Chapter 4: Pretty good story so far. It's pretty clear what direction this will be going in. I'm just curious about two things: 1) Exactly how old are the characters (Inuyasha and Kagome; if you abiding by the manga rules, we/I can figure out everyone else's ages by the two of them)? and 2) Is this an 'everyone's human and living in a Americanized "Modern Tokyo"' AU fic? Though Kagome's family seems pretty religious, it's also obvious they don't live in, you know, Tokyo Tokyo. Some of the statements can be interpreted differently. Not to mention a lot of authors have a strange habit of having Koga call Inuyasha by his censored nickname in the anime - "dog boy" or "dog breath". Just wondering...

You know, we have the same tastes in books. I can't believe you read the Percy Jackson series. I haven't met anyone else who's every heard of it. And I live in San Antonio which is were Rick Riordan lives. (I've met him, he's actually pretty cool in person.) Anways, I've enjoyed the story, which you would finsih it off though.

Question: How does anyone know why Sango was out of the office? Kagome was the only one who knew and she wouldn't talk about something so personal. Sango'd been home the entire time and while she probably had to discuss the issue wit her boss, it's against most company policies (and common decency) for their boss to openly discuss possible medical issues with employees equal to or lower than him. Plus, I thought he liked the girls? *confused* Poor Inuyasha. Being that nervous, they probably should have taken the train to the doctor. ...Why don't they take the train? They live in Tokyo. Hmm... Ayame is acting grown. Good. For a filler character, or maybe because of it, I don't think she gets enough credit/good press.

It's getting better (though the conversation between Inuyasha and Kagome just seemed... wrong). Miscommunication much? And they still haven't talked. *shakes head* Oh yeah... women don't usually get pregnant that close to their periods. Not to mention that even if she had, it's possible to get your period for up to three months into your pregnancy (so they wouldn't be able to tell that way - not I think her period would be regular with how stressed Kagome has been making herself). BUT NyQuil, as well as any other liquid medicine, ceases to work if you drink any liquids within a half hour of taking them. So there's no worry of any adverse effects even IF Kagome's pregnant. And they (well, Sango since I'm sure this Kagome would be horrified at the possibility of someone seeing her buying a pregnancy test; especially with the reporters around) really should have bought a few pregnancy tests (always more than one) since they are/were so worried. But whatever. *shrugs*

This story is interesting. The relationship between Kagome and Inuyasha seems strange though. It's progressing rather quickly, considering your obvious conservative views on relationships in general. Your personal views also seem to be leaking into the story (and by 'leaking', I mean they're extremely prevalent. (i.e. the mention of Kagome and Sango attending a college in modern times where 1) safe-sex practices are neither practiced nor, apparently known and 2) women drop out of college after getting pregnant. That only 'has to' happen in high school)). Kagome's own condemnation of herself is, while possible, seem highly unlikely since she hadn't hesitated at all before and/or during the act. Makes her seem little bi-polar. ._.;;;;; Not to mention they didn't even think to use condoms. Blah... But I'm rambling. *rereads* Hope that doesn't sound bad... Other the the obvious lack of research/knowledge on the topic at hand, this is a pretty good story.

This is a really nice story.. but i would like to point out that if she had unprotected sex a few days before her period the chances of her being pregnant is really low. Most women are only fertile 14 days after the period has started, and it only lasts for 24 hours.

Oh yeah. I found out Breaking Dawn was coming out, today.. I nearly screamed at the bookstore..But I settled for jumping arouns and dancing.. in return.. I got MANY weird looks.,. lol.. but it was worth it! I cant waiittt!!!!

Well your talent at writing shows through again. You put enough bait on the hook to keep us sniffing around. Really is a good filler chapter with just enough tidbits to keep us waiting to see what's next. As for not having updated in a while no matter how long the wait it's always worth it to read one of your stories. Hope life settles down a bit for you to let you write more soon though. :)
