I didn't want to post just an author's note, cuz I hate it when people do that. So here's a little glimpse at our next episode. I just wanted to let you guys know that I am not dead or canceling this story. It's just been a hard time writing. I've been moving and blah blah blah. But I know where I want the story to go! So yay! And trust me it's going to be goooooooood. Please don't give up on me! I promise to work on this more diligently than I have been. Kagome awoke with a start. There was a frantic tapping at her bedroom window. She crossed her bedroom and caught the familiar sight of silver hair and instantly sighed in relief. Opening the window she cast Inuyasha a scolding glare, “What are you d-“

 

The blantant fear in his eyes set her off balance and she could not suppress the feeling of impending doom that swirled like ice water in her veins. “Whats wrong?” Her normally cool voice was filled with panic. She opened the window further and pulled him inside.

 

She gasped at the sight of his battered and bloody body. His beautiful silver hair was matted with dirt and blood, his left eye was bruised and his cheek cut. Before she could say another word he collapsed lifelessly to the floor. “No! Inuyasha you can't do this! No no no.” She rocked his unconscious body back and forth as a mother would a fallen child.

 

He was her only salvation in the world, and she'd be damned if he was going to die on her! Quickly Kagome went into the bathroom and retrieved some bandages and antiseptic. She desperately tore his clothes from his body and was met with even more injury. What had happened to him?

 

She cleaned his wounds and fought the urge to cry. Still refusing to acknowledge how much he truly meant to her.
