 

“Inuyasha who are you staring at?” asked kagome. Inuyasha went “humph” and looked away with a blush. Kagome smiled and closed her eyes again. Inuyasha went right back to staring at her once more. Inuyasha was shocked when she opened her eyes to stare at him. They made eye contact as their hearts raced. Finally they looked away both of their cheeks redder than kagome's bathing suit.

 

“Hey lets go back in I'm getting a little redder than I should be.” Kagome said. While gathering her stuff. They all walked back in and relaxed. She now warring her previous attire and same with the others. As they cooled down they sat and watched some TV. Kagome finally got board and decided to go home. Thinking that she could play with her cat... “See you later Sango. Ill be home with mom.” She waved to everyone and soon she found herself laying in her bed. Waiting on 8:00 to appear so she and Sango could study. She herd the door open, and her mom speaking to a familiar voice. She sat up and grabbed her backpack. Sango knocked on the door.

 

“Kagome open up!” Sango yelled. Kagome got up and quickly walked to her door.

 

“Hey Sango ready to study our language arts? It's the easiest thing. “Kagome opened her backpack and pulled out a binder that says “language arts”. Kagome's mother brought in some cookies at 9:00 for a snack and left Kagome and Sango to study. By the time they were done it was almost 10pm and kagome was very tired. “Goodnight Sango ill see you tomorrow.” She said while she opened the door for her friend to leave.

 

“Yeah see ya tomorrow Kags” Sango yawns and exits groggily. Kagome fell to her bed sighing in relaxation. She cuddled up to her pillows. “Inuyasha…” she was shocked. Why had she just blurted that out? She all of a sudden hears her window open… And there he was. Like an angel from god. Inuyasha…all of a sudden she snaps out of her daze. “Inuyasha what are you doing here?” he closed her window behind him.

 

“I just thought I would bring you some gum.” He lied. He brought that over just to see her beautiful face again. “So did you and Sango have fun?” Inuyasha asked while trying to strike up a conversation..

 

“It was okay. “She laughed.

 

“Hey can we listen to some music?” asked Inuyasha. Kagome nodded and leaned over to turn on her radio. “Green Days wake me up when September ends” comes on. She leans back down and starts to sing to the music. Inuyashas heart started pounding and his breath hitched in his throat.

“Kagome can I sit by you?” Inuyasha asked? She nodded. He sat beside her. Noticing that her hand was free for grabs. He reached down and slipped his hand in hers. She gasped as her heartbeat quickened. Then he did the unthinkable. He started purring. And rubbing her knuckles with his thumb.

 

“Kagome what time do you have to go to bed?” he asked. Kagome gasped once again as she felt his face near hers. He continued to rub her fist. And she let out a breath. Tickling his senses.

 

“I'm supposed to be in bed already.” He suddenly moved forward. Making their faces deathly close. He started rapping his arms around her. His lips trembling with anticipation.

 

“C-can I kiss you Kagome?” he asked shyly. That was it. Kagome finally knew that it was time.

 

“y-yes” and before she could say another his beautiful lips were on hers…lips parting allowing her entrance to his breathtaking mouth. Her quivering tongue shyly but slowly felt his. After a minute they couldn't hold their breath any longer. They pulled away. Breathlessly panting. Starring at each other with faces red.

 

“K-kagome I'm going to go now. Ill see you tomorrow.” He got up and let go of her hand reluctantly.

 

“all right Inuyasha ill see you tomorrow. ”Kagome smiled as Inuyasha turned to leave. “Inuyasha why did you do that?” he blushed a little.

 

“I've always dreamt about kissing you like that kagome. Science I was 13 and we both hit puberty.” He left in a hurry shutting the door behind him. Afraid to face her. She lay awake on her bed wondering. Why hadn't she noticed?
