Okay now for Chapter 5. I never thought I'd actually make it this far and I'm pretty proud of myself. But then again I already know that I have around 12 chapters and counting so no need to fret. Umm…yeah. I'm like really sorry. So here's chapter 5!

Chapter 5

The Party

"Once again your perverted side gets the better of you." Inuyasha said as he lifted him off the ground.

"You never warned me that she was violent." Miroku said placing a hand where her fist had connected with his jaw.

"Yeah, should've told you that." Inuyasha thought aloud.

Miroku dusted himself off and made sure that he still looked stunning.

"I am so sorry Sango. I have been cursed by my actions and hope that you can accept my apology." He said kneeling in front of Sango.

She blushed as he took her hand, but she cautiously prepared herself for any questions.

"I-I guess I can accept your apology…but don't let it happen again." She said warningly.

"Thank you lady Sango, you truly are a goddess." He said planting a quick kiss on her hand.

Around 11 people started to arrive. No one answered the door, so people just walked in. There were drinks, alcoholic and non in garbage cans full of ice. There was rock music blasting through the house, but if you were going into detail, than it was Blink 182. The girls were still getting ready, and Kagome and Sango slipped into the bathroom, locking it so Miroku couldn't sneak a peek.

Then Sango stepped out waiting to get everyone's attention.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce to you, Kagome." Sango said as she opened the door.

Kagome slowly walked out with a slight smile on her face. She posed in her white and red one strap shirt. The arm was still hanging of her shoulder and she had on the black glove on her right hand. Then she had on her black and white checkered skirt with the black leather and red star belt. Then she had on the white and black earrings, and her pink and black spiked wristband.

She had on a little mascara and eyeliner, and a little red lipstick finished off with some lip-gloss. Her hair was parted to the right, and then pulled into a loose ponytail over her shoulder at the left. She had on some faint pink blush that accented her cheek bones.

"So what do you think?" Kagome asked Inuyasha while striking another pose.

"Well…I-I think you look…" Inuyasha started.

"You are one hot woman!" Miroku said checking her up and down.

"Thanks, but what do you think Inuyasha?" She asked again.

"Looks like Miroku summed it up for me. You look dead hot." He said with a smile.

She blushed as he said those words. Just then Eri grabbed Kagome and started to pull her out of the room.

"There's people to see Kagome." Eri said as she disappeared down the hall.

"C'mon Sango, Yuka, let's go." Miroku said linking arms with the two girl and leading them out of the room, leaving Inuyasha alone.

"Stupid hentai." Inuyasha muttered to himself as he stood up.

"You talking to yourself again Inuyasha?" Came a voice from the doorway.

He looked over to see an unwanted face.

"What do you want Kikyou, I thought I got rid of you along time ago?" He said coldly to the woman in the doorway.

"Well you must be pretty stupid if you thought you were going to get rid of me that fast. Why did you leave so suddenly anyway?" Kikyou said as she walked up to Inuyasha.

"I have my reasons. I needed to get away from that hell hole." Inuyasha said slowly.

"Well, at least I found you. That's all that matters right?" Kikyou said as she put her hand on Inuyasha's arm.

He pulled his arm away, not wanting her filthy hands on himself.

"I'm sorry Kikyou, but there's nothing between us anymore. Couldn't you have picked up any hints? I don't want to be with you." Inuyasha said as he started for the door.

She was too fast though and cut him off at the doorway.

"What are you talking about? We were great together, and you're willing to throw it all away for what? A clean life? A life hiding who you really are?" Kikyou looked angry.

"Great is hardly the word I would use. I was stuck in the type of life when I was born. Thanks to my almighty father. But of course he had to give my brother the family company, but I guess I was lucky. I got the chance to leave, and here you are like a reincarnation of him coming to take me back." Inuyasha said as he pushed her away gently.

"For what Inuyasha? What's making you stay here. What's making you turn your back on your past. On me. You won't be able to live without me, or at least without the consequences of what has happened. You can't escape what you were, what you are, what you were born to be. This is not a game of hide and seek Inuyasha, this is reality." Kikyou stared at Inuyasha back intently.

"I am aware this is fucking reality Kikyou. Now go away and never come back. I don't want you interfering with my life anymore. You've done enough as it is. You're only bad luck to me." Inuyasha started down the stairs as he heard Kikyou breathing heavily.

"I'm just going to slip away alright? I need to uh…find my friend." Kagome said quickly as she pulled herself away from a bunch of guys.

Eri had left her with them. Throughout the whole conversation they had, if you wanted to even call it that, they had been looking down her shirt. She was very angry at Eri for doing that to her.

While she was looking for Eri, slipping between people, careful not to bump into any of them, she ran right into someone. It was Inuyasha.

