It's been a little over a week since the five night flyers joined your team, Sesshoumaru seems to hate Jadda giving him crappy jobs to do while the others are mixed between yours, Sesshoumaru's and Rin's personal guard Rin getting two.

"MOMMY!!" Rin cried rushing into yours and Sesshoumaru's room, groaning Sesshoumaru rolled over in his sleep, opening your eyes you saw her near the foot of the bed, "Hay honey what's wrong?" you asked noticing tears stained her normally cheerful face. A loud clap of thunder making her jump a small squeal coming from her throat, "I'm scared," she said no looking sure of herself, "come here honey," you say wiggling backwards making room for her. Rushing over she climbed into the bed beside you Sesshoumaru now grudgingly awake, "Rin what are you doing in here?" he asked his voice thick with sleep as he peered over your shoulder. "I'm scared of the storm," she said snuggling in closer to you, smiling softly you wrap your arms around her hugging her tight, Sesshoumaru's arms coming around your waist to touch Rin. "It's all right," you whisper against her hair, "The storm can't hurt you, it's just natures music," after you say that she looked up a frown on her face. "How so?"

"Well you know what a feirie, they make music and a storm is just another song, they play their music every day, birds, insects even the wind is a type of music," you say you could feel Sesshoumaru's utter disbelief of what you just said {Its an old tall my people used to tell those of us, the children afraid of a storm it} you whisper through his mind. "I don't like this music," she said her nose scrunched up as another loud clap of thunder rippled through the night pulling another sound from her.
Kissing her forehead you begin you sing a lullaby that your mother used to sing when ever you were scared or upset and it was time for be.

Odd man out Pov

Silva and Sorekaze knocked lightly on the lord's door, two hours after daybreak, after there was no reply they looked at each other. Sighing Silva said "Do we disturb them or leave it till later?" looking down at her Sorekaze replied "The messenger will not wait and the lord will be cross with us." Releasing her breath in a audible rush she opened the door peering in they saw, Sesshoumaru, Devani and Rin all tucked into the large bed. Sesshoumaru lay on his side pressed against his mates back, Devani with her arm across his and one around the small human they both adored. "Awe," Silva said before she could stop her self her face softening at the sight, never had she seen the lord be so happy, he loved the two that lay in his bed. He was somewhat kinder and more willing to listen to reason ever since Devani came into his life. "They look so cute," she whispered looking up to see Sorekaze's face also soft but a look of amazement on his face told her he barely believed his eyes. "Yes they do," he said sighing he closed the door quietly before knocking loudly.

Your POV

You woke to Sesshoumaru's angry voice, opening you blink at the bright sunlight coming through the window looking over to see Sesshoumaru in his pyjama pants talking with Silva and Sorekaze. "What's wrong my love?" you ask sitting up as Rin woke smiling up at you obviously having a good sleep, he looked back at you his face set in his blank mask, you hated when he did that. "Nothing Devani, I want you to take care of Rin of the day," he said gruff before walking briskly over to the wardrobe grabbing a fresh set of cloths and going to change in the bathroom. Shaking your head you look at Rin, "Why don't you go get changed then meet me at the table for breakfast?" beaming at you she nodded rushing out the do Silva following.
