Prolouge
DISCLAIMER:I do not own Inuyasha,or any of the characters(unfourtunetly),but I do,of course,own this story.
This is my first fanfic,so please be nice,and try not to flame.

"SIT!!!!"yelled Kagome at the top of her lungs.
A loud thump could be heard from miles around.
"What?What did I do?"screamed Inuyasha.
"You hit Shippo!"
"So what?He deserved it,he's been asking for it,making you buy him stuff and all."
"No I didn't!"yelled a little Shippo.
"It's okay Shippo,I know your innocent."said a now calm Kagome.
"Feh"said Inuyasha as he turned around.
Miroku and Sango watched in horror as the fight was happening,though now,it was a common sight.There was always something that they were fighting about.
"Glad we're more peaceful"said Miroku,inching his hand towards Sango's butt.
Inuyasha and Kagome's fight was inturrupted by a loud slap,they all looked at Miroku,who had a red hand shaped mark on his face.
"Don't speak so soon"replied Sango.
This too was a common fight between Sango and Miroku,though you couldn't blame Sango.It must've been tough dating a peverted monk.
The group had been traveling for a few days now,but they always sleeped in a good hut thanks to Miroku's "I sense an evil presence" act.It had been a couple of days since they had found a shikon shard,and heard rumours of one in a little town a few days away from the village.The demon they had to fight to get it was pretty tough,but it wasn't a problem for Inuyasha of course.Now they were back at the village,and Kagome was eager to get back to her school work.
"Can I go now?I have a test coming up and I need to study."Pleaded Kagome.Unfourtunetly,Inuyasha didn't give her any mercy.
"How many times do I have to tell you,NO!"replied Inuyasha in a rude tone.
"Pllleeeeaaaasssee?"Kagome said with puppy dog eyes.
Inuyasha could never resist those eyes,so he nodded his head in agreement,and Kagome smiled and gave him a hug.Inuyasha wasn't expecting this,so he nearly fell back.It was pretty rare for Kagome to hug him,ever since she caught him with Kikyou a few months ago.He hated to admit it,but he enjoyed it.
"Thank you thank you thank you!"Kagome said excitedly.
When she released her grip,she could've sworn she saw Inuyasha's cheeks turn a rosey pink colour.'No,couldn't be,he loves Kikyou,he doesn't care about me that way'and hated herself for almost getting her hopes up.
After a few goodbyes,she hopped in the well,and was gone,back to her time
