Words from the Author:
Disclaimer: I don't own the characters or story of Inuyasha owned by Rumiko Takahashi. However, any new characters introduced within this story and this story's concept is mine.
This is the first major Fanfiction of an Anime series that I have written. My priority is not fanfiction; my priority is my original "Infinity" series. This story is not written to my highest ability-its only 1/3 of my ability and shall rise no higher. Though writing this fanfiction was fun and entertaining it was only done mainly to get the story out of my head and share it for your enjoyment. I hope you enjoy this story and appreciate the work for its own traits.
The chapters following this (up to chapter 14) shall have no introduction rant in order to minimize story clutter. Parts 1-13 were revised in order to remove typos and I hope that I've caught at least some of the confusing grammatical mistakes that I had created while typing this story. If you find any odd mistakes, please tell me and I'll fix them.
Please, Enjoy~!

Warning: this chapter has lemony goodness or at least hints of it. Personally, compared to other stories I've written (none of which have ever been posted on the internet), this isn't bad. You have been warned.

Part 1: "I'm broken."
Kagome mentally cursed her clothes, which were now covered in mud and blood from the fight with a youkai.
She knew that they had passed a hot spring earlier and told the others that she was going to take a bath. She had asked Sango to go with her, but Sango was too busy bandaging her injured leg and didn't feel like walking.
Kagome understood Sango's not feeling well and headed off by herself. She wasn't really worried; she was close enough to call for help if she needed it. Anyway, Inuyasha would probably keep his ears open.
Kagome reached the spring and sighed. (Finally…peace and quiet…) Kagome thought. She walked toward the spring and undressed herself after she placed a small travel bag down on the ground.
Kagome sat in the water welcoming the warm water to wash away the grime from the previous battle.
She sighed and looked at the travel bag and the extra pair of clothes she had brought with her. She reached for the bag and pulled out a bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner. She had gotten tired of bringing both with her each time she came, so she finally decided to buy different shampoo.
Kagome quickly washed her hair and the rest of her body before she decided to relax. She slumped down next to the shore and rested her head on the bank.

Sesshoumaru had caught Inuyasha's scent and left Jaken and Rin to trail it. Not soon after he began his tracking, he caught the scent of Inuyasha's wench, the miko, away from the group. That's when his intentions of fighting his brother changed. It was challenging, though he hated to admit it, to damage Inuyasha's will by fighting him physically, so his plan changed. He knew that his pathetic hanyou half-brother was protective of the ones he traveled with, especially the wench who wore foreign clothes, but what if Inuyasha wasn't aware of what was happening until it was done.
It didn't take Sesshoumaru very long to come up with something which would finally damage his brother, and it was something that would stay permanently.
Sesshoumaru stopped in the forest near the hot-spring and looked at the so-called miko as she lowered herself into the water with her back to him. He knew that if he made himself known now, she would scream. So to make his plan work he would have to be cautious.
Sesshoumaru smirked as he watched her silently. Though she was human, he respected her. Her power was something to be reckoned with if she knew how to control it, but he knew that despite her powers he'd still have the upper hand-she was unarmed. Yes, breaking her was going to be quite enjoyable for him even though she was human. He had finally found a very good way to defeat his half-brother, and once it was over, the pathetic hanyou could do nothing about it.
He looked down at a bush and kicked the leaves seeing how aware she was to what was going on.
"I swear if that's you, Inuyasha, you'll never hear the end of that word." Kagome harshly said. When no reply or sound came she shrugged. (It must have been an animal.) She thought.
Sesshoumaru smirked slightly as he silently walked from the bushes into the clearing while she remained unaware of him. He approached the edge of the spring silently. He knew that he mustn't let her scream; it would ruin the plan and the fun. So first he should silence her, but he didn't want to render her unconscious, that wouldn't be exciting enough, so he would have to do it the simple way-cover her mouth.
Kagome felt hairs pick up on the back of her neck and felt that she had been the hot-spring too long, but the sensation she was getting wasn't that from being in the water it was a fearful twinge on her senses. She planned to turn and see what was behind her, but was stopped as a hand covered her mouth and pinned her head to the bank.
Kagome looked at the hand and noticed familiar purple stripes on the wrist. (Oh, god…) she thought. (This CAN'T be happening.)
"If you scream, I'll pull out your tongue." Sesshoumaru spoke in his ever-cool tone of voice as he remained kneeled by the bank with his hand over her mouth. "I'm sure that you understand that I don't give idle threats."
