Chapter 2
Sesshoumaru quircked an eyebrow, “When I'd heard from InuYasha you'd been teaching here, I wanted to pull Rin out.” Kikio sighed and grabbed Rin's stuff. She led Rin over to her father and sighed,
“Rin, go on, I'll see you Friday.” Rin nodded and took Sesshoumaru's hand,
“Come on otou-san.” Kikio smiled slightly and then set her jaw and stared at Sesshoumaru,
“Mr. Takahashi, I am going to ask you to leave this room so I may prepare for my next class. I will see you at seven.” InuYasha walked in the room, he set his bag down,
“Hey Ki.” Kikio smiled and waved to InuYasha,
“Yo Inu. Listen Sesshoumaru, I'm happy without you around, so get the hell outta my class room, now!” Sesshoumaru growled and left the room. Kikio went and sat in the corner. InuYasha looked over to her,
“Ki, you ok?” Kikio nodded. InuYasha put his long silver hair into a pony tail and sat next to Kikio, “What happened in high school, when you and Sesshoumaru stopped talking? You guys would always be with each other. Even though he was a grade higher than us.” Kikio sighed,
“After he started dating Kaugra, he decided he was too good to talk to a lowly junior and he cut all ties with me. He even had the nerve to say that I had made him do it. I just-oh never mind…” InuYasha nodded,
“Right. Well… I dunno I'm gonna talk to Sesshoumaru, when I get home.” Kikio shrugged,
“Whatever. So hows Kag, Miro, and Sango doing.” InuYasha smiled,
“Well Roku and San-chan won't be here tonight for class cos they're on a date tonight. Kagome's gotta baby-sit Souta for her mom and grandpa.” Kikio nodded and watched as some of the kids in her next class came in. She sighed and stretched a bit and did not notice that InuYasha was watching her intently. She looked up and finally noticed him,
“What?” InuYasha shook his head,
“I don't know how Sesshoumaru could ever stop talking to you.” Kikio shrugged,
“Well he is the king of ice and monotone.” InuYasha nodded and chuckled slightly,
“Too true, too true.” The rest of her class arrived. Kikio nodded to InuYasha and he took role. She smiled as she watched him. She walked up front.
“Alright. We're just going to review the basics, and then I'll give you a list of songs and I'll play them so we can decide what song we want for recital. It'll be here in six weeks. By the way, we got wonderful reviews on our last performance. Kenji and Mina, great job on your solo and Les Mes routine. Wonderful.” The said pair smiled and bowed to their teacher. She smiled back at them, “Ok. InuYasha will run you through warm ups.” She went and withdrew to the back and watched as InuYasha took her class through the warm ups and had them do a small basic routine that all of them knew. She smiled.
She streched a bit and waited for her older, college aged, class to come in. She sat on the floor and did some intense stretching. Sesshoumaru was the first to walk in. Kikio nodded to him, “Mr. Takahashi, I'm surprised to see you here, you do realize that you have a half and hour until your class?” Sesshoumaru nodded and placed his bag down by the closet,
“I do, Miss. Himura. I came early to discuss this private tutoring.” Kikio nodded,
“Alright. How about Saturdays. I will call you and give you directions to my house, Friday or Thrusday night.” Sesshoumaru looked at the young woman strangly,
“Your house, isn't it innapropriate?” Kikio shook her head,
“No, I'm not a real teacher, so having a student at my home is not a crime, nor would it be if I was considering the fact that I'm tutoring you.” InuYasha walked into the room and grabbed his bag, he waved to Kikio,
“Sorry you're stuck here with Mr. Icicle himself.” Kikio giggled slightly and Sesshoumaru smiled slightly but quickly wipped it off of his face. InuYasha hugged Kikio and walked out of the classroom. Sesshoumaru smirked,
“You and InuYasha, hmm?” Kikio made a face,
“Ewww, he's dating Kagome. I'm just good friends with him.” Sesshoumaru's smirk fell, dissapointed that he no longer had something to make fun of InuYasha with,
“Damn. When will the rest of the class arrive, I want to get outta here.” Kikio sighed,
“In a half and hour, Mr. Takahashi, meanwhile you should change out of your business attire and begin stretching, I will assist you if you need help.” Sesshoumaru looked at the bag,
“I don't have to wear tights, do I?” Kikio shook her head. Sesshoumaru nodded, “Good, and I don't think I will need your assistance with changing, thank you.” Kikio sighed,
“Not that. Stretching, if you don't stretch the right muscles, your down and out. If you will, a business partner cutting ties with you.” Sesshoumaru nodded and went to the changing rooms. Kikio sighed and looked out the window, “Mrs. and Mr. Takahashi must you deliberatly put your oldest son in my class? Is this to torture me?” Kikio groaned and flopped onto the hard floor staring at the ceiling.
