Chapter 14

The next morning, Kagome and Inuyasha both woke up simultaneously when Inuyasha's youki began to pulse, indicating the return of his hanyou self.

Kagome turned her head and locked eyes with her mate just in time to see the change take over his body. She smiled at him as she lifted her hand up to stroke one of his furry ears.

Inuyasha gave her a fanged smirk before kissing her good morning. Kagome rolled over to face him fully and scooted her body closer into his warmth. She continued to stroke his ear lovingly as their lips moved slowly and sensually against each other.

After a moment, Kagome pulled back and sat up. "We should get back to the others." Inuyasha growled lightly as she stood and walked over to her bag. "Oh hush. What? Didn't get enough of me last night?" She teased jokingly.

Inuyasha was standing and on her in a second, his hands on her waist from behind and his lips on the back of her neck. Kagome gasped as she dropped the small calendar she had just picked up out of her bag. Inuyasha thrust his hardened shaft against the crease of her ass, causing her to let out a broken moan.

"I ain't ever gonna get enough of you, mate."

Kagome moaned as she bared her throat for his lips and tongue, loving how animalistic he can be. She lifted her right hand to behind her head and wrapped it around his neck.

"Inu... we... we gotta go..."

Inuyasha growled as he released her, chuckling when she whined in protest. "Did ya not just tell me we gotta go?"

Kagome picked her pocket calander back up and turned around to pout at him. "Shut up, jerk. You're the one who started something you can't finish!" She opened the little calander to check on the date.

Inuyasha laughed as he put his hands back to her waist. "I could get ya to finish in minutes, Ka-go-me."

Kagome's face flushed as she lifted the little book and slapped his arm playfully with it. "If you don't stop that, I may just lose my resolve and fuck you right now!" Immediately her face was more crimson than the fire rat, and she began to sputter words that didn't make much sense. "I... uh... w-well..."

Inuyasha growled as he smashed his lips to hers. He heard whatever book she was holding fall to the ground as she wrapped her arms around his neck and easily reciprocated his kiss. He bucked his hips against her, causing her to whimper into his mouth, before pulling away and stepping back. He smirked at the look of sheer want in her half lidded gaze.

Kagome slowly bent down to pick up her fallen calendar before she mumbled. "You're such a jerk."

"But I'm your jerk."

Kagome smiled as she nodded and finally found what she was looking for in her calander. "Hai you are, Inuyasha." She looked back into his eyes and continued. "Today is Thursday in the future, so my appointment is tomorrow. We should go back today so I can complete some of my school assignments on the computer."

Inuyasha easily agreed. "Keh. I'll take ya there and then come back to work on our hut. We should find a place for it before we go though."

Kagome smiled excitedly before she released her barrier and then jumped onto his back. "Let's go!"

Inuyasha shook his head amusedly as he started to run back to the village.

After the couple had explained to their friends that they are going to be busy for a few days and unable to work on their training, everyone said they completely understood and they could use a break too. Rin also wanted to play with Shippo for a few days without having to study too hard. Kagome and Kaede said that because her progress is exceeding what they had initially expected, than a few days to have fun will be perfectly acceptable.

After breakfast, Inuyasha and Kagome went to find a spot for their future hut. It didn't take long because they both feel a certain connection while at the Goshinboku. So, they decided to map out a good size perimeter around the tree. They will place their hut a good distance away so the tree is in what will be their back yard. Kagome mentioned how the spot is actually pretty close to where her house is in the future, and Inuyasha just shrugged his shoulders saying that he thought it would be perfect for them.

As they were walking back to Kaede's hut to say goodbye and to grab Kagome's things, Inuyasha noticed his mate's shiver.

"Ya cold?"

She wrapped her arms around herself and nodded. "I guess time has gone by pretty fast. It's already getting colder out."

Inuyasha shrugged his Suikan off and put it around her shoulders. "Keh, ya humans are so frail."

Kagome stuffed her arms into the sleeves of his Suikan and smiled up at him, ignoring his comment about frail humans. "Thanks, Inuyasha."

He blushed adorably, still embarrassed when he shows this side of him, but nodded his head as he grabbed her hand in his.

Once they were back at Kaede's, they said goodbye to everyone and grabbed Kagome's bag, bow and quiver before jumping into the well once again.

