Chapter 1

Day 1 of school

(The stories A/U but the characters have the same demonic aura. Miko's too.)

The first day of school. Kagome, Inuyasha, Sango, and Miroku were now seniors in high school. They had all known each other since junior year. Inuyasha and Kagome had been going out for at least a year now, same with Sango and Miroku.

Everything was great. They spent the whole summer together. Now it was time for school. Hopefully this year would be better than last year. Kagome was popular among the bad boys and a couple of good guys. Her innocence attracted them all.

Kouga and Naraku were the most persistent bad boys. They knew she was with Inuyasha. They didn't care in their eyes she was theirs. She ignored them as best as she could. Naraku gave her the creeps. Kouga was way to cocky.

Inuyasha was the only guy for her. He had his flaws. He was very possessive and had a short temper. The only thing she had a real problem with him was his always trying to go all the way with her.

They all walked into the building together. As usual they all had the same classes together. They walked to first period. Half the teachers around let them do what they wanted.

Kagome looked around to see who else was in the class. She turned around quickly. Kouga and Naraku were both in this class too. Not good. She hoped Inuyasha could make it through the day without fighting.

`Great not her too.' Kagome thought. There was Kikyo walking through the door. She had liked Inuyasha and had always hit on him. She was such a slut. Rumor was that she slept with ever guy she ever met.

Sango gave Kagome a worried look. The bell hadn't even rang yet and all hell was about to break loose. Kouga and Naraku were heading towards Kagome. She turned around ignoring them.

"Hey Kagome you look great." Kouga said.

"You get more and more beautiful each year." Naraku said.

"Why don't you guys back the fuck off my girlfriend?" Inuyasha growled.

"Inuyasha please don't start a fight." Kagome said. She gave him the puppy dog look. He hated when she did that. He always gave in.

"Fine." He said. Luckily the bell rang. Everyone sat in their seats and waited for the teacher to begin class.

It was finally lunchtime. The day was going by so slow. They couldn't wait for school to get out so they could go home. They all walked outside to eat. It was warm. They all sat where they usually did, in the front of the school on the grass next to a large tree.

"So what do you guys want to do today after school?" Sango asked.

"How about you come to my house Sango?" Miroku said and put a hand on her butt. He got slapped. Miroku couldn't keep his hands off Sango. He was like Inuyasha, always trying to go all the way with her.

"How about we go to my house and watch a movie or something? My mom and Ji-chan will be gone and Souta is going to a friends house." Kagome said.

"Sounds great. What time should we come over?" Sango asked.

"Well my training session will be over at four so about four thirty or five." Kagome said.

"I thought you were done training with Kaede-baba?" Inuyasha said.

Kagome elbowed him. "How many times do I have to tell you to stop calling her that? She just wants to see how much I remembered and if I got any stronger."

"Keh." Inuyasha said. He couldn't argue with Kagome going to train. It would keep her safe from youkai like Kouga and Naraku. She had progressed a lot. "I'll come over at three." He liked watching her train. Her clothes were skin tight and he liked it.

"Are you sure? You might get bored watching me train." She said. She knew why he watched she wasn't stupid.

"If I get bored then I'll take a nap." He said.

"Miroku how about you are you coming?" Kagome asked him.

"If Sango will be there then so will I." He said. Kagome nodded. They finished their lunches and went back to class. They were all hoping the day would end soon.

"I thought school would never end." Kagome said getting out of her seat.

"You're telling me. I can't believe we have the same classes as Kouga, Naraku, and Kikyo." Sango said. "Talk about bad luck."

"I know. Come on I need to get home soon. Kaede will be waiting for me if I don't hurry up. I'm not looking forward to the punishment." Kagome said.

"Ok let's go." Sango said. "Come on Miroku. I need to get home to wait for Kohaku." Sango's younger brother Kohaku was in middle school. It was her responsibility to make sure he got home after school unless he had something planned.

"Hai, hai, I'm coming." He said. He insisted that he pick Sango up from school and drop her off. She had her own car but he would annoy the hell out of her unless she got in the car with him.

The same went for Kagome. She rode with Inuyasha to and from school. He was overprotective. Her miko powers attracted dangerous youkai. Not to mention creepy ones like Kouga and Naraku.

"Hurry up Inuyasha or I'm going to walk home." Kagome said.

"No you won't." he said. They walked to his car. They both got in and headed for Kagome's house. She lived at a shrine owned by her family. He stopped the car in front of her steps.

"I'll pick up some movies and come right back." Inuyasha said. "Anything in particular you want me to look for?"

"No you know what I like." She said. She was about to get out of the car when he grabbed her arm. He kissed her. He licked her lips for entrance. Kagome opened her mouth to let him in. She broke the kiss and smiled.

"I got to go now." She said. She tried to get out but was once again grabbed by Inuyasha.

"You think I'm going to let you go now? I want a better kiss then I'll let you go." He kissed her once again. This time the kiss was more demanding. He tilted her head to deepen the kiss.

Kagome pulled away when his hands started to wander past her waist. She slapped his hands away and got out of the car. "Nice try." She said and walked up the steps.

"Damn." Inuyasha said and drove off to the video store.

By the time Inuyasha got back Kagome was already in the backyard training. She was wearing her usual outfit. A white sports bra and red shorts. They were a lot more attractive than the priestess outfit she wore when she helped out around the shrine.

He sat down on the steps and watched as she did her stretching. Her movements mesmerized him. `We should go dancing again soon.' He thought. He loved the way her body grinded against his when they danced.

He had been so into watching her train he hadn't realized when it ended. Kagome stood in front of him waving her hand. "Hello Inuyasha are you there?" She asked.

"Huh yeah I'm here." He said.

"I was saying to stay here and talk with Kaede until her ride gets here. I'm going to take a quick shower k?" She saw him nod and walked away. He watched as she made her way into the house.

Like he said he waited at the steps of the shrine for Kaede's ride to get there. It finally arrived. Right behind her car was Miroku and Sango.

"Hey Inuyasha." Miroku said.

"Hey. Where's Kagome?" Sango asked.

"She's in the house taking a shower." He said. Sango ran into the house.

"Inuyasha you didn't?" Miroku said.

"No I didn't she trained. She shot me down again." He said.

"Same here with Sango." Miroku said. "Let's go join the girls in the house then." Inuyasha nodded. They both walked up the steps and into Kagome's house. They sat down on the couch waiting for Kagome and Sango to come downstairs so they could start the movie.

After about five minutes of waiting and arguing about what movie to watch the girls came downstairs. Kagome wore a blue spaghetti strap sundress. It was one of Inuyasha's favorites on Kagome.

"So which movie are we watching?" Kagome asked. They argued for about ten minutes. The girls won and put in what the guys called a `chick flick'. Inuyasha was mad because he had rented movies for nothing. The movie was Kagome's.

Kagome popped the movie in and went into the kitchen to get some snacks. She set the snacks on the table and turned off the lights. She sat next to Inuyasha on the couch while Sango and Miroku sat on the floor to watch the movie.
