Well it all started when I was just turning about sixteen, we were in constant war with our enemies the demons, they were out to enslave us humans for their own personal gain. I have been living with my sister Kikyo and her husband Hojo Takahawi since I turned about five, my parents were slaughtered mercilessly by demon's I absolutely hated them with all that I had in me. I have been living at the castle ever since, I hep my sister with chores around the house and in my spare time I take lessons with the local village girl Sango to learn how to fight, I want to learn how to kill a demon, I am not some wimpy weak woman. My name is Kagome Higurashi, I am tired of living in fear of the demon's especially the dog demon's for they are the like who has murdered my parents and my younger brother, they are cold cruel and calculating assholes, and If I ever face one I shall stab him with my dagger, or pierce his heart with my bow and arrows. Kikyo is calling me I must go now, I will have to write more later. With that I closed my journal to go see what my sister wanted, she was in the main room putting rushes on the floor and putting a vase of flowers on the table, I could smell the delicious bread baking in the oven and the soup that was cooking on the stove, I put on one of my white aprons and began to stir the wonderful concotion, Kikyo was making her famous chicken noodle soup with fresh barley from the gardens and it smelt heavenly.

Oi Miroku, where the hell is that paper, we need to get going the Takahawi Castle is atleast a days ride ahead of us, quit your lechering ways and leave that poor girl alone, she is not interested in bearing your damn children, how many times will you keep asking that, when she has repeatedly turned you down flat, Keh your such a pervert it's hard to imagine you being a priest your mind always in the gutter and all. The head night Sir Inuyasha of the dog demon knights was currently staring at a piece of paper with a scowl on his face, he was dressed in silver armor with a emblem of a dog with a huge white fang on it, sitting on top of his horse impatiently waiting for the rest of his clan to get ready and assembled on their horses. His other fellow knights were his trusted best friend Miroku who was a lecherous priest, Koga a wolf demon who joined their tribe after his was slaughtered by some humans, Bankotsu, Sesshomaru and Naraku. Sesshomaru was Inuyasha's older brother and they often fought and didn't get along all to well, but Sesshomaru didn't mind following Inuyasha he was often worried about getting dirty during battle and especially messing up his gorgeous hair, so he usually was the brains of the outfit, as the rest were the muscles, Inuyasha had some other lackeys but there names werent worth mentioning. Okay men tonight we ride and tommorow we will overtake that damn castle once we have comandeered it, than we will set up there and use it to our advantage, we will take anyone who wants to join us but kill those who oppose us as for women, you can have whoever you want, just dont let the wenches get in my way or they will be dead got it. Okay time to go, we have a long days ride ahead of us and I dont want to hear any complaining out of anyone either, or I will personally cut off your balls and shove them down your damn throats. Miroku sighed thats Inuyasha always the hard ass, trying to strike fear in his mens hearts, Miroku knew better and Sesshomaru followed rolling his eyes, he wasn't afraid of the hanyou. Naraku didn't know why he followed a half-breed but decided to bide his time untill the right time came to strike, with a smirk on his face he set his horse into a canter and followed them.

It was nightfall in the castle, Kagome couldn't sleep she put on her dressing robe over her pink silk nightgown and turning on a lamp went to go downstairs to the kitchen to have a glass of warm milk to her her sleep better, when she could of sworn she heard voices, so she decided to go back upstairs. Inuyasha just got a whiff of something akin to lavender, but he shrugged it off remembering that they had work to do. Kagome was back in her room when she heard a loud banging sound coming from downstairs, she hurriedly donned some black pants and a white top, and grabbed her dagger and put it in her black boots, ready to fight whoever it was that was trying to invade the house. She walked down the stairs and spotted several men whom she immediattely discovered were demons, just than Inuyasha looked up and saw a woman dressed in mens clothes above the stairs and he immediattely smelled lavender again. Discovering Kagome had been spotted she ran without thinking and stabbed who it looks like the leader in the knee, he gave her an angry smirk and using his claws ripped the tiny dagger out of his leg, melting it with some poison from his claws. Kagome was suddenly afraid, as she realized that this demon was no match for her after all and she ran away from them and into the courtyard, where she hid in the apple orchards staying in the shadows.

A very pissed off Inuyasha who was bleeding slightly on his right knee ran immediattely after the wench, Bitch you will pay dearly for that, although you are a brave girl you are still very stupid to do that to me, I am Inuyasha the leader of the dog demon knights and for that grave error in judgement with cost you greatly, I know you can't stay in that damned tree forever, but I will not waste my time waiting either. If you value your people's lives especially your sisters, you will stop acting like a damned child and get out of the tree, I might spare some lives if you are willing to cooperate with us. Kagome couldn't believe the nerve of him, she was watching silently from the tree as she heard screams and sounds of breaking bones, half of the village was on fire, she watched as Kikyo was dragged outside and violently raped by several men and than left to lay naked outside, where her terrified shrill screams were silenced by a man who slit her throat he had black eyes, like the devil himself, Naraku stop messing with the damn woman, she is dead now and help me we need to find the lord of the castle and kill him, Kagome could take no more as she watched Hojo get his throat slit by the same man and he lay crumpled in a pile next to her dead sister. Kagome could bear no more and broke down in hysterical tears as she watched helplessly as more people from the village were being asked to join the group or die, soon there was several bodies laying on the ground in a pile, it smelled of death and blood. Finally after having his blood thirst quenched Inuyasha went inside forgetting about the wench in the tree. As the new lord of the castle was drinking himself to oblivion and the other men the same partying on about their vitory at the castle, Kagome got down from the tree and her and Sango buried her sister and brother in law and the rest of the villagers, marking their graves, Kagome wept in Sango's arms she was violently shaking.

it was well into early morning, and still dark outside when Kagome crept silently into the hall, several men were asleep on the floor passed out there was beer mugs all over the place. She silently walked to her old room and grabbing out her suit case began to pack her bags, she had almost finished packing, but what she didnt' realize is there was a amber set of eyes watching her as she moved around the tiny room. She finished packing her bags and turned around to leave and not paying any attention she bumped into the guy from earlier with wide horrified eyes she just stared at him hoping he would go away. Than she did the one thing she didn't want to do in that moment she fainted dead away, and her eyes went black, as darkness consumed her.
