Sayuri sat with a stunned expression on her face. Her expressive eyes were quickly filled with doubt, joy, determination,
and strongest of all, love. She then begin to laugh and cry at the same time.
Kagome moved to her sister's side. She couldn't help it. She began to cry.
Sayuri felt her sister's tears. Calming herself, she raised Kagome's face. Drying the younger girl's face, she asked,"Why
do you weep? Pup or child, the little one is a blessing."
Inu taisho was startled. He asked, "Are you not angry? Are you really okay with having his pups?"
"Inuyasha is not their father. Their father is his true form. True form will be thrilled," answered Sayuri. "I am content
to have his pups."
Sesshomaru said, "I want to hear that story."
Sayuri looked at him and asked, "Why?"
"My brother is a hanyou. How can this potion give him a separate, true form? What is his name? How good is he at fighting?
There are many things this Sesshomaru would know."
"It is a long story," said Sayuri. She looked from one face to another. She asked, "Will it be possible for you all to
eat in here? If not, this can wait until morning."

This proclamation was met with silence.

Sesshomaru said, "It can wait. This room is too small. We will let you rest. Tomorrow though . . ."
"Understood, lord brother."


Later that night, Taisho went to check on Sayuri and found her lying in the bed, just staring up at the ceiling. He said
her name and then watched her turn to face him. He smiled gently at her, noting she drew the covers up without being
fearful. Standing at the bed's side, he asked, "Would you like to see the moon? It is full this night. I can carry you to
the garden."
Sayuri looked at Greta who nodded before answering, "I would like that. Thank you."
Nodding, Taisho lifted the young ningen onna and carried her to a spot in the garden. From there, he knew the moon could
be seen the best. First, he knelt and laid her in the grass. Then he sat and situated her in his lap. He was immediately
aware of how much he wanted to be a father for her. Looking up into the sky, he wondered what was on her mind.