When they jumped out of the well on the other side, Kagome opened the doors to the well house and looked around to make sure there were no visitors before walking out. Inuyasha rolled his eyes and grabbed her hand before dragging her out of the well house, throwing her onto his back and jumping up onto the roof. Kagome squealed at the sudden movement and tweaked his ear in reprimand.

"Inuyasha!"

He ignored her as he opened her bedroom window and climbed inside. When he put her down he turned to see her glaring at him. His ears flattened before he spoke.

"Ya know I can smell when people are near, Kagome."

Kagome sighed. "That doesn't mean you can just scare me half to death! Why couldn't we just use the front door like a normal couple?"

Inuyasha's ears perked back up as he pulled her closer to his body and lowered his mouth close to hers. "'Cuz, Ka-go-me..." He just barely brushed her lips with his. "Than I wouldn't have ya all to myself."

Within a few seconds their lips collided together and the big yellow bag along with her bow and quiver dropped unceremoniously to the bedroom floor.

Inuyasha growled as he pulled his Tetsusaiga off of his hip and dropped it to the floor. Immediately as Kagome heard the clink of his weapon, she wrapped her hands around his neck and jumped up into his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist. He turned and walked towards her bed, dropping her down onto it and watching as his Suikan opened up to reveal her own clothes underneath. He could see the perfect swell of her breasts heaving up and down from her heavy breathing. Her face flushed, hair tussled and her heavily kissed lips slightly parted.

Inuyasha quickly climbed on top of her and reconnected their lips passionately, growling as her sneaky fingers began to rub his ears.

Inuyasha pulled from her lips to kiss and suck on her throat. He nearly came in his pants when he felt something warm and wet encircle the tip of a furry ear.

Kagome knew his ears were sensitive and wanted to see how undone she could truly make him. So when he left her lips and gave her the perfect opportunity, she leaned forward and licked and sucked on the end of his furry appendage.

His reaction was immediate, he bucked his hips into her moist heat and groaned loudly. She used her hand to rub one ear, while continuing with her licks and light nips of the other.

"K-Kag..." Kagome moaned as she shoved him off of her. He was so stunned at the force of the movement, so he just sat back without a second thought. "K-Kagome?"

Kagome sat up on her knees and wrapped her arms around his neck. She wanted to explore the thought she had the night before, and see if he enjoys being submissive as a hanyou.

"Can you be a good puppy and lay down for me?"

Inuyasha's eyes widened as his cock immediately throbbed almost painfully within the confines of his Fundoshi. He blushed but could only nod his head dumbly as he layed down on his back, watching as Kagome climbed sexily on top of him.

She leaned forward and whispered against his lips. "Good boy." Then she kissed him with even more fervor than before.

Inuyasha does not understand what the hell came over them both. Not only is Kagome acting so forward and dominant, but his inner demon isn't even trying to fight it off. There is just something about the way she praised him, maybe it's the dog in him he mused, but it really turned him on. Even the little nickname she just used had him harder than a rock and fully ready for her.

He wrapped his arms around her back and groaned as she rocked her hips against him. Their tongues, mouths and teeth are constantly battling against each other as their bodies are rocking with one another. They are getting more insistent and needy, as they nibble one another's lips and suck on each other's tongues. Kagome couldn't stop herself from rocking her clothed clit against his hardened length. She put both of her hands into his silver hair and grabbed it in handfuls, pulling his face even closer as she begins to move faster and faster.

"Inu..." She moaned against his lips, diving in for more of him. His taste, his scent, his body... She can't get enough of this amazing hanyou.

Inuyasha's claws lightly scratched her back, making him glad she is wearing his Suikan at the moment.

"Fuck... 'Gome." He groaned against her lips before reconnecting them for more. Whatever the hell made her act this way, he just hopes it doesn't stop. And he really can't wait until their wedding night.

Kagome rocked her body harder and harder, getting closer and closer to the release her body is craving. Her teeth, lips and tongue working against his almost violently, but it feels too good, they are both lost in the pleasure, so close to complete and utter bliss.

Suddenly, the door to her bedroom slammed wide open, causing Kagome to jump backwards in surprise. Inuyasha still had a grip on her, but she pulled so hard that they tumbled off of the bed and onto the floor.

