Sesshoumaru was dancing with Rin. And he had serious face. So she thought that he was doing it to bug her. She'll do the same. But much worse. “So Sesshoumaru why did you pick me for the dance?” she asked. Sesshoumaru look at Rin. For some reason Sesshoumaru felt that he was in for trouble. But Sesshoumaru laughs it off. “Because Rin you're more fun to pick on.” He told her. She gave him an angry look. “What is that suppose to mean lord Sesshoumaru.” He look at her once again. She angry. He knew that because she called lord. “Rin I d-.” she look at him. “Please respect me Lord Sesshoumaru I did not give the right OR permission to call me Rin.” She told in a cold tone.

 

He was surprised. “Lady Rin I did not mean any offence to you but forgive me. Just to let you know if you can't stand the heat then don't start it.” She was in shock no one and I mean one dare to talk like that to her. “You sir are such um ma ass!” she walk a way. Sesshoumaru felt that someone was staring at his back. He was right. His father. He walks over his mother side. Moving to the other couple. “Lady Sango you look pretty to night.” She looks at him. Sango keep her eye on him… and his hands.

 

“My lord please shows some respect you have met me today.” Sango gave him the look. “Aw the sweet look of your face. Thank you. May I ask of you a question?” Sango look and thought maybe one question wont be too much to answer. “Yes you may my lord.” He smiles at her and grab her hand together. “My dear sweet Sango will you bear my heir to my kingdom?” there was a slap heard in the ball room. Tashio just shook his head in way that was no. `Can't that boy shut his mouth?' Tashio thought to him self.

 

Inuyasha was waiting for his answer of this dance. “My dear, prince Inuyasha asks you of a dance?” she heard her mother. She looks at him. “If my sister won't take the dance then I will.” Her sister told them. “Yes my lord I accept your dance.” She told Inuyasha. He took his dancing partner to the dancing floor. “Lord Inuyasha why did you ask of me to dance again.” She asked him. “Well Kagome that for me to know and for you to find out later.” He told her.

 

He smiles to himself. `She not easy to control I like that. Finally I meet girl who stand up for herself but she need to learn who in charge here and I plan to teach her. The other sister Kikyo is cover with sex scent but why didn't father say something. Memo to self asks why.' He looks down at her. He smiles at her. She blushes. `Why I'm blushing for? Oh on it can't be that I like this jerk. He rude and cocky and you can see that he is bad boy. He perfect for Kikyo huh no they don't look good together.' Kagome thought to herself.

 

He smells her and he knew whatever she was thinking it getting her upset. He whispers to her. “Ome why are you getting mad for?” Kagome looks at Inuyasha. “How did you know?” he smile at her again. “Did you forget the ears?” She looks at them. They move. “How cute is that.” She giggled. He like her giggle.

 

“Lady Kagome I don't mean it in a bad way or don't think I say this mushy stuff to girls. But you have a very cute giggle.” She blushes even more. “Please my lord you are making me blush.” Kagome told Inuyasha. “Is that a bad thing?” Inuyasha asked. She nodded her head no. They were enjoying the dance.

 

Kagome look over where her parents are and Sango as well as Rin sat next together since she was still dancing with Inuyasha. Kikyo was mad that Kagome got to dance with him. Kikyo was walking around the dance floor where she saw Kagura. “Did you see the boys?” Kikyo asked. “Yes the oldest one what a god he is.” She rolled her eyes.

 

“And?'' Kagura look at Kikyo if she was crazy. “They are demons they can hurt you.” Kikyo told her. Kagura turn to roll her eyes. “Then you never slept with a demon it your loss.” And with that she walks always. Kikyo walk over to Inuyasha and Kagome. “Lord Inuyasha you have dance with Kagome. I think it would be fair if I get a turn?” they both look at her. Kagome was in shock that she was upset that Kikyo ask Inuyasha to dance. Inuyasha smell that something was wrong with Kagome and Kikyo was lying about something. `Well I guess the only thing is to do is……

 

“I'm sorry lady Kikyo but right now I'm dancing with your sister Kagome. As soon I can, I will give you the dance that you ask for.” Inuyasha told Kikyo. She smiles at him and turns around and gave Kagome an evil look to her. Kagome just gave Kikyo the look I won so deal with it. Inuyasha kept dancing with Kagome. “Well I guess you have some body else to dance with you.” She told him. She didn't know why know why she felt awful just because Kikyo wanted to dance with Inuyasha. He looks at her and knew that something was wrong with her because she smells like angry and sadness.

