Don't Leave Me

The pain was slowly tearing her apart. But no. She wouldn't worry the others. Even if the pain killed her, she would never make the others worry about her well being. She wanted the pain to end. But no. The others would be devastated, and she couldn't do that to them. She didn't care about herself, only the others. If it killed her on the inside to stay here for the others, then she would not reject. She felt helpless. Trapped. She could never get away from the pain. It would always follow her and would never leave. She would shed no tears for herself, but only for the others.

Sango, the girl she considered her big sister and best friend. She could understand the pain she felt. Sango had lost her entire family.

Miroku, her older brother-or so she considered. He always cared for others and tried always to be on the bright side even though the fates were so cruel to him.

Shippo, her surrogate son. He needed her. She protected him. She'd never let him feel the pain of losing her. Never.

Inuyasha, the man she loved. She would stay with him forever, even if he chose another. She couldn't bear the added pain if she never saw him again.

But why? What's the point? They will get over me. I just want this pain to end. It would be so easy to end the pain. She slipped halfway into the darkness. No! They need you. If you leave, you will fail them all. But the pain! What do I have to live for? He killed Grandfather, Mother, and Sota. If I leave I will be with them again.

But what about the others that need you? You are Sango's only living family. You are her sister. Do you want to cause her yet another loss? And who will Shippo turn to?

No. They have each other. What's one more loss on top of all the others? They don't need me. No, you being selfish. Now stop it and get up.

She jerked awake, sweating and breathing hard. Pitch black.

She had made up her mind.

A/N: hey! Thanks for reading this crazy fic. Sorry if it's confusing! I promise to clear a few things up in the next chappie I think…..well, its all written down, but my stupid drama homework took me like 1 hour and 40 minutes, so this will be a 3-4 chapter story.