Inuyasha groaned as Kagome's knee hit him where no man wishes to be hit, Kagome whispered out a quick "sorry!" before jumping up and looking at their intruder.

The young boy looked between the hanyou crouched on the floor holding his injured crotch, and towards his older sister who is standing up with her face bright red and clothes in a disarray.

"Uh... what are you doing, nee-chan?"

Kagome looked back at Inuyasha before looking at her brother and blushing about ten times as red as before. "Uhm... n-nothing! Wh-What are you doing home? Shouldn't you be at school?"

Souta shrugged his shoulders as he sniffled a couple of times. "I have a cold so mama made me stay home."

Kagome nodded her head nervously as she shrugged off the hanyous Suikan and handed it to him, after he had finally got himself back up off the floor. She resituated her messed up clothes and brushed her fingers through her messy sex head before smiling innocently.

"W-Well, I have to go speak to mama about school... y-you go play a game or something with Souta, okay Inuyasha?"

After Inuyasha placed his Suikan back on, he stuffed his hands into the sleeves. He looked at the now excited eight year old and sighed. "Keh. Fine."

Souta's face lit up as he grabbed Inuyasha's hand. "Awesome! Come on Inu-no-niichan! It'll be so much fun!"

Kagome watched her little brother drag her mate away and gave him an apologetic smile as he left. Once she was alone, she sighed and her shoulders slumped forward.

'There are way too many kids around us...'

She shrugged her shoulders as she picked up her yellow bag and went downstairs to speak with her mother about something that has been on her mind regarding school.

When she entered the kitchen, her mother turned from her spot making tea and smiled warmly at her. "Hello dear, where's Inuyasha?"

Kagome set her bag on the floor by the table before sitting down. "Souta dragged him into his room to play some video game." She bit her lip nervously and when her mother sat down across from her, she spoke. "Mama... Inuyasha and I decided on a date for the wedding..."

Mrs. Higurashi reached forward and grasped her daughter's hand. "You feel like you can make that decision now?"

Kagome nodded. "Hai. I feel more myself everyday and... I want to be with him forever. We decided that as long as we can defeat Naraku before I turn sixteen, than it's going to be on my birthday. Which is also the anniversary of the day we met."

Mrs. Higurashi nodded her head in understanding as she pulled her hand back and took a sip of tea. "This is a big decision, Kagome. I will give you the permission you need to get married, but I want to make sure this is what you want. You aren't being pressured, right?"

Kagome's eyes narrowed slightly. "No. Inuyasha has been more than understanding with what had happened. He has told me over and over that it is all up to me and I told him I was ready."

"Okay dear, I just worry. Someday when you are a mother, you will understand."

Kagome's small smile returned as she thought about her future with Inuyasha. "Actually mama... I kind of am." At the look of absolute shock on her mother's face, she was quick to clarify. "I mean, I take care of a little fox demon. I told you about Shippo. He will be living with us and we'll be raising him as our own."

Mrs. Higurashi sighed in relief and took another sip of tea as she digested this information. "Are you really ready for parenthood? I mean, you are still so young, Kagome."

Kagome's smile only widened. "Hai, mama. I have already been taking care of Shippo since I turned fifteen and I won't abandon him. Also, I may be young in this time but in Inuyasha's, I'm an adult and most women my age are expected to have babies of their own."

Mrs. Higurashi nodded her head as she saw Kagome take another deep breath in and continued.

"Wh-Which brings me to this next subject..." She took a moment to compose herself before speaking up once again. "I... When we get married and move into our hut... I don't want... I don't want to be on birth control."

"Kagome..."

Kagome shook her head. "No, I've already thought about it. Naraku will be gone. Our future will be able to begin, and I want to let nature take its course however the Kami sees fit. If I get pregnant, than I'll be extremely happy with that. If I don't, than the time wasn't right yet. But I want to have this life with him... and as long as we can keep coming through the well, I will always come to visit."

Mrs. Higurashi sighed but nodded her head. "I understand, dear. If you think you are ready for the responsibility and can take care of a child, than I will support you one hundred percent."

Kagome smiled as she leaned forward and hugged her mother from across the table. "Thanks mama!"