Kagome felt fear as she nodded slightly. (Why didn't he just kill me!) The thoughts ebbed in her head. (Hello; perfect opportunity here! Baka! Do you want him to kill you?)
"Remember, no screaming." Sesshoumaru said coolly as he removed his hand from her mouth.
"No screaming; got it." Kagome agreed nervously. She didn't understand what he wanted. He probably had a plan to get the Tetsusaiga and she just happened to be included. She heard him adjust his armor and looked over her shoulder just in time to see him drop it to ground. (What the hell! He's…undressing! Oh, my god!) Her first intentions were to run, but she knew that she wouldn't be able to escape-Sesshoumaru's speed was ten times that of Inuyasha's, and Inuyasha's speed was ten times hers.
Kagome froze and looked forward toward the camp where the others were when she heard the sound of cloth hit the ground. (Fight him.) She thought. (Oh yeah, sure…me fight Inuyasha's evil full youkai half-brother alone, unarmed, and naked; good plan.)
Kagome heard the water next to her as Sesshoumaru descended into the spring. Despite her first thoughts of not trying to run, she turned quickly, covered her chest with her arms, and began to back up. "What…exactly do you want…?" She asked nervously. (Oh, god, bad idea; you looked at him.) She though as she blushed as she looked at him. She was glad that his lower half was underwater. She looked up and met his eyes.
He smirked silently and began to approach her.
"I asked a question." Kagome said nervously.
"Why else would I come to you like this?" He asked in a taunting voice.
(Oh, god!) She backed into a rock. (Oh, god! Who the hell decides to make sure a rock is place right in my line of backing up! Good job, Kagome; look what you get yourself into!)
"Eh, Sesshoumaru, I'm a filthy human, remember." Kagome spoke nervously. "You wouldn't want to hurt your pride, would you?"
He stopped inches away from her. "Actually, in this kind of situation, I could care less about my pride."
Kagome's fear escalated. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't run, and he'd probably kill her if she screamed. "Won't…Inuyasha…know you're here?" She nervously asked, hoping that Inuyasha would know and come to rescue her before anything happened.
"Foolish girl." He said as he leaned closer to her face. "We're down-wind from your precious hanyou."
(Oh, gods…) Kagome thought. She turned her head to the side; she had to think of what to do. Sure Sesshoumaru was a strong youkai, who was poisonous not to mention that if she tried to run, he'd catch her and probably kill her. Okay, so she didn't know what to do. She looked up at him again this time showing her obvious fear, "Why…?" It was all she could think to ask.
"Because, no matter what, he looses." Sesshoumaru said as he smiled cunningly.
Kagome planned to run; she didn't care, but she was stopped. He held her wrists together over her chest using his one hand and pressed her against the rock. She was afraid to look up and remained staring blankly at his arm. She couldn't move. If she tried anything, it'd make the situation worse. (Just live, Kagome.) She thought as she shut her eyes tightly allowing tears to trail down he cheeks. (NO! I'd rather die! Inuyasha, please!) Her mind yelled as she shook her head fiercely.
"What happened to you not being scared of me?" He asked with a slight chuckle.
Kagome opened her eyes and looked up at him with anger clearly evident on her face.
"Don't even bother saying you're not." He said as he neared her ear. "Remember, I can smell you better than he can." He whispered. He chuckled slightly. "Personally, I find the fear more exciting than you realize." He moved his head to where he was still close, but was able to look her in the eyes.
"I can't believe you're his brother." Kagome said.
"Why not?" Sesshoumaru asked. "It isn't as if you've ever been in this situation with him before. How do you know if we aren't alike?"
"He would never…" Kagome said.
"Never doubt what someone with youkai blood can become and do during different situations, Kagome." Sesshoumaru said cunningly emphasizing her name. "And besides…you know nothing about me personally."
Kagome tensed as he moved his body closer to hers leaving only a slight gap.
"And remember…no screaming." Sesshoumaru said proudly and before she could say anything, he pressed his lips against hers, causing her to try to jerk back.
Kagome's mind was screaming and yelling at her to do something, but she didn't know what to do. Running and screaming was for human attackers, killers, and rapists, but Sesshoumaru definitely wasn't on their level; he was beyond all of them. There was nothing she could do; she was at his mercy-what little there was in his twisted mind. She felt his tongue enter her mouth causing her to want to recoil, but his strength definitely wouldn't allow that.
