Hiya.. back yet again.. blah blah blah.. ya know.. and I hardly got any reviews.. well fine then.. I am still goin to do my stories :P lol... loves to those who DID review... This might be the last chapter I put up for this P.O.S..... or if not then this one and then one more to round it off....

Recap:
" Yes, young Miko, I am keeping something from you. Its not important. Just an old legend, prophecy even. It is about a young woman both blessed and cursed by the Gods. She has both an equal amount of good and evil in her. They cursed her with dark demon abilities, but also blessed her with angelic healing abilities. When she did an evil deed that was far beyond imaginable, she traded her soul for that of a young miko priestess because she was tired of having the ablilities, and so doing so the Gods got mad at her for condamning an innocent soul to that of torture. The Gods cursed her that every woman in her line would be cursed to live as the balancer of good and evil. The 'Blessed Curse'. I personally think she was a genious. If only she hadn't gotten caught." Naraku said wistfully.

" That is Horrible." Kagome said.

" Yes, I know. The girl got caught in a brillant plan."

" No! That is the part the is horrible. She did that to someone."

" Well, everyone makes their own choices. Just like I am sure you will have to do so, soon, very soon indeed."



Chapter Four: Speech

" What exactly is that supposed to mean?" she asked staring at the evil man before her.

" It means, my dear Miko. That you are the decendant of that cursed woman. You my dear are the one that will have a major choice on your hands, shortly." he smirked at her.

" What if I do not choose at all?"

" Why, my dear, that has never been done."

Kagome sat there in silence staring off into space, so she didn't notice Kagura slipping something into her drink. Naraku nodded to her and then woke Kagome from her trance. Telling her to drink up and eat, Kagome not really paying attention just nodded and drank deeply from her ' poisioned ' cup. Before Kagome could get to her food, the cup slid out of her hands, crashing to the floor, but before she fell completely to the floor Naraku caught her, just in time may I add. Naraku glared at Kagura before picking up Kagome and carrying her bridal style to his room, but before he left the dinning area he turned to Kagura and said....

" If I find out that you had put too much of ' that ' crap into her drink, you will pay for that... and by that I mean slow and painful."

Kagura narrowed her eyes at her ' master ' before bowing and leaving the area. She knew that she had put the right amount in her drink. Kagome was a strong Miko, therefore she had to use more then the usual amount. Kagome had all the powers of Midoriko and Kikyou put together, she will have to choose soon. And by soon she meant as soon as the little girl woke from her drug induced sleep. Which will be in a couple of hours.

Naraku walked into his room, walking over to his bed, he layed Kagome down and brought his hand to her forehead. No fever, that was good, so maybe Kagura hadn't put too much in. Who knows with that caniving witch.

' I wonder which side she will choose. Her ancesters have choosen both good and evil and either side they choose the curse was still brought down on them. Maybe she will be the one to break it, maybe not. The legend finishes saying that the one to break the curse will have ultimate power, passing that power to her mate and children, but until she is forced to choose I will have fun and watch her ' friends ' and see what they think about her ' missing '.

With Miroku, Sango, Shippou and Kaede.

" Where are they? Inuyasha should have been back with Kagome a long time ago. ( by the way.... this is shortly after Kagome killed Inuyasha and fled with Naraku.)

" I do not know, Sango, my dear. No worries though. I shall go check everything out." Miroku said and stood.

" No, thats ok. Houshi-sama. I will go look for Kagome with Kirara. Inuyasha could have done something stupid again."

Miroku nodded and seated himself once more. Kaede and him were talking when a short time after Sango left there was an Earth shattering scream. Miroku stood and looked to Kaede, told her that he would be back and ran out of the hut as fast as his human legs could carry him ( and if you notice in the anime he runs almost as fast as Inu lol). When he got to the spot, he stood in shock. Before him layed the dead bodies of Kikyou and Inuyasha.

By the looks of Inuyasha it was bad. And soon after Shippou came bounding in asking about his momma. He stood still, tears in his eyes. He looked to Miroku, then Sango. Both crying, he sniffled and stoped.

" Kagome, Kagome was here." he inhaled deeper. He followed the scent and it lead him to where Naraku had shown up. " Naraku was here, and they... they left together... she went with him.. willingly.. she was sad...." His eyes opened wide and he burst into tears.

" What is it Shippou, what is it that is wrong?" Miroku asked.

" She did it, she killed them both...."

They all stood there for what seemed like hours before going back to the bodies and burying them. They needed to know the whole story before they came to conclusions.. but did Kagome betray them?

With Naraku

" Kagura!"

" Yes, Master Naraku. What is your wish of me?"

" Go to the Miko's friends and explain everything to them, tell them what happened and why Kagome is not there.... do this without harming them and then report back to me... by the time you come back, she shoud be awake."

" Yes, Master Naraku." she said bowing, narrowing her eyes at him.

