Man I'm getting a little tired and everything cause of EXAMS and it all. All the review and review and review! I'm going to go insane! But yeah, about my other stories…I'll try to update them as soon as I can, but like I said Exams are breaking my concentration on my beautiful stories. Plus I have others and yeah. But enough blabbering from me…ON WITH THE STORY!

Chapter 4

Unexpected Guest

They ran all the way away from the park hand in hand until Kagome slowed down, making Inuyasha slow his pace down to a walk. All that running and laughing made Kagome very exhausted. She still was laughing softly when they started to walk.

"That was priceless." She said with a slight shiver.

Inuyasha noticed this and cursed her inside his head for not dressing warmer. He pulled her closer and put his arm around her.

"You know you should really dress warmer." He said in a matter-of-factly tone.

Kagome almost melted away when his arm draped over her shoulder and pulled her tight. She leaned into his side for warmth.

"Thanks." She said quietly.

"But that was pretty funny. And might I ask how you knew how to break into that place?" He questioned her.

"Well you see…I…uh…well I used to know this guy who really liked me, and he sorta gave me this info to meet him. And now it's permanently stuck in my brain."

"Right, and how do you know how to aim so well?"

"Because that's why I went to meet him. I asked him to teach me how to shoot a paintball gun and he did. So that's why I'm so pro." She said with a tiny laugh.

"Sure, maybe in your own little world." He said.

"Or not, maybe you're just too bad to admit that I'm better than you!" She said.

He stopped and pulled his arm off of her and turned to her with that evil glint in his eyes.

"You think you're better than me?" He said with a sly smirk plastered in his face.

"Maybe…" She said knowing all too well what was going to happen.

"Wrong answer." He said as she sped off down the street.

He gave her a few seconds head start before chasing after her. She knew that she get away from him, but at least she tried. She cut through a backyard of some nearby neighbors, jumping the fences that bordered their backyards.

Inuyasha easily jumped them and was catching up to her very quickly. She was just over someone's fence that was pretty high when he tackled her to the ground. But unfortunately Kagome had heard him and turned to see him jump right over the fence and then tackle her to the ground. It all happened so fast that she was winded when she hit the ground.

"Though you could run from me?" He said with a smirk.

"Yes, well no. I mean…never mind." She said clearly confused with her own answer.

He laughed.

"You're so unpredictable you know?" He said as he scanned over her facial features.

He finally noticed that in the light of the moon, she looked almost like an angel. Her skin glowed of a heavenly colour and her eyes pierced right through his soul. Her lips looked so full and luscious that he wanted to taste them once more. He faintly remembered how she tasted, and he wanted to renew that memory. And then he noticed how perfectly her body fit under his, almost as if she were molded this way.

As for Kagome she couldn't stop staring into his eyes. They were hypnotizing and she couldn't pull out of the trance. His face was close, just hovering over hers. His body on top of hers. Her heart started to beat past its normal speed and she couldn't help but feel a pull towards him.

His face hovered over hers, slowly leaning down. His lips brushed against hers slowly, coming to a reast directly over hers. His eyes darted from her eyes to her lips. He was about to go in for the kill if they weren't in someone's back yard. There was a flicker of light and then there was a gruff voice.

"Oi? What the hell are you two punks doing in my backyard!" A voice rang from the house.

They both broke apart and looked over at the short man with a baseball bat. He looked a little funny for his size, but the bat just made it go away.

"Sorry." Kagome said weakly. "Let's go."

Inuyasha got off of Kagome and then pulled her up and onto his back. She didn't expect that, but it was better than nothing. He leapt off and back to the Higurashi residence.

The morning came, and Sango just happened to find them in the morning. It was roughly around 12 when she arrived in Kagome's room. She slipped in quietly, not seeing that there were two occupants in the room when she closed the door.

She walked in and then almost screamed at the scene in front of her. Kagome was lying with her back facing Inuyasha's chest and he was holding her close to him. He had lost his shirt somehow and his hand was up Kagome's half-ridden up shirt. Her shirt rode up to the bottom of her bra, and Inuyasha's hand was directly in front of her breasts.