Mrs. Higurashi pulled back and gave her a watery smile. "Of course dear. I wonder if my grandchildren will have his cute ears!"

Kagome blushed but they both laughed as they spoke about what will come of the future.

Inuyasha finally got a hold of the proper buttons on the Xbox controller when Souta thought to distract him with the questions of a curious little boy.

"What were you and nee-chan doing, anyway?"

Inuyasha blushed as he kept mashing the buttons, making his character's sword slice across Souta's character. "Keh, nothin' ya need to worry 'bout."

Souta glanced at the hanyou from the corner of his eye. "You were kissing, weren't you?"

At that question, Inuyasha's thumb faltered and his character died. "Damn it!" He turned to glare at the laughing boy. "Ya did that on purpose, ya little brat!"

Souta turned to face the hanyou fully as he changed the subject. "So, when are you marrying my nee-chan?"

Inuyasha groaned. "Uh... her birthday..."

Souta's eyes lit up. "Awesome! That's not too far away. Hey, did you get her a ring?"

Inuyasha's head cocked to the side. "What are ya talkin' 'bout?"

Souta face palmed and sighed before looking incredulously at the hanyou. "You asked my sister to marry you and didn't give her an engagement ring?"

Inuyasha growled as he dropped the gaming controller and stuffed his hands into his sleeves. "Damn it kid, just spit it out already!"

"Remember the little box with the diamond ring in it that I showed you a few months ago? It was a band that fits over this finger," he showed the left hand ring finger, "and it has a diamond on top of it."

Inuyasha thought back to the day he tried to use his Kongōsōha in the back yard to make the adaments that looked like the diamond Souta had showed him.

"Oh, ya mean the adament."

Souta rolled his eyes. "Duh! When you ask a girl to marry you, you give them a ring with a diamond on it. Than they wear it and it shows everyone else that they are getting married. Than at the wedding, you both put rings on your fingers. She would wear one with her engagement ring and you would just wear a more manly one on your finger." He sighed exasperatedly. "Geez. I'm just a kid, and even I know that!"

Inuyasha growled. "A kid with a big mouth! Ya live with a buncha women, and I live five hundred years in the past! I ain't ever heard of a ring like that before. Keh."

Souta waited for him to continue but he didn't, so he went on with his questioning. "Soooo... are you gonna get her a ring?"

Inuyasha's brows furrowed in concentration. "Do ya think she'd want one?" At Souta's excited nod, Inuyasha started to think up a plan to visit the old sword smith. "Keh, then I'll do it, but don't tell her. Got it?"

Souta nodded happily, feeling proud of himself for helping Inuyasha with his love life.

Sango and Miroku are sitting together next to the stream, watching as Rin, Shippo, Kirara and A-Un play. Miroku reached over and lightly held onto Sango's hand, causing her to blush but she also laced her fingers with his.

"Sango..."

She turned her face to look into his indigo eyes and smiled nervously. "M-Miroku?"

He lifted her hand to hold in both of his between their bodies and took a deep breath in. "I fear our final battle is nearing, Sango." She nodded her head before he continued. "I was hoping that... after the defeat of Naraku and everything is how it should be... would... would you be my wife? Would you bare my children and live a long life with me, my beautiful Sango?"

Sango's eyes widened as her blush intensified. "M-Miroku..."

He lifted his right hand, still holding hers in his left, and moved a strand of hair from her face to behind her ear. "I... I love you Sango. I really do only want you... if... if you'll also have me?"

Sango had tears stinging her eyes as she threw herself on him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tight, his arms going around her waist.

"Hai, Miroku. I will marry you and... bare your children. I..." She pulled back to look into his bright indigo eyes with her watery brown ones. "I love you too, my perverted monk."

Miroku smiled widely and chuckled as he leaned in slowly, giving her a chance to deny him. When she also leaned in to connect their lips together softly, he sighed against her mouth happily. This is where they both want to be, together forever.

After Kagome and her mother had finished their talk about how cute little babies with puppy ears would be, Kagome moved on to the next topic she had wanted to speak to her mother about.

"Um... So, since I will be married and possibly have a child... I was wondering if... if I could get my GED?"

Mrs. Higurashi sighed, but she does admit that she had expected this. "Hai. After you turn sixteen, you may get your GED."