She turned and left, leaving the castle walls, she pulled her feather from her hair and flew off into the direction of the once whole Inuyasha group. She thought about the task at hand and wondered why Naraku would go through so much trouble for an ordinary human Miko.... albiet one with power.... maybe thats what he was after....

' Soon. ' Naraku thought as he watched Kagura fly away.

' Why am I so willing to do this for Kagome? Why do I feel the need to make her happy?' he contemplated.

Unbeknownst to him, the Miko was stiring and the outcome would be one to remember. She turned over and tried going back to sleep, but something was nagging at her, something wouldn't let her. What was it, and why wouldn't it let her sleep?

' What is going on? I don't remember being here.......' she looked around and spotted Naraku. Her eyes widened and she looked down and sighed when she saw she was still clothed.

Naraku heard the sigh and turned with wide eyes. Blood red eyes, met beautiful brown orbs. He stood and walked over to her, telling her that she shouldn't be awake yet, and that she would spoil the plans he had set for her...... She looked at him with shocked and scared eyes, she did something that just came natural. She ran.... but why did she????

' The look in his eyes, he was going to rape me or sex me or touch me... or something.......' she thought running down the halls.

Naraku unfortunately caught her, you know how it goes with a good chase. The bad guy always catches his prey. He tackled her from behind and rolled her over. Pinning her hands above her hand and gazing down at the beauty beneathe him, he couldn't help but inhale the perfect, pure, untainted soul that was Kagome. Her scent alone held enough power to seduce and relax him at the same time........

" Get off of me Naraku. I want to get away from you. I want to talk to my friends and get this off of my chest."

" Oh, but my dear you can't do that. You can't leave, first you must make a choice, and that my dear is Good vs. Evil.... choose Kagome... which one?"

She couldn't take the pressure any longer, she raised her hand to his face ( he let her because of the look in her eyes.). She stroked his cheek tenderly. He was so suprised at the gesture he didn't catch her in time to stop her from doing what she did to get away... oh yes.. she did get away....... but to explain how.... she slowly traced his cheek and all of a sudden jammed her finger into his eye.

When he caught up to her, holding his eye, she kicked him in the balls as hard as she could and then kicked him again to make sure, she had time to get away. She ran and ran and ran through the forest and break neck speeds.

With Kagura, and the gang.

" What do you want witch? Inuyasha is dead." Sango roared.

" Yes, Demon Slayer. I know he is dead, and I know what happened... as a matter of fact I have been sent to explain to you the things that have happened in the last couple of hours." She sat and waited for them to do the same before explaining slowly everything.

An hour or so passed when the tale was finally done. They sat in silence pondering what was told to them, Kagura wondering if they believed her. She was about to tell them that she was going to leave when something happened... something burst through the hut door. All eyes turned to see what or who it was....

" Mommy!! You came back. I am so sorry! I love you mommy, don't ever leave me again please..... I am so scared without you here."

" I am sorry baby, but I can't help it. You guys don't hate me do you?" she asked looking around her.

Of course they knew something no one else did.... so they slowly shook their head no and that was that. Kagome was happy again, well almost. She felt guilty and remorse over what she had done. Sango seeing her little sister's face and knowing what was wrong, skooted close to her and put an arm around her. Kagome just completely broke down and cried... and cried until she passed out from exhaustion.

Kagura held respect for the human Miko. She had fought the potion and won, but she would still have to choose soon. The potion she had given her, would summon the Gods and they would force her to choose if need be. They would be here soon and so would Naraku. So she decided to stay for awhile to see what would happen. They sat around idly chatting, of course keeping an eye on Kagura.

She had explained that part of the plan to them as well. They looked to their friend with sad eyes. There is a large chance she could die later this day, for it was already early morning. Kagura perked up and said that Naraku was near. Proving that the Gods would be there soon, they took that time to watch over their loved Kagome.

" Naraku is here, he is outside, waiting for ' his ' miko's choice." saidk Kanna who had somehow walked in un-noticed to anyone.

They all nodded and walked outside. Kagome still asleep inside the hut. Naraku demanded that she come outside for her decision and everyone told him that she was to sleep until the Gods woke her for that time. Naraku didn't like the idea of that and was about to go in and get her himself when there was a loud boom and crash, there stood a jury of Gods and Goddesses. Two of each to be exact.

" Bring her out." Goddess number one said.

" No need, I am here."

" You know why we are here, correct?" spoke up God number two.

" Yes, I know why, sir."

" What is it you choose?"

" Before I choose I would like to say a few things if it is alright with you?"

" Go on." said Goddess two and God one, at the same time.

" First and foremost I have to say, I am sorry for what I did to Inuyasha and Kikyou. I do regret it but there is nothing I can do to change that, so I live up to what I have done and take full responsiblity for my actions. Second, I have to say that no matter what I choose I will always love my friends. Miroku, even though you have wondering hands, you were like a brother to me. Sango, you have been there for me always, you are my big sister. I love you both, and Shippou, I love you so much, I see you as my own, I will always love you. Now I am ready to make my choice......"

" And what do you choose my daughter?"

" I choose..................."
