Kagome had been having several nightmares the past couple of days in where Kikyo comes to her as a bloody talking corpse telling her that she should not marry a murderer, no matter how much she loved him, he was still a cold blooded killer and than when Kagome went to answer the dead Kikyo she always woke up, with that nagging feeling like should I really marry him, is he a different person now or am I just kidding myself.

Meanwhile Inuyasha was dealing with some problems of his own, like he hadn’t heard back from Naraku yet, and he knew that if he didn’t get in touch with him soon, he would come looking for Inuyasha and Kagome would find out the real reason why Inuyasha came to the castle and that he was supposed to kill everyone in it, but he didn’t feel right about killing her or Sango, that Koga and Bankotsu went blood crazy and went on a killing spree without his permission to, he didn’t want his future wife to know that he was hired to exterminate everyone there so his Lord Naraku could take over.

Naraku is on his way to the castle, he has several men with him, he is a demon in disguise, he has the power to become human at anytime, he was wary since he hadn’t heard from that mutt, he knew better than to send that idiot to do what he should have done a long time ago. He only hoped that his long time infatuation Kikyo would be happy to see him as he was eager to see her, he had left specific instructions to kill everyone but not Kikyo she was to remain alive. He wasn’t aware that Inuyasha had killed Kikyo since her and Kagome look alike, as they were twins.

Kagome woke up from her nap, and left to go find Sango, they had things to go over before the wedding in just two days time, and she was nervous, kept feeling like something bad was going to happen to stop her happiness. Sango had seemed really quiet lately, so sensing that she wasn’t in a mood to talk Kagome, just continued on talking about this and that, Sango would nod her head every now and than but other than that she had this dejected look upon her face. Miroku was also not around, he was usually hanging all over Sango and this was not a usual thing to occur, and since he was nowhere to be found Kagome sought out Inuyasha to ask him about his wherabouts, he just mentioned that Miroku rode off to meet with someone and he would be back in time for the ceremony, than he left with a worried expression on his usually handsome face. Kagome felt like something huge was looming over their heads and her happiness could be ruined at any moment. Her dreams had been telling her that she didn’t know the truth and the Kikyo apparition was in her dreams every night, since she had confessed her feelings to Inuyasha. Kagome needed to know what was going on she felt like everyone was keeping something from her and it was driving her crazy, she was going to find out one way or the other before the wedding with that made up she went out to find Sango.

“What’s bothering you my friend, usually your so happy lately especially when Miroku is around, is there anything bothering you, you can tell me I am your friend after all.”

“It’s just well umm you see I am pregnant and the baby it’s Miroku’s but when I told him that I carried his child, he ran out of the room with a terror stricken look on his face, he told Inuyasha that he needed to leave for awhile, but would be back in time for the wedding, also I am in love with him.”

Than Sango broke down in tears as Kagome held her in her arms rubbing her back in a comforting way. After Sango had finally stopped crying, she left to go take a nap, since she was tired and needed to take care of herself and the baby. Kagome went to find Inuyasha and demand to know where Miroku was, she overheard him talking to Sesshomaru about some guy named Naraku. “Naraku is at the next castle over, Miroku is meeting with him as we speak, He was told not to tell him about the fact that Kikyo is dead or that Kagome is still alive, we must have her pretend that she is Kikyo until we can get rid of him, you will have to post-pone the wedding.”

Not sure of what she heard Kagome ran out of the room and down the hallways and stairs before anyone could hear her, she saddled a horse and set out to find this Naraku guy and Miroku and find out the darn truth once and for all.