 

“Thank you lord Inuyasha I will let you dance with Kikyo and have a good night.” She let go and was about to walk always but he grab her in time. He was surprise that she was about to cry. “Lady Kagome please stay?” she smiles at him and walk over to her sister and her cousins were standing. “What's wrong Kagome?” Rin ask her. “Nothing let's get something to eat. I'm hungry.” She told them. Rin and Sango nodded and walk over to the table.

 

Rin was telling Kagome and Sango what happen to her and Sesshoumaru. “Rin you like him.” Kagome told her. “WHAT you mean Sesshoumaru that cold hearted ass?” Sango nodded as saying yes. “No Sango.” She was turning red just think about it. “If you don't like him then why are you blushing?” Rin look at her cousin. “Please why would, I blush over him?” Rin was telling them. Kagome look over at the dance floor. “So you wouldn't care if he dances with another girl?” Kagome ask Rin. Rin look at her sister. “Nope I would wish the girl luck with such jerk like him.” Sango knew what Kagome was doing. “Oh, Rin then you should walkover to Kagura and wish her good luck then.” Sango told her. “And why would I do that for?” she ask them.

 

“Well because… you know what, why don't you turn around and see for yourself.” Rin didn't understand what Sango saying so she decides to turn around. And that's where she saw Sesshoumaru and Kagura dancing. “Oh well I guess his kingdom gotta be a joke if he picks a slut over….” She stopped. Kagome and Sango look at each. “Over what Rin?” Sango asked. Rin look like she was caught. “Oh nothing.” Rin told them. That when they knew that Rin like him.

 

“Look there grapes.” Kagome told girls. Sango was getting some cherry when she heard a line that she heard before. She walks over to see if she right or not. “Well I guess my lord you tell that to everyone.” Sango told Miroku. “You're masterly.” The girl bow to her. Sango knew her. “Your dismisses, leave us.” Sango told Yura. Yura didn't like it but she left. “Oh my sweet Sango don't be jealous.” Miroku told her. Sango laughed off. But she didn't knew that her cousin were behind her. “Huh Sango you can talk the talk but you can't walk the walk huh.” Rin told her. Sango smile but Miroku was confused.

 

Kagome laughing but when she saw her sister Kikyo and Inuyasha dancing. She felt a heart ache. `Why I'm feeling like I met him today what going on?' Kagome thought to herself. “So lord Inuyasha why don't we walk around the gardens?” Kikyo asked Inuyasha. He knew what she wanted. “No lady Kikyo I promise your sister Kagome another dance.” He told her. She was angry when she heard that. And he refuses her. But she loves the challenge. The song end. So Kikyo thank him and went to look for Kagome before Inuyasha. “oh Kagome what's wrong?' Rin asked her.

 

“Nothing.” She told her. Kikyo found her sister. Walk over to them. “Oh, Kagome Inuyasha is something.” Kikyo told her sister. “What do you mean?” Kagome looks at Kikyo. “I mean Inuyasha ask me to walk around the gardens alone but I said no well you know father. She smile and left Kagome alone. And her work is done.

 

Kagome was heartbroken but she didn't know why and don't want to know why. She walks over to her parents. Finally she got good news for the day the party was over. The people are ready to say good bye. Rin went to Sango and Kagome. “Girls it time to go to sleep.” The girls bow. “Yes, father.” The girls were ready to leave. “Oh, girls tomorrow you will show the boys around town.”

 

The girls were mad that their father (uncle too) that they are the ones to show them around. “Oh before I forget. Girl's giving them a map doesn't count as for showing them the town or on the top of the view. Do you understand?” they heard the TONE that meant he was not playing around. “Yes daddy.” They walk over the rooms. But the girls didn't know that the boy's room was right across form them. And since two of them are demons they could hear everything. “I can't believe that we have to show those jerks around town.” Rin told the girls.