That was only the hand that was coming from under her. His other hand was resting on her thigh, with her hand on top of his. Her other hand was resting under her cheek. Her leg was draped over his and her sweatpants were revealing quite an amount of her underwear. Not fully down and showing them, just about half.

"Kagome?" Sango said close to her face.

Kagome stirred slightly but didn't wake up. Sango knew that it wasn't going to work so she took the liberty of digging her thumbnail into her forehead. Kagome woke up then, bring up the hand that was resting on Inuyasha's to rub her now dented forehead.

"Ow, what was that for?" Kagome asked in a sleepy tone. "Can't you see that I'm sleeping?"

"You bet I can, comfortable?" She asked with a smile.

"Yeah, what are you getting at?" Kagome asked.

At that point Inuyasha finally opened his eyes and made his presence known. He was a little confused when he was staring at the back of someone's head, but then slowly as he looked to who's it belonged to he realized what had happened. But the thing that he didn't realize was that his hand was up Kagome's shirt.

"Wha?" He asked taking his hand off of Kagome's leg.

Kagome froze and finally took notice of the hand up her shirt and her leg draped over his. She took her leg off of his and then said:

"Inuyasha, mind removing your hand from under my shirt?"

He pulled his hand away quickly with a red face, and rolled off of her bed.

"Yeah, I'm going- bye." He said quickly before leaving the room.

Sango looked away from the door and looked back at Kagome.

"I didn't know you two were like that!" Sango exclaimed as she jumped down to her knees.

"What are you talking about?" She asked confused.

"You know how you and Inuyasha are going out? Well I didn't figure that you two had gotten so far, you get it?"

"WHAT!" Kagome screamed at the top of her lungs. "FOR THE LAST TIME, HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND!"

Sango laughed at her best friends sudden outburst, and laughed even harder when her face went red.

"Why are you here anyway?" Kagome asked clearly not happy.

"Oh right." She said remembering why she was there in the first place. "I came here to hang until the party tonight."

Kagome remembered the party and sighed into her pillow. `How could I forget, it's my `birthday' present from them.'

"Well I'm going to spend sometime with my best friends boyfriend while you get dressed!" Sango said getting off the ground and running off before she could yell in her face.

Sango went down to the kitchen to find Inuyasha sitting at the table tearing apart a piece of toast. He seemed to not like crusts.

"Hey there Inuyasha." Sango said with a smile.

"Go away." He said angrily, though she could tell that he was embarrassed.

"No I'm fine thanks." She sat down opposite him. "So you and my Kagome, wow."

"WE'RE NOT TOGETHER!" He cried throwing his arms in the air.

"That's what you both say, yet we all know the truth. You should just stop trying to deny it, it'll save you the trouble."

"Shut up bitch." He grumbled.

"So did you have a nice sleep?" She asked.

"Yea-wait. I know what you're trying to do. You're trying to get me to tell you that I like Kagome!" He accused her.

She smiled at him, already getting the answer that she needed.

"So you do like Kagome right? I mean you two are perfect for each other. Do you think she's pretty? Do you think she's nice? Do you like her personality? Do you think she has a nice body?" Sango said, bombarding him with questions.

He stared at her, not really feeling like telling her. `Yes I think she's beautiful, she has the most perfect body I've ever seen, she's nice and her personality is original. She's a flame that only gets hotter.'

"Well I think that she's you know…" He started. "…perfect." He whispered.

"What's that?" Sango asked leaning over the table.

"I think she's perfect." He said a little louder but still Kagome couldn't hear him.

"Huh? A little louder?"

"I think she's perfect alright? Happy?" He said loudly throwing his arms in the air.

She sat back, clearly satisfied with his answer. Nothing else could be said when Kagome walked in the kitchen fully dressed. She was wearing a pair of bright yellow board shorts and a black Talula shirt with a low neckline and no sleeves.

