On a note, there will not be a sequel. Yes, I know the epilogue mentioned one, but I'm too lazy to go back and edit that out.

 

There was a sequel, but it didn't last. I simply don't find myself capable of writing Inuyasha in modern times. AU, sure, but not the cannon story in modern settings.

 

I thank you all for reading, and apologize. For those who were interested, the sequel would have involved Kouga's reincarnation Kage falling in love with Kagome, as Kagome realizes Kouga's dormant spirit inside of Kage is beginning to stir as Kage and her become friends. Meanwhile, Naraku's reincarnation and Kagura's reincarnation would have been featured, Naraku as the administrator of Kagome's college, and a researcher of the Sengoku Jidai mythos.

 

So while the plot was there, my talent to flesh it out wasn't. Sorry. But there you go, fi you wanna know what would have happened.
