When Kagome woke up the next morning, the first thing she noticed was that she was naked. And the second being that she was up really early because the sun had yet to come out.

 

`Better early than late,' she thought and got out of her bed.

 

She blushed as she remembered what happened last night, and then remembered that she had to thank Inuyasha for cleaning the house. Since she was up so early, she decided that the best way to thank him would be to make him a big breakfast. So she put on her house coat and walked quietly to the bathroom so she wouldn't wake him. She washed her face a brushed her teeth as silently as she could and then went back to her room to get dressed.

Today she decided to wear a dressy black skirt that came down a few inches above her knee and a tight white shirt with long sleeves and a classic neck cut. She would put on her shoes last, but first went into the kitchen and put an apron on so she wouldn't mess up her outfit.

 

Inuyasha woke up so he could go to work and noticed how good it smelled in the air. He walked into the kitchen and saw the innocent little girl who turned into an erotic angel, cooking breakfast. She heard him walk in and turned around to greet him with a big smile.

 

“Good morning Inuyasha. Thank you for cleaning up yesterday, I was so grateful that I decided to make you that real breakfast you wanted.”

 

“Oh, uh good. I'm going to go get dressed.” He turned around and walked back to his room.

 

Inuyasha found it hard to look at her. How could he ever look at her the same after what he saw? Now whenever she entered his gaze he would immediately think about last night. The sound of her moaning was like a permanent recording playing in his head. He could remember every detail, the way she rocked against her fingers as they plunged in and out of her wet heat, the way she squeezed her perfectly round breast. It had taken a lot to calm himself down last night after witnessing that. “Yeah, Sango and I are doing the magazine ads and the billboard posters.”

Inuyasha felt like he could slap himself for thinking that.

 

“So where were you yesterday?” She asked drinking her juice.

 

“I went out with Kikyou.” Inuyasha was stuffing his food down an attempt to stop thinking about his roommate in the nude.

 

“Did you have a good time?”

 

“Not really,” he said chewing

 

“You never seem to have a good time with her.” Kagome couldn't help it; she was dying to know why he stayed with that girl.

 

“I'm thinking about breaking up with her.”

 

“Oh, well don't be too harsh about it. Women are sensitive about that kind of stuff.” And she really didn't want to deal with some angry woman coming to the apartment ready to kill.

 

“I'll let her down easy.” And then he just couldn't resist.

 

“How was your evening without me?” He asked looking right at her.

 

“It was very relaxing,” she answered, tapping down her blush.

 

“Well that's good for you. I hope you enjoyed yourself,” he said smiling.

 

“I did. Sorry your evening wasn't as nice,” she said trying to change the subject.

“Well it was bad at first but coming home made it better.” He was still smiling, and he just loved the way she squirmed.

 

Kagome looked at him and smiled, hoping he was done with the matter of last night.

 

“I have to get going,” he said, standing up. “Make sure you do a good job on those ads.”

 

He walked to the door and grabbed his jacket off the coat rack and turned back to look at her.

 

“By the way what was that smell coming from your room last night? It smelled really good.”

 

“Oh, it must have been my candles or my lotion,” she said, looking down at her food.

 

“No, it smelled huskier, like this deep natural scent. Well whatever it was, I like it.” He just walked out of the door grinning to himself.

 

Kagome was left in the kitchen blushing as red as her skin would allow.

She was so happy to be at work on time. She and Sango got right to work putting together the billboard poster they had designed yesterday. But Kagome couldn't get Inuyasha's words out of her head, he liked her scent. He couldn't possibly have known what she did to create it so he didn't know what he was complimenting.

 

“Hey Kagome,” Kouga had stuck his head inside their door and was now smirking widely at her.

 

“Oh, hi Kouga,” she said.

 

“So for our date I was thinking we could go to this new club that's opening.”

 

“Oh, well that would be fine I guess,” She said.

 

“Good. I'll see you then, beautiful.” He winked at her and walked out of the room back down the hall.

 

“Excuse me?” Sango said looking at her.

 

“What?” Kagome asked.

 

“I thought we decided that you weren't going on anymore dates with him?”

 

“I just made last time sound worse than it was,” Kagome said

 

 

“You said he kept trying to kiss you after you told him no.”

 

“I'm sure he's learned his lesson, Sango.”

 

“Okay fine, but just be safe.”

 

“I'll be okay Sango. I'll call you if I need you.”

Inuyasha was on his lunch hour and he had called Kikyou to meet him at a little café style restaurant. He didn't want to hurt her but he had to break up with her.

 

“Inuyasha, dear,” she said coming over and kissing him on the cheek.

 

“Kikyou how are you?” He asked. The worse thing would be to break up with a girl who was already in a bad mood.

 

“I'm fine,” she said looking over the menu.

 

“Kikyou, I asked you here because I have something to tell you.” She looked up at him.

 

“I know we've only been together for two months but we have nothing in common.”

 

“Yes I know. You enjoy common pleasures while I would rather have the finer things. And not too mention that you can't even dressed properly when going to a classy restaurant. And to be perfectly frank Inuyasha I can't be with someone who lives with another woman. You just don't have what I'm looking for. So it pains to me say that we must end this relationship before it goes any further,” she concluded.

 

“Huh?” He asked looking dumbfounded.

 

“You've been a wonderful experience Inuyasha, good-bye.” And she got up and left.

 

Inuyasha was left there looking at her now empty seat with a stunned expression on his face.

 

`Did she just dump me?'