Kagome hoped that it was all a bad dream, but when he bit her lip she knew it wasn't. She could taste blood in her mouth from where he had bitten her lip and stared at him with conflicting fear and anger. (Serves you right.) She thought. (You were the stupid one to wander off alone knowing that you have enemies out here. Now look at your position.) She tried to keep her mind off what Sesshoumaru was doing, but her mind was growing numb with the sensations. Her mind didn't want any part of what was happening, but her body wanted it.
Her mind locked down from protesting thoughts as her body's desires wouldn't go unheard. She whimpered as he pushed her up onto the rock lifting her arms above her head pinning them away from protecting her.
Sesshoumaru kissed her again. He could tell that her fear was rising as she had lost control over herself. He broke the kiss and looked her in the eyes. "Relax, you're supposed to enjoy this."
Kagome remained tensed as she locked her feet together in order to keep her legs closed.
Sesshoumaru laughed slightly. "You're making it worse for yourself. Unless you relax, I'll be even more violent than I am already. Do you wish to try my patience?"
Kagome closed her eyes, afraid to look at him.
"I'm going to release your hands; if you move them, I'll remove them." He spoke in a taunting voice. He released them and looked at her a minute. She was actually a pleasing sight compared to some human girls, and she didn't smell like any of the others-dirty and dank. Before he would enjoy the after-effects it would have on his half-brother, he would enjoy it for what it was-being an extraordinary powerful and beautiful young woman, but he wouldn't tell her that. "Relax."
Sesshoumaru ran his claws down her skin, causing her to shiver slightly. He liked watching her reactions. Her smell was intensifying, and was beginning to drive his instincts over the edge. "Open your eyes."
Kagome shook her head and pressed her lips together.
"Don't tell me you're not enjoying this." He stated clearly. "Now, open your eyes and look at me."
Kagome didn't want to look at him, but she feared the consequences, so she opened her eyes and looked him in the eyes.
"Good, you do know how to obey your master, don't you?" He said with a smirk on his face. "If you cooperate, this will be over faster, you realize. Otherwise, I don't know what I could do. Now, relax and spread your legs."
Kagome hated it; she really did, but she obeyed him. Her mind kept falling to Inuyasha and what he would think about what she got herself into. She looked away, but felt claws bear down in her side.
"Look at me." Sesshoumaru commanded.
Kagome obeyed.
Sesshoumaru positioned himself and then bent down to her ear. "Don't scream." He said slyly before he forced himself in her causing her body to tense and her to gasp.
Kagome opened her mouth in the gasp wanting to scream as a surge forced something in her to break-she knew what it was, her virginity. She heard him laugh in her ear. It was frightening; he was amused by hurting her, and she couldn't say anything nor move-her mind and body locked down in that single instant. Her body relaxed but her mind tensed further.
"Humans are fickle." He whispered in her ear. "But every one of them can be broken like a twig in different forms and fashions." He lifted face to look her in the eyes. "No screaming."
Kagome just looked at him until he pulled himself out of her and thrust in her again. As it became a regular pattern growing harder and faster with each passing moment she leaned her head back with eyes closed and her mouth open in order to keep her from screaming. What would happen if she did scream?
She felt herself nearing something as quickened his pace to something that was surely inhuman.
As she climaxed, her body arched forward then fell back. She whimpered as she felt him thrust into her one final time causing something hot to shoot up in her body.
Sesshoumaru laughed with sheer pleasure as he leaned to the girl's face. "Look at me."
Kagome opened her eyes and looked at him directly.
He kissed her deeply unlike any time he had previously and then quickly pulled away. "Tell him…you're broken." He smirked and laughed cunningly. He pulled himself out of her and backed into the water.
Kagome closed her eyes and remained still as she heard him wade to the shore. She listened as she heard the sound clothing and his armor.
"Hoped you enjoyed yourself." Sesshoumaru said as he took a look at the girl, who remained laying broken on the rock. He enjoyed it-the taunting and torture of Inuyasha's wench, but he also loved the pleasure she had given him and how she obeyed him for her own life's sake. He smirked and turned quickly leaving the clearing behind him and waited for the results of how it affected his dear half-brother.