 

“Oh Rin come down. Maybe it won't be that bad.” Sango told her. They both look at her. Kagome laughed. “Oh Sango I see you both have a thing for the boys of the west.” Sango turn red and Rin look like if they caught doing something naughty. “And what you didn't like Inuyasha?” Rin told her. Kagome turn around. “Of course not he likes Kikyo you heard her.” Sango was study Kagome and knew that she was lying to them. “And why in the hell that stud muffin want an old bitch like Kikyo.” Rin told them.

 

Kagome and Sango were looking at Rin. That when they saw Kikyo walking in the room. Rin look at them. “And she right behind me isn't she?” they nodded. “Excuse me who are you calling an old bitch?” she asks Rin. Rin turn around and told her. “Well why in bloody hell Inuyasha would want an old hag when he can have a younger and prettier girl like Kagome.” She was walking toward her and getting ready to slap her. That's when they heard. “Don't you dare hit my daughter Kikyo!” their mother told her. Kikyo was piss. “Never mother I would hit my baby sister.” She gave a fake smile.

 

“Good Kikyo. It would be a shame to tell your father that he had raised a commoner. Oh and more thing Kikyo I want to talk to you in private.” Maiko told Kikyo. She rolled her eyes. “Yes mother.” She said. “Girls get ready to go to bed I'll be back in few minutes.” The girls nodded. Kikyo and Maiko walk to the room of Kikyo much was further then her parents and sisters and the world. Maiko waits for the door to be open. “Leave us and shut the door.

 

And make sure no one hears or you too. It will cost your life.” Maiko told the servant. The servant bows down. “Yes my lady.” She walks out close the door. “Look Kikyo if you want to hit something then you hit what you own.” Kikyo had enough. “Maiko!-” Maiko slap her. “Respect me you ungrateful girl I took you in and let you be a princess even though your not my child.” She told Kikyo. Kikyo was on the floor. Holding her cheek. The hit was strong enough to put her on the floor. Her dress didn't help out.

 

“You're lucky that I didn't have the heart to throw you out. But your making me regret it. But still couldn't because you look like my sweet girls Kagome and Rin. Be warn I will tell your father that you almost hit your sister and you will be lock in the room all day tomorrow. And the night.” Kikyo look at her. “You can't then that mean I won't be able to go into town.” Maiko smile. “Well then it was a good thing that you mess up. Huh Kikyo well darling good night and hope you have a sweet dreams.” Kikyo screamed…………

 

Tashio and Izayoi walk over to their room. Their servant helps them out to put their night gowns. Tashio sent out his servant but Izayoi didn't. She had them undo her hair and comb it out for her. Her hair was shining black hair. That what Tashio loved of her. He was looking at her. Remembering seeing her in the ball before they were married… “Darling what wrong?” she asked him.

 

“Nothing I was just remembering how we met.” She smiles at him. She climbs in bed. She sends out her servants. She lay down in bed in her husband arms. “Darling do you remember the day you ask my father if I can marry you?” he chuckled “yes I do and he accept.” He told her. “I remember Sesshoumaru hiding in his secret room. When he found out that you remarry.” He looks at his wife. “He avoid me but he knew that I can read and understand his secret language.” Tashio laughed. “Yes I know the face he made when he said something.” She smiles. “Yes he called the lord of cats an moron if front of him. Think that he can get always with it.”

 

He looks at his wife. “Yea since you two be came good friends” she smile but she was the one who raised him and taught him more then some common demon. They both remember Inuyasha the day he was born. And the two of them bring hell and fun times in the castle. Even more when Miroku came to live in with them. “Did you see Inuyasha dance with Kagome tonight?” he looked at his wife and knew what she was thinking about. “It's too early to tell.” he told her. She looks at him. “What do you mean by that?” she asked him. “I know that face. And if you thinking telling Maiko that Inuyasha should pick or putting them together.” She looked at him again. “What are you talking about?” she told him. Knowing what he was talking. “Inuyasha and Kagome.” She knew what was coming next. “Let them joining together by themselves.” He told her. She kisses him and turns around to go to sleep but he knew better. That why he talked to Kano about their wives might want to pick the couples then everything will be lost. Then the girls will have a fit.