"Sorry…" Kagome started but heard a too familiar voice.

She knew exactly who it was. In no time he showed up behind Kagome.

"Hey there babe. You're lookin' hot tonight. You didn't have to dress up for me." Kouga said as he placed his hands on her hips.

"It's Kagome, not babe. And thanks, I didn't dress up for you." Kagome said while rolling her eyes.

"Oh look, its mutt-face." Kouga said lazily.

Inuyasha started to growl, but Kouga only smiled.

"Mind callin' me by my real name there wolf boy!" Inuyasha barked.

"Wait, how do you two know each other?" Kagome questioned.

"We've had the pleasure of meeting a few times." Inuyasha said through gritted teeth.

"Oh well then." Kagome said getting herself out of Kouga's grip.

"Beautiful, would you mind accompanying me to the kitchen? Since I don't think that you should be hanging around half-breeds like this, it's bad for your health." He asked Kagome.

"You shut the fuck up wolf before I-"

"Sorry, but I believe Inuyasha and I were on our way there at the moment." Kagome said taking Inuyasha's arm and leading him away.

"Lucky mutt-face." He growled at the back of the hanyou.

"I think I found out why he's staying in this new life." Kikyou said in his ear. "But I know how to teach him a lesson."

She handed Kouga a bottle of beer that she had been holding.

Kagome and Inuyasha were in the kitchen trying to find some Pepsi of any kind anywhere in the house, which she hadn't been able to find. Mostly all of them were alcoholic beverages. Kagome had gone outside to check for any garbage cans while Inuyasha checked the living room.

What Inuyasha didn't see was Kouga going out after her. He was a little tipsy walking down the veranda stairs, but he still managed. Kagome turned away from the garbage cans and turned to see Kouga standing in front of her.

"Hi Kouga, um…sorry but I'm looking for something so bye." Kagome said trying to step around him, but he blocked her way.

"You're not going anywhere woman." He slurred. "Not until I've got what I've wanted."

Kagome tried to back away from him, but there was only a brick wall behind her. He cornered her and pressed her up against the wall.

"Kouga what are you doing? Get off me!" Kagome cried as he squished her against the wall with his body.

His breath carried the heavy scent of alcohol as he leaned in towards her. She tried to fight against him, but he was too strong.

"Now you're going to give me what I want, or else you'll have to accept the consequences." He breathed.

Kagome turned her head away from him, trying to avoid his lips from reaching hers. He pulled a hand up and tightened it around her jaw. She tried to turned her head, but his grip was too strong. He lowered his lips to hers, but before he could reach her lips, she screamed very loudly.

"INUYASHA!"

His ears popped up on his head at the sound of his name. It was Kagome's voice, and he knew where she was. Pushing his way though people, trying not to make anyone toomad, he didn't noticed the slight nick at his back. Kikyou stood there with a needle and injecting the stuff into his back.

She was gone in seconds, and Inuyasha was still on his way to Kagome. Then when he got to the kitchen, there was hardly anyone there, so he just ran right through and flung the door open. He looked to the right where he saw Kouga leaning up against a wall.

But when he looked closer he could see someone in front of him. It was Kagome. Inuyasha's blood started to boil, and hs youkai side was taking over.

"Kouga, let her go." He said slowly.

He pulled away from Kagome and looked over at Inuyasha.

"Wha' do ya want half-breed?" He spat at Inuyasha. "I'm kind of busy hurr."

"Let her go." He said again.

Kagome yanked her head out of his grip and tried to get away without being noticed too much. But her plan fell through and Kouga pushed her back to the wall forcefully. She let out a cry and she fell down the wall to the ground. At that point Kagome was hoping for Inuyasha to help her.

She looked over at him with watery eyes, pleading for him to do something. But as she looked at him she noticed a sudden change. A thin purple line was appearing on either side of his face, and his fangs got slightly longer. His eyes turned red and his pupils blue. His claws had lengthened greatly as he raised it up in a striking position.

"Ready to die wolf boy?" He said with a cocky smile.

"Not until you die first!" Kouga said before lunging at full speed towards Inuyasha.

Inuyasha easily dodged his first hit, and punched Kouga in the back as he ran by. Kouga didn't make a noise, but rolled on the ground before popping back up.

"That was a cheap shot mutt." He snapped at him.

"Cry me a river." He retorted back.

This time Inuyasha attacked. He ran towards him and took two swipes with his claws, but each time Kouga jumped back, avoiding contact. Kouga sped around him and kicked him in the back. Inuyasha fell to the ground, but was up once again, ready to fight.

"Had enough?" Inuyasha asked with a cocky grin.

"Not even close." Kouga said.