* * *
Kagome looked over to where he had been, noticing that he was gone. She looked around making sure he wasn't toying with her again, but when she didn't she felt safer, but definitely not relieved. It was over, but it wasn't. Her mind was tormenting her. She moved slowly off of the rock and into the water. The water stun small scratches that were on her body-proof that he had touched her where the scratches were. Her wrists were bruised from being held as tightly as they had been. She felt defiled and she hadn't asked to be. She hated it. (What will Inuyasha do…?) She mentally asked herself. (He'll hate me; he already says he does and now it will be reality. He'll hate being near me. He'll hate me. I want to go home.)
Kagome made her way to her clothes and climbed onto the shore. She didn't bother drying herself off before she dressed herself; she didn't care. She left her other things and made her way to the campsite.
The closer she walked to the camp, the slower she walked. What would she say? She only knew what Sesshoumaru had told her to say, but didn't want to say the words.
Kagome walked into the camp to have everyone look at her.
"Kagome-chan?" Sango looked at Kagome who seemed distraught.
Inuyasha looked at her with confusion as Kagome's expression dulled to a point.
Miroku stood up. "We were beginning to worry about you. Inuyasha was ready to come and look for you."
Shippo bounded over to Kagome and stopped in front of her. "Kagome, what happened to your wrists?"
Kagome raised one of her wrists to look at it again. (Still bruised; still hurts. Why couldn't it have been a nightmare…?)
Sango seemed like she was going to stand, but Kagome shook her head and slumped to the ground.
Shippo jumped on her shoulder. "Kagome, what's wrong!"
Everyone seemed concerned. She hadn't spoken a word since she made it back the camp.
Shippo smelt Kagome. "Kagome…? Why…you smell different…"
Kagome looked directly to meet Inuyasha's eyes. "Inuyasha…"
Inuyasha was worried as her eyes filled with tears. "Kagome?"
"I'm broken." Kagome felt the tears fall down her cheeks.
Sango and Miroku came to her side immediately.
"Kagome-sama, what happened?" Miroku worryingly asked as he acted like he was going to place a hand on her arm.
Kagome jerked as his hand neared her skin. She didn't want him touching her.
Inuyasha stared at Kagome wondering what those words held for her. He stood up and walked toward her, sitting down in front of her.
Kagome looked at Inuyasha and his eyes-the same color; no she couldn't stay this close. She began to back up-away from Inuyasha, but he caught one of her wrists, causing her to yell something that couldn't be understood by any of them.
That's when Inuyasha smelt her. She had been down-wind of him and hadn't been able to smell her before, and she was horrified by him holding her wrist.
Inuyasha released her, stood up, and backed away from her. "Kagome…Oh, gods; this is because of me."
Sango looked up at Inuyasha searching for an answer to why her friend was acting strangely. "Inuyasha, what's because of you?"
Inuyasha looked at Sango with pain clearly evident in his eyes. "She's broken, Sango."
"What the hell does that mean!" Sango yelled demanding the answer.
Inuyasha shook his head and darted in the direction Kagome had come from.
"Inuyasha." Miroku called to him before he was out of sight.
Kagome was curled against a tree hugging Shippo tightly. It was her only comfort-the innocent youkai child.
Sango neared Kagome's side again. "Kagome-chan, perhaps we should go back to the village and rest for a little while?"
Kagome didn't reply but stood up. She released Shippo allowing him to jump to the ground.
Sango and Kagome walked on ahead leaving Shippo with Miroku and Kirara.
"Miroku…" Shippo said with pain in his voice. "I think something happened to Kagome…"
Miroku looked at Shippo. "Do you know what?"
Shippo shook his head. "People say I'm too young to know what those things are; but my mom smelled like my dad…Kagome smells like that but with someone else."
Miroku felt shock rush his body. "She was…" He felt it was unforgivable for anyone to do such a thing; coming from him, a pervert, which made it worse. He would never force anything upon someone un-willing. "Who…does she smell like…?" He asked fearing the reply in every bone in his body.
"Sesshoumaru." Shippo replied. "Does it mean he attacked her?" He looked up at Miroku wanting the answer.
Miroku clenched his hand into a fist. "We need to stay with Kagome-sama for now, Shippo… I'm sure…you'll find out in due time, whether you're too young for it now or not." Miroku looked in the direction Inuyasha had gone. "Inuyasha, she needs you now, don't stay gone."
Shippo looked a Miroku with a confused look on his face.
Miroku began following the trail to the village while Shippo and Kirara followed him.