Kagome smiled happily. "Thank you, mama!"

"You are very welcome dear. Now come on, I'll make some lunch and then you need to get ready to go."

Kagome looked up at her confusedly. "Go? Go where?"

At that moment, Inuyasha walked into the kitchen and sat down next to Kagome.

Mrs. Higurashi gave them both a sly smile as she began making sandwiches. "Well, on your date dear."

Kagome blushed as she looked between Inuyasha and her mother. "D-Date?"

Inuyasha's ears twitched as he tried to figure out what was going on. "What's a... date?"

Mrs. Higurashi laughed lightly. "It's where you take your fiancé out to have some fun and spend some time together."

Kagome turned to her confused hanyou. "We don't need to do any of that, Inuyasha. I know it's different where you come from."

Inuyasha eyed her warily. "Keh." He turned to her mother. "Where do we go and what do we do on this date?"

Kagome groaned as her mother spoke. "Well, anywhere. You could go to the movies or out to eat or both, or even a walk in the park could be considered a date."

"And this is what mates do in this world?"

Kagome wanted a sinkhole to appear below her and take her right now. A date? That's not really Inuyasha's thing and she is perfectly okay with that. Than she looked over at his perked up and twitching ears, his eyes sparkling with obvious curiosity and she smiled. He looks to actually be excited about taking her out on a date...

Mrs. Higurashi chuckled quietly. "Hai. Sometimes a boy may take a girl out on a date just to see if they like each other. Boyfriends and girlfriends will go on dates for fun and even married couples or mates would go too. It keeps the relationship from getting boring." She shrugged her shoulders after finishing her explanation.

Kagome couldn't help the laugh that spilled forth. "Our relationship is anything but boring, mama."

Mrs. Higurashi smiled at her daughter and nodded. "I know dear, but don't you want to do something that a teenager your age would normally do?"

Kagome shrugged her shoulders as she looked at her fiancé. "I... I guess if you want to..."

Inuyasha crossed his arms. "Uh-uh. It ain't up to me. Do you want to do this date thing?"

Kagome blushed as she looked down at her hands. "I... I guess it could be fun... b-but don't you have to go back and start working on the hut?"

"Keh. I can work on that another time. If ya wanna go on a date, than I wanna go too."

She smiled with a small blush on her face. "Alright..." Then she looked at her mother and said, "but I dont wanna do anything fancy. That just isn't us."

Mrs. Higurashi nodded her head in understanding as she put a plate in front of both of them, a sandwich on each. Than she turned to the counter and pulled some yen out of her purse to hand to Inuyasha.

"Take this with you wherever you go, that's how you will pay for the date." She looked at both of their attires and shook her head. "Both of you, when you are done eating, go get ready for whatever it is you plan to do. Inuyasha, I added some clothes for you to Kagome's closet, and Kagome, there are some more for you also. I want you to try and wear something other than those turtle necks and sweat pants, okay? The weather is cooling, but I know that isn't the reason for your current choice of clothing."

Kagome looked down at her current clothes and back up to her mother. "You're right mama. I will wear something different out tonight. Thank you."

After Kagome and Inuyasha finished their meal and began to head upstairs, the phone rang. Mrs. Higurashi answered and then called to Kagome.

"It's for you, dear."

Kagome stepped up to her mother, Inuyasha waiting close behind, and answered the phone. "moshi moshi."

"Kagome!"

Kagome winced at the loud teenage girl's voice. "Uh Eri, hi."

"I was wondering if you would wanna come to a Halloween party with a bunch of friends."

Kagome looked at the confused face of her hanyou before responding. "I uh, don't know. When is it?"

"Uhh.. hold on." She heard some rustling from the other end of the phone before Eri began speaking again. "Today is October 10th and the party will be on Saturday October 26th. Oh! Maybe you could go with Hojo! He could be your date!"

Kagome immediately heard the growling of her mate behind her and the small chuckle of her mother. She sighed before speaking. "Um... that won't be necessary... I uh am getting married."

"WHAT!?" Again, she had to pull the phone from her ear at the loud exclamation. "Don't tell me it's to that two timing bad boy, Kagome! He's no good for you."