Kouga jumped up and brought his fist up. As he was falling down towards Inuyasha he got ready to punch. Inuyasha looked up at him, not moving an inch. Kouga's smirk got even wider as he was only mere feet from him. Then he threw his fist down to the ground.

There was cracking of wood, and a brand new hole in the deck. He looked around for Inuyasha, thinking that he had hit him. But as he looked to the left, he got a fist in his face. Then a kick in the stomach making him fall back. Inuyasha towered over the wolf youkai with a hungry look in his eyes.

"Beg for mercy now, or you will regret it." Inuyasha said placing a foot on his chest.

"N-never." He choked out.

He grabbed the foot on his chest and shoved it off of him. Inuyasha fell over, and before he could get up, Kouga as on top of him punching the living daylights out of him. He easily shoved Kouga off after a few good smashes to the face, but then he didn't expect his vision to slightly blur and wobble.

Kouga took this as an advantage and took a swiped with his claws at Inuyasha. His claws connected with his side, drawing a large amount of blood. Inuyasha gritted his teeth before going to make Kouga pay. But Kouga was too fast and his claws cut his arm and chest in one long line.

Kagome got up at this time, fearing for Inuyasha's life. She got up and ran over to Inuyasha and Kouga. She stood between the two, hoping that it would do something.

"Stop it the both of you!" She cried. "Are you trying to get someone killed?"

Kouga grabbed her arm roughly and pushed her aside. Kagome didn't fall and was about to go right back there when Inuyasha's had stuck out, preventing her from getting any closer. She looked up into his red eyes, feeling a little scared. Inside there was no Inuyasha that she knew only a raging demon.

But then a flicker of gold through his eyes made Kagome believe that the real Inuyasha was in there somewhere. She stepped back away from the fight and let them continue.

"Finally someone got the whore out of here, I mean if someone didn't move her, I would've maybe just killed her. She wouldn't be too much fun in bed anyway." Kouga said positioning himself once again.

Inuyasha growled at him.

"Don't ever speak of her that way you worthless bastard. I'll kill you before you ever lay a hand on her!" Inuyasha said back, more gold flickering through his eyes.

Inuyasha had had enough and was ready to end this whole thing. Kouga lunged at him, and before he could even take a swing he forced his fist towards Kouga's head at such a speed that no one could've prevented it.

He fell to the ground cold, but soon he would come around. Kagome ran over to Inuyasha and put a hand on his shoulder. He winced, and that made Kagome looked at the gashes along his chest and side.

"Oh Inuyasha!" She said gaping at him wounds.

She looked up at him, seeing as his eyes were still red. They weren't directed on her, but on the unconscious body of Kouga in front on him. Kagome put a hand on his cheek and turned his head towards her. His eyes followed to her hand and one of his clawed ones shot up and grabbed hers.

His eyes drifted from her hand to her face. His hand started to loose it's grip on Kagome's, and his claws shrunk. He stared into her eyes, which sent a feeling throughout his body of reassurance and a loved feeling. The stripes disappeared from his face and his fangs shrunk back to normal. Then his eyes slowly turned back to the vibrant gold colour that it usually was.

"Kagome." He breathed out before sending a hand to his side where blood was seeping out from under his shirt.

Kagome looked down at his side and almost fainted.

"We've got to get you upstairs! C'mon." Kagome said taking Inuyasha's hand and began leading him to Eri's dad's room.

"Sit here while I get the medical kit." Kagome said as she walked into the bathroom.

She was back within seconds carrying a white box with a Red Cross on it. She sat down next to Inuyasha and opened the box.

"You're going to have to take your shirt off if you want me to help you." Kagome said looking at him.

Inuyasha didn't move.

"Do it, or I will. And I won't be gentle about it either." Inuyasha took off his shirt as fast as he could, trying not to think of what would have happened to him if he hadn't.

He winced as he pulled it over his head.

"God, you two were killing each other. Like a bunch of wild animals." Kagome said as she looked at his wounds.

She took some lotion that is supposed to clean the cuts.

"WOAH! What's that…is that some kind of shit that stings like a bitch?" Inuyasha said with wide eyes.

"Yes, so suck it up baby boy." Kagome smiled as she squirted some of the lotion into her hands.

She turned to Inuyasha and started rubbing it over his left arm. She was surprised at how muscular his arm was. After she'd finished the other arm she had an overview of how well toned he was.

"Stand up."

"Huh?" Inuyasha said very dumbly.

"Stand up so I can rub this stuff on your tummy." Kagome stood in front of Inuyasha waiting for him to stand up.

He stood up in front of Kagome and waited for her to finish her job. It really wasn't necessary, but Inuyasha didn't quite mind it. He liked the feeling of Kagome running her hands over his arms and chest. Then as if he was struck with a sudden wave of amnesia, or a mild version, he slowly began to forgot anything that had happen or what had happened, or anything else except for the girl in front of him.

