Chapter 8: Please understand
Kagome could feel the wind slash her face as she ran. After everything that happened she was ready. All she had to figure out was where was Inuyasha?
~Flashback~
Omi gently released her from there. They truth needed to come out. Inuyasha needed to know everything and after he did everything would be fine. He gently whipped away the tears that were in her eyes and gently nugged her in the opposite direction.
"Go and find him" he whispered.
"Thank you, Omi"
She quickly turned around and started running towards the village. When she was at the edge of the clearing she could of swore she heard Omi whisper something.
"I will always wait for you Kagome. Just don't take forever"
He was so trusting her and he even would break their promise to one another.
~End of Flashback~
Kagome ran in to Kaeda's hut and didn't see Inuyasha. She ignored all her friends questions and ran right out. Next she checked the whole village. And after hut after hut and asking many of the villagers she realized there was only one true place he could be. The God Tree(also know as the Goshinbiku. I think that's how you spell it.)
As she was running towards Inuyasha's favorite hiding spot she could just imagine it now. Running into Inuyasha and spilling out all the secrets she had kept well for the last hundreds of years. And him hugging her and telling her it would be alright and that he understood.
She stopped dead in her tracks.
"Please no" she grabbed her head in her hands and could feel the anger within her rising. The power was begging to be let out. Kagome couldn't and she wouldn't and she wouldn't let it out. All those years with Omi had taught her how to keep her power in check. But this hurt so much. It was the push she needed but didn't want.
Inuyasha in the clearing with..........Kikyo.