Her hair was tied loosely at the back draped over her shoulder, and she had on some white flip-flops. The two were staring at her, each with different reasons.

"What? Do I look bad?" She asked looking at herself, checking for flaws.

"No, you look hot. Don't you think Inuyasha?" Sango said with a smirk.

"Yeah whatever." He said looking back at his mutated toast.

Kagome passed off his awkward actions as nothing and went to get herself some cereal.

They didn't do much all day. Inuyasha helped Kagome out with her chores, and Sango watched them, asking Inuyasha questions. Then slowly the time came for the threesome to go to the party. Kagome was off with her bags of new clothing.

They got there around 7, and then Kagome and Sango left Inuyasha to sit in the TV room and watch whatever he wanted. Sango went up first, while Kagome told Inuyasha not to break anything.

"Look who decided to show up." Eri said as Kagome walked into the bedroom.

"Ha ha." Kagome said as she gave her friend a rude gesture with her finger.

"You okay there Kagome? You are acting a little bitchy today." Yuka said.

"I'm fine, I am just a little tired because someone woke me up a little early!" Kagome said glaring at Sango.

"Or maybe your just a little upset about what I interrupted!" Sango shot back.

"Nothing was going on between us!" Kagome said blushing slightly.

"What? Between who?" Eri said jumping in their conversation.

"Kagome and Inuyasha." Sango said in a matter-of-factly tone.

"What was going on?" Yuka asked.

"Well when I got in Kagome's room, there were the two of them snuggling in bed with each other."

"NO! We weren't snuggling, it's called sleeping." Kagome said.

"Anyways, but you'd be surprised at what their limbs were up to. Inuyasha's wandering hand ended up under Kagome's shirt, right by her boobs, and his other one was on her thigh. Kagome's legs were tangled with his and her hand was on top of his. And oh yeah, Kagome was pressed up right against Inuyasha's chest. Back to front." Sango said describing everything she could remember.

The three girl squealed with excitement as she said this.

"Oh my god. You guys really need to get a life. And a boyfriend." Kagome said rolling her eyes.

"That's right, cause you don't want to share yours." Eri said.

"Okay whatever! You think we're together, than think that. As for me, I'm going to take a quick rest because you guys are so ugh." Kagome said walking out the door.

She walked in the direction of the spare bedroom where she usually slept in. She looked inside the room to see that it was still the room she remembered. She flopped onto the bed and right away found a comfy position to sleep in. Then she closed her eyes and tried to get in some sleep.

He was flipping through the TV channels, not finding anything remotely interesting. He was about to pass out from boredom when he decided to invite over an old friend. He turned off the TV and walked into the kitchen looking for the phone.

When he spotted the black cordless phone, he picked it up and dialed in a number that he knew all too well.

"Hello…If you're beautiful than you've got the right man." A man said in a seductive voice.

"That's real gross man." Inuyasha said to the man.

"Shut up. So Inuyasha, haven't seen you around in a while, where've ya been?" He asked.

"You know, around. Listen there's this party tonight-" Inuyasha started.

"Ladies?"

"Oh yeah."

"Time and place."

"I dunno I think its 128 Juang Court. Its-"

"I'll find it in no time. Ladies here I come. Peace."

"See ya." He said as he hung up the phone.

His stomach rumbled in hunger, reminding him that he hadn't had dinner. He knew that it was rude to raid other people's cupboards, but he was rude. He first checked the fridge and found nothing. Then he checked the cupboards. He didn't find anything good enough until his nose caught a familiar scent. HE followed his nose until he found the source. It was shrimp flavored Ramen. He grabbed a few packages and searched for the things he'd need.

Inuyasha devoured his ramen bowl after bowl until there was a knock at the door. He put down his bowl already knowing who it would be. He walked over to the door and opened it up. There standing in front of him was…

"Miroku! Man it's good to see you again." Inuyasha said as he moved aside letting him come inside.

"Point me in the direction of the ladies and then I will also be happy to see you again." He said darting his eyes around the house from where he was standing.