She poured some more lotion into her hands and started to rub the lotion of his stomach. She hadn't noticed how tall he was, or even how hot his body was. She rubbed some more on his chest and Kagome's stomach started flip-flopping, and the butterflies started to come out.

Inuyasha suddenly realized how much more beautiful Kagome was when she was up close. He felt a sensation throughout his whole body as she rubbed the lotion on his chest.

"Don't sit down just yet. I need to bandage you all up." Kagome smiled at him as she disappeared behind him.

Kagome started to wrap a long bandage around his side where Kouga had taken his claws and dug them into his side. She pinned it and then looked up where Kouga had ran his claws along his chest and arms. But it was slowly disappearing. Then Kagome remembered how quickly youkai and half-youkai could heal.

She smiled at it before turning to put the kit away, but Inuyasha stopped her. He put his arms around her waist and was smiling down at her.

"What do you think you're doing?" She asked him.

"I don't know where this is coming from, if it's the lack of water, or food or something; whatever it is, this is something that I feel like I've been longing to do again." He said as his vision darkened slightly.

He leaned his head down and gave her a quick peck on the lips before he fell back onto the bed, pulling Kagome with him. She giggled a little before she looked back down at him.

"I feel a little…" Inuyasha was cut off for he passed out.

"Inuyasha?" She asked the passed out Inuyasha. "INUYASHA!"

He didn't answer, and his cute little ears didn't twitch. He was really out cold.

"That's weird, you didn't drink anything all night, I wonder what made you pass out?" She said to herself.

She tried to push herself up but she couldn't get out of his grip. She knew that it was pointless to scream, for the music was way too loud for anyone to hear her. She reached her hands around her and tried to take his hands off of her, but they were like stone. So she did the only thing possible, she gave up.

Kagome was in a very comfy position when she thought about it. She was lying directly on top of Inuyasha, and her head was hovering around his neck. She let her head drop right to the nape of his neck, and she snuggled into him. Her breath his neck, bouncing off and hitting her. She felt safe and warm. The warmth coming from his body was soothing to her. She looked at the clock on the dresser, 2:30. Time flies by when you're having fun.

Her eyes fell closed, and the rhythm of his heart was like a lullaby for Kagome.

"Awe…look at the two of them. They look so cute." Kagome heard the voice float into her head.

She opened an eye to see Sango and Miroku standing there. Then she opened them both.

"Yeah…its about time Inu got some action." Miroku snickered.

"Sango! Help me!" Kagome whispered. "He passed out with me and now I'm stuck!"

"Nope sorry Kagome. You two look too cute to upset." Sango said.

"Miroku?"

"No, I'm sorry lady Kagome, but I have to agree with Sango. You two look too cute together. Plus I can't wait to see Inuyasha when he wakes up!"

Sango grabbed Miroku and walked out of the room. Closing the door behind them.

She felt like she had just closed her eyes when she heard a loud noise at the door. She opened her eyes and looked up. The door flew open and two people fell in, half-naked. She wasn't sure who they were at all, so she just looked at them with a look that looked like she was about to kill someone.

"What are you two doing in here!" Kagome whispered. The couple looked at her from the floor.

"OH! I'm sorry. Were we interrupting sumthan hurr?" The drunken girl asked.

"Uh…well if you mean my sleep than yes. Now why don't you two drunks pull yourself together and leave this room and go fuck in the basement. There's a nice white room down there."

The two looked at each other.

"Great ide-a there kitty." The guy said.

They got up and left, surprisingly they closed the door. Interrupted again.

"UGH!" She screamed.

Inuyasha stirred and started mumbling something. The low rumble in his throat tickled Kagome slightly, but held back her giggles so she could hear what he was saying.

"No…I don't want to…" He said.

"Please…don't hurt her…please…take me instead…" Inuyasha mumbled again.

Kagome looked at him for what to do, then it came to her. She reached up with her free hand and started to rub one of his ears. He calmed down and a purr like sounds came from the base of his throat. A smile spread over his face. When she was sure that he was fine she put her head back down and closed her eyes.

"…Kagome…" Inuyasha breathed out.

Kagome froze at the sound of her name and wondered if he was awake, or dreaming of her. She didn't need to know at that moment for she was really tired. Before she went off into la-la land, she thought about when Inuyasha kissed her. It wasn't as enjoyable as on the bus, but it was still a quick taste of something. She smiled before snuggling back into her comfy position to get some rest.

Now that's the end of chappy 5! I feel so proud of myself since I'm so PRO! lmao, review soon and yeah.