Kagome rolled her eyes and pinched the bridge of her nose exasperatedly. "Hai, Eri. I am marrying Inuyasha and he isn't two timing on me, okay?" She sighed. "Look, I'll come to the party if I am not uh... sick at the time. Also, Inuyasha will be coming with me." She locked eyes with her irritated hanyou. "He actually has the perfect costume with the most adorable doggie ears."

Inuyasha growled as Kagome snickered to herself.

"Oh alright, Kagome. But I will be making sure he is right for you! Well, I'll see you there! Bye!"

"Bye, Eri." She hung up the phone and handed it to her mother. She turned to Inuyasha and shrugged her shoulders. "Looks like we are going on a date for Halloween too."

Inuyasha doesn't know what Halloween is, but at the moment his focus is on something else. He stomped up to his mate and glared down at her. "Who's Hobo?"

Kagome rolled her eyes, ignoring her mother's chuckle as she began her trek up the stairs, a surly hanyou following close behind. When they entered the room, she closed and locked the door before answering him.

"He's just some guy from school."

Inuyasha stuffed his hands into his sleeves as his growl escalated. "And this human boy likes you?" Kagome nodded reluctantly as she started looking through her closet. "And he has asked you on these dates?" Another nod and he spun her around to face him. "You went on a date with Hobo, but didn't wanna go on one with me?"

Kagome's eye twitched in irritation. "Baka! I always turned him down because I wanted to be with you! Ughhh, and it's Ho-jo not Hobo!"

Inuyasha snarled as he grabbed her by the back of the neck and slammed his lips roughly against hers. Kagome grabbed the front of his Suikan to pull him closer as he pushed her back against the wall next to her closet.

Kagome moaned as his tongue entered her mouth. She raised her left leg to wrap around his hips and pulled him closer to grind into his hardening length.

Kagome also didn't believe that she would enjoy this roughness after what had happened, but she is pleasantly surprised by how much she does like it. Inuyasha is allowing his instincs free and it's making her body hot with desire for him.

When he pulled back and rested his forehead to hers, he groaned at the scent of her arousal. "Could Homo do that to ya?"

Kagome growled as she put her foot back down on the floor and pushed him a few feet away from her. She went back into her closet and pulled out an outfit for each of them.

"I never wanted to kiss Hojo, Inuyasha." She threw a pair of boxer briefs, jeans and a red men's dress shirt onto the bed and pointed at it. "Get dressed so we can go on my first date because I never went on one with him."

She put her own outfit on the bed; a pair of matching undergarments, both black with laces. Also a pair of tight skinny jeans and a red short sleeve blouse that matches his red dress shirt.

Inuyasha watched as his mate unabashedly got undressed right in the same room as him. "How the fuck do ya expect me to want to get dressed when ya are getting naked right in front of me?" He meant for it to sound more assertive, but it came out as whine as she pulled her shirt up over her head and turned to look at him.

"Come on, Inuyasha. Get dressed and maybe I'll let you have some fun with me later." She gave him that look with the clear mischievous intent in her sparkling brown eyes.

Inuyasha's growl came out as a whine that sounded suspiciously like a puppy. Kagome giggled as she dropped her pants and tweaked his ear.

"You really are a puppy, Inuyasha."

Inuyasha growled once again as he leaned close to her lips. "Yours."

Kagome's arousal spiked at his statement before closing the distance between them. When she pulled away, she pulled off the rest of her clothes to begin re-dressing.

Inuyasha's eyes never left her form as he took his clothes off and put the new ones on. He figured out the boxer briefs and put his arms through the holes of the dress shirt, but he couldn't get the button or zipper done on the jeans or the buttons of the shirt.

Kagome watched him get mostly dressed and felt her new panties begin to soak through at just looking at him. The sun kissed skin of his chest and stomach is exposed, while the red long sleeve button down dress shirt is open fully. His jeans are unbuttoned and unzipped, exposing the black boxer briefs underneath, where she can clearly see the obvious bulge.

She walked up to him and stroked her hand from his stomach, up his chest and towards the collar of his shirt. "Do you need help, Inuyasha?"

He nodded as he very clearly smelled her intent. Kagome smiled coyly at him as she left his shirt open and lowered herself to her knees in front of him. She lightly stroked the bulge within the confines of his underwear and looked up into his eyes.

"Higurashi?"