InuYasha got to his apartment and found Kagome sitting on the couch. He smiled, “Done?” Kagome nodded,
“Yeah, your mother called wanted to know how it went at the dance studio.” She studied him, he still in his balle attire, “You know, you look really sexy in tights.” InuYasha's ears perked,
“Really?” Kagome giggled,
“If you wanna think so, go ahead.” InuYasha shook his head and went into his room.
“Wanna go clubbing tonight?” he yelled from the bedroom. Kagome shrugged,
“Dunno, who all be goin'?” InuYasha walked out of the room in a pair of boxers and he pulled a tee-shirt over his head,
“I could call Kikio and Sango and Miro probably won't mind.” Kagome smiled,
“YOu aren't going like that are you?” InuYasha shrugged and floped on the couch turning on the TV,
“Dunno…I might get changed…might not.” He smirked to himself, “Oi, wench, make me some ramen.” Kagome sighed,
“Fine, Inu-chan. Quit calling me that.” She wacked him with a pillow and began heading into the kitchen. InuYasha blocked the pillow,
“Ouch, dammit, I think you broke one of my claws.” Kagome giggled,
“Poor, Inu-chan.” InuYasha growled to himself,
“Wench no baka.” Kagome giggled even more,
“Arigatou to oyasumi.” She bowed and went back to going to the kitchen.
Kikio went into the office and grabbed her bag and looked at the pile of papers from her desk. She growled as she shoved them into her bag. Tsubaki looked up, “Girl, you need a man.” Kikio smiled sweetly at her,
“And why, my dear Tsubaki, would I need a man when I have my brother and my goldfish?” Tsubaki sighed,
“You just do…you're such a work-a-holic.” Kikio sighed and sat at her desk,
“It's my way of dealing with it.” Tsubaki nodded and turned off her computer putting on her coat and grabbing her purse,
“We should get together some time. Well, I've got a double date, with Naraku and Kikyo.” Kikio looked up,
“Who you going with?” Tsubaki giggled and blushed,
“I'm still with Onigumo Muso.” Kikio giggled too,
“Muso? Oooh. You go girl.” Tsubaki smiled,
“And soon I will be Mrs. Onigumo Muso.” Kikio spotted the ring on her left hand(A/N: it is the left, right?), she jumped up,
“Ohhh. When did he propose?” Tsubaki smiled,
“The other night. Ooh, it was so romantic, he even made dinner, at my apartment. The lights were all low and candles were everywhere…even in the bathroom.” Kikio smirked,
“Is he good?” Tsubaki grinned wildly,
“Good? Good, my dear, is an understatement.” The pair giggled.
Sesshoumaru put his bag in the back of his car and watched as Kikio giggled with the secretary, “Women…” he got into his car and drove to an apartment. He got out and trudged up the stairs. He stopped at a door and knocked, “Kanna, it's me.” The door opened revealing the woman from Kikio's office,
“Hello, Sesshoumaru. I'll just get Rin.”
Kikio walked to the door infront of the last flight of stairs and saw someone come out of Kanna's apartment. She looked over and saw,
“Sesshoumaru-san?” Sesshoumaru looked up from closing the door. He nodded curtly,
“Himura-dono.” She rolled her eyes at the formality. Kikio put her key in the door. Sesshoumaru looked at her as she procided to open the door. Shouldering her bag, she turned around,
“Come in for a while?” Sesshoumaru looked at Rin and she nodded,
“Sure.” Kikio opened the door and walked up the flight of steps and opened another door, leading into a large room. She set her bags on the couch,
“Well, this is it. Since you now know where I live, I won't be giving you directions. If your memory fails you and you forget that I live on the top floor, just ask Kanna. Tea?” Sesshoumaru shook his head,
“No thanks, gotta get home.” Kikio nodded and walked the pair to the door,
“See you later.” Rin waved,
“Ja ne, Kikio sensei.” Kikio smiled and waved back,
“Ja ne, Rin.” Kikio closed the door behind her and sighed, “This is going to be the student from hell…” she went and laid on the couch and turned on the TV. She was just about to make some dinner when the phone rang, “Moshi moshi?”
“Hey Kikio.”
“Hey Inu. What's up?”
“Nothin much, wanna go clubbin' with me, Kag, Miro, and Sango?” She looked at the clock, eight thirty,
“Sure, it's not like I dun havta go to work in the morning.” InuYasha laughed from the other side of the phone,
“How about me and Kag come pick you up, we'll meet you at nine.” Kikio nodded to the phone,
“I'll be ready. Ja.”
“Ja.” Kikio hung up the phone and walked into her room to change.
