Chapter 18

Two More Dates

Rin watched Sango leave then went to her room. She still had to get ready for her date with Sesshomaru. She looked through her closet to find something nice to wear. She thought carefully about it.

She finally decided on a body fitting dress that fanned out at the bottom. It was pink with white flowers on the bottom. It ended at her mid calf. On her feet was a pair of pink two-inch heels to match.

Her hair was down with a curl to the bottom. She had light pink lipstick on. She walked out into the living room to grab her purse and coat when the doorbell rang. She went to go answer it.

"Hi Sesshomaru." Rin said cheerfully.

"Hello Rin. You look beautiful." Sesshomaru said.

"Thank you. Let me grab my stuff." She said. She grabbed her purse and coat. "I'm ready."

Sesshomaru opened the car door for Rin and then got in on his side. "So where are we going to eat?" Rin asked.

"I thought we'd go to a restaurant by the water." Sesshomaru said. "It's called Water's Edge." (Can't think of good names.)

"I've heard of it. It's supposed to have the best seafood around." Rin said.

"Hai." Sesshomaru said. They drove to the restaurant. One of the workers took the car and they walked into the restaurant arm in arm.

"Name?" A waiter asked.

"Tenseiga, Sesshomaru." He said.

"Follow Li to your table." The waiter said.

They followed Li to the back of the restaurant. It was more secluded than the other areas. You could see the water from their table. Li handed them the menus. "I'll be back to take your orders." He said eyeing Rin.

"This place is beautiful." Rin said. The restaurant was dimly lighted by candles, which were on the table. Soft instrumental music was playing in the background, giving a serene feeling.

They both looked over the menu and decided on what they were going to eat. The waiter came back. "Have you decided what you want?" He asked.

Sesshomaru looked at Rin so she could order first. "Umm, I'll have the lobster." Rin said.

"I'll have the same." Sesshomaru said. The waiter took the menus. "I would also like it if you took your eyes off of my date."

Li glared at him and left. Rin was shocked Sesshomaru said that. She thought of something else to talk about. "Where do you work?" Rin asked.

"I'm President of ST Stock Company." Sesshomaru said.

"Really?" Rin said.

"Hai, although I haven't gone to work for the last couple of days."

"Why not?"

"I've been going to the club instead of work."

"That can't be good. Can't you lose your position?"

"Wouldn't matter."

"Why not?"

"Well..." Sesshomaru started. The waiter cut him off.

"Here are your meals." He interrupted. He put the food down on the table and left.

"That was rude." Rin said. "I don't think he likes you."

"That's his problem." Sesshomaru said.

They ate the rest of their dinner. The food was delicious. After they finished their meal Sesshomaru paid the bill. They walked out of the restaurant and into the car. They'd talked for hours after they ate.

Rin was getting to know Sesshomaru. He seemed to be emotionless, but only seemed that way. He wouldn't have asked Rin out if he didn't feel attracted to her. Although they were complete opposites, she still liked him.

Sesshomaru parked on the side of the road. Miroku's car was in the driveway. Sesshomaru walked Rin to the front door. "Arigato Sesshomaru. I had a great time." Rin said.

"Your welcome." Sesshomaru said.

Rin pulled him to kiss him on the cheek since he was too tall. After she kissed him Sesshomaru put his hands on her hips and pulled her close to him. He kissed her on the lips.

He licked her bottom lip and she opened for him. He explored her mouth and pulled back. He looked at Rin. She was blushing but had a smile on her face. Sesshomaru smiled at her. "I'll call you." He said.

Rin nodded her head before walking in the house. She went to her room. She changed into her pajamas. She crawled into bed and realized that she'd never seen Sesshomaru smile until just earlier.

She fell asleep with a smile on her face.

Kagome didn't know what to wear. It was already six forty five and she still wasn't dressed. She was in her robe trying to find something to wear when she heard a knock at the door.

She opened the door. "Hey Kagome." Inuyasha said. He was wearing a button up shirt that wasn't buttoned, a white tank top under it and black pants.

"You're early." Kagome said.