"Keep it in you pants playboy…this way." Inuyasha said as he went up the stairs in the direction of the voices. Miroku followed him at a distance, examining his old friend closely.

When he knocked on the door the chattering stopped.

"You know you can come in, it's only a bed room door." Eri called.

Inuyasha opened the door to see only the three stooges in there. He was a little disappointed but remembered why he was there.

"Ladies, this is-" Inuyasha started before he was cut off.

"Does not matter my name." Miroku said walking over to Sango and taking her hand in his own. "Now what is your name beautiful maiden."

"I-I'm Sango, nice to meet you." She said slightly blushing.

"The pleasures all mine." Miroku said as he lightly kissed her hand.

"What a gentleman!" Yuka cried.

Inuyasha started laughing and every stared at him with a funny look. Still he laughed, though he ended up falling over while clutching his sides. Tears were forming in his eyes from laughing so hard, but soon someone came and kicked him in the side to actually cause him pain.

"What *laugh* was *giggle* that *gasp* for?" Inuyasha choked out.

"For waking me up, and I've always wanted to do that." Kagome said with her hands on her hips.

Then Miroku realized that this was going to be his turn to be the alpha-male.

"I'm sorry that you had to see him like this. He is, well not very well mannered." Miroku said slowly.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY MONK!" Inuyasha said as he hopped up.

"Nothing that I feel the need to repeat. Now get a hold of yourself man! Don't act like this in the presence of a woman!" Miroku said as he slowly put himself behind Sango.

"You…are…so…dead…monk…" Inuyasha said through his clenched teeth.

He was about to go after Miroku when he fell forward.

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR WENCH!" Inuyasha yelled at Kagome pulled back her hand. "WHY DID YOU HAVE TO HIT ME!"

"Because you would have wanted to hit Miroku, but would've ended up knocking Sango out. And we won't have that now will we!" Kagome said as she bent down.

She pinched his ear and started pulling him upwards.

"Oi' WENCH! THAT'S MY EAR! YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK OFF MY EAR! BITCH!" Inuyasha wailed.

"Now be a good doggy and run along. NOW!" Kagome let go of his ear, and Inuyasha jumped away from Kagome and started to rub his ear.

"EXCUSE ME! You like fucking bruised my poor little ear! AND IT HURT!" Inuyasha said from the corner.

"Like I said before. WIMP!"

"I AM NOT A WIMP!"

"YES YOU ARE"

"AM NOT"

"ARE TOO"

"AM NOT"

"ARE TOO"

"AM NOT"

"ARE NOT"

"AM TOO!"

"I rest my case."

"WHAT!?! THAT WASN'T FAIR! YOU TRICKED ME!"

"All in a days work." Kagome smiled evilly.

"Bitch." He said walking towards Kagome.

"Dick."

"Wench."

"Asswipe."

"Whore."

"Dipshit."

"Slut."

"Cock sucker."

"Pussy licker."

"Bastard."

"Skank."

Now they were nose to nose, screaming insults at each other. Miroku was impressed with his ability to get that close to a woman by simply yelling at them.

"Inuyasha, you are such a jerk!" Kagome shrieked in his face.

"So? You're point?" He spat back at her.

Kagome totally forgot about her point when she looked into his eyes. Her brain stopped working and she opened her mouth, but no words came out.

Inuyasha smirked at her in triumph when he realized how close they were and immediately pulled away, remembering that they were in front of other people. The two of them blushed before crossing their arms and turning away from one another.

Miroku, who had stopped following the fight, was on one knee with Sango's hand in his.

"Sango, will you do the honor of bearing my child?" He asked her.

"NO!" She said pulling her hand away with a red face.

He stood up and pulled on a face that made him look hurt. Sango felt sorry for him.

"I mean no thanks, don't take it personally." She said putting a hand on his shoulder.

At that moment she felt a hand grope her backside. She looked at Miroku who had a smile on his face, and then she took the liberty of punching him in the jaw. He fell to the ground loudly which made everyone look.

"Forget it, take it personally." She said kicking him in the side again.