"Well I thought we'd go do something else instead of to a fancy restaurant." Inuyasha said. "I came early so I could tell you and change or something but, I can see that you don't need to change."

She led him to the couch. "I couldn't think of what to wear." Kagome said. "Where did you think of going then?"

"I thought that we could have some fun and go dancing." Inuyasha said.

Kagome thought about it. "I guess that would be fun." She said. "I'm going to get changed."

Inuyasha waited on the couch while she changed. Kagome looked through her closet for something comfortable to dance in. She decided on a red tank top with a black dragon on the bottom and black leather pants.

She'd never worn them before. Sango had bought them for her as a graduation gift. Sango thought they'd help her have more fun. Sango always thought she worked too much, and sometimes, she was right.

She put her hair in a ponytail and walked out of her room.

"Ready yet?" Inuyasha asked. He looked at Kagome and stared. She looked great even when she was fully clothed.

Kagome laughed at the look on his face and went to put her shoes on. She grabbed her coat. "Shall we go?" She asked.

Inuyasha shook his head realizing he must've looked stupid and nodded.

They walked down to the car and got in. "So where are we going?" Kagome asked.

"To a club called Love Tama." Inuyasha said. (Yes I know I'm horrible with names.)

"I've never heard of it before." Kagome said.

"It's new. Only been around for about a month." Inuyasha said. "Here we are."

There was a long line that went around the corner of the building. "We're going to have to wait forever." Kagome said.

"No we won't." Inuyasha said. He grabbed her hand and walked up to the bouncer. "Hey Suichi."

"Hey Inuyasha. You got a pretty date there. Go on in." Suichi said lifting the rope.

"Thanks." Inuyasha said. They walked in.

"You know the bouncer?" Kagome said.

"Yeah I met him a while ago." Inuyasha said. Kagome looked around. The club was huge. There was two storied. The top was for sitting and drinking while the whole bottom floor was filled with people dancing.

The music was the kind to get you moving. Inuyasha grinned. "Let's dance." He grabbed Kagome's arm and dragged her to the center of the crowd.

"I don't really know how to dance." Kagome said.

"Everyone knows how to dance." Inuyasha said.

"I've never been dancing before." Kagome blushed.

"Follow my lead." Inuyasha said. He turned her around and put his hands on her hips. He pulled her against him and started swaying his hips back and forth. After the first few times Kagome started to follow his lead and matched his rhythm.

They danced for a while and Kagome started getting into the music. She didn't even realize how close she was to Inuyasha. Their bodies were practically glued together. Inuyasha did his best to keep his arousal in check.

She was rubbing against him and didn't even realize it. He bit his lip to keep thoughts out of his head. He was just getting to know her and already wanted her badly. She had a great body and a fiery personality.

That's when he realized it. He was falling in love with her. He didn't even realize it until now. He never would've pictured himself falling in love. He always thought of it as a bunch of bullshit.

He kissed Kagome's neck. They were facing each other now. He decided to be bold and moved his hands to her backside. Kagome blushed but made no move to stop him. She just turned her head to give him better access.

After a while they stopped dancing and went upstairs. They sat down in a booth and ordered water. "See, you do know how to dance." Inuyasha said.

Kagome blushed. "I guess so." She said. Inuyasha pulled her close and kissed her. His tongue dove into her mouth. He pulled her into his lap. She tasted so sweet. By the time the kiss ended they were both gasping for air.

"Come on, you look tired." Inuyasha said. They walked out of the club.

"You look like you had fun." Suichi said.

Inuyasha pulled Kagome close. "I did." He smirked.

"See ya round." Suichi said.

"Later." Inuyasha waved.

They both got into the car. Inuyasha drove towards Kagome's apartment. He parked out if front of the car. "Thanks Inuyasha. That was fun." Kagome said. She blushed and leaned over to kiss him. She said goodbye and got out of the car.

Inuyasha was stunned for a moment. After a while he regained his composure. He started the car and drove away with a smile.

Hope you like it. That was a lot of fluffy moments. I know the Sesshomaru and Rin date was short but there wasn't a lemon in it. It's too soon for a lemon. There will be one though. Let me know what you think. Ja ne.
