Chapter 1: Kidnapped

Little 8 year old Kagome was waiting for her Dad to pick her up from school. 'What is taking him so long?' Kagome asked herself getting worried. She thought about walking home because she had been waiting for 15 minuets and her Dad was usually on time. But she decided to wait since her parent's did like her walking because someone might take her.

So Kagome waited. And waited. And waited. FINALLY! After another 15 minuets of waiting. She saw her dad's Black SUV. The car parked in front of her and Kagome opened the door and got in. She clasped the seat belt.

"Daddy, why did were you late?" Kagome asked. The man didn't answer. He just laughed.

"Daddy why are you laughing?" Kagome asked confused.

"Don't you get it little girl? I'm not your precious 'daddy'," the man said in a menacing voice.

"Then who are you?" Kagome asked getting scared.

"You'll see soon you brat," the man answered.

"I WANT TO GO HOME! TAKE ME HOME!" Kagome screamed.

"SHUTUP!"

"NO! I WANT TO GO HOME!"

"I SAID NO!"

"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!" Kagome started screaming. She unbuckled her seat belt and started banging on the doors and windows.

"SHUTUP GIRL! Your never going to see your family again. Never,"

"I hate you," Kagome said. And she started crying.

Kagome was crying non-stop in the car. She then realised that the car stopped. She tried to look outside but before she could the door opened. She didn't get to see the man's face because they put a black bag over her head. Kagome tried to scream for help. But that didn't work.

"I told you girl. You can't go home, so there's no point of kicking or screaming," the man told her taking her down from the car.

"I hate you," Kagome said again. She felt herself being carried up a flight of stairs. Later, she felt like she had just hit some kind of floor. Someone took off the black bag off her. She looked around, she was in a room. A very pretty room. The room was baby pink with little black Sakura blossoms surrounding big white Sakura blossoms.

She heard a click, she looked to where it came from. And she realised that she didn't have the chance to see her kidnapper. 'Fudge'. She ran to the door and tried opening it. It didn't work. She banged on the door, screaming "LET ME OUT!".

She kept banging for what seemed like hours. She went to sit on the large queen sized bed figuring out that what she did just a few minuets ago was fruitless. 'Mom, Dad, Souta, Grandpa…' I'd never get to see them again. And a new set of fresh tears started rolling down Kagome's face.

'I hope I'm not late.' Aye thought to himself. He checked the time, 3:15. Good, still enough time to pick up Kagome. ##RING!## 'Shit.' He cursed, his cell phone started ringing non-stop. He started going through his brief case not keeping an eye on the road. (A/N: very, very, bad of you Aye!) He then heard a huge BANG! And the air-bag (A/N:I think that's what it's called) popped up in his face.

"Oh fuck!" Aye cursed. 'How the hell am I going to pick up Kagome now?' Aye mentally cursed himself again. He had to wait for the police to arrive for him to get out of the car. He explained the situation, and he told the owner of the car that he would pay for the damages. The owner was a woman, and when she figured out that he was Aye Higurashi owner of Shikon Corp. She got all excited! Turns out she buys the makeup that the company makes. So he also had to promise her that he would give her a free supply of makeup. The woman seemed pleased with herself.

Aye called the school to tell them to tell his daughter that he would be late on picking her up. The secretary said that she would deliver the message to Kagome personally. After about five minuets, he got a phone call again, but the news her received on the other end wasn't something he expected.

"Hello?" Aye said answering his phone.

"-Hello Mr. Higurashi?-"

"Yes this is Mr. Higurashi, who is speaking?"

"-This is Ms. Kinomoto (A/N: Can you guess where I got that from? *rolls eyes*) from Our Lady Of the Rosary. I'm calling about Kagome,-"

"Oh hi Ms. Kinomoto, what about my daughter?" Aye asked getting worried.

"-I was just wondering if you or a relative picked up your daughter because when I went out to deliver the message you told me to give, your daughter wasn't there,-"

"What do you mean she wasn't there? I told you that I would be late in picking her up!"

"-Well, I went outside and she wasn't--oh dear!-"

"ARE YOU SAYING THAT YOU LOST MY DAUGHTER????" Aye screamed into his cell phone.

"I'm sorry Mr. Higurashi, but I will call for the police at once," the secretary said and she hung up.

Aye hung up as well. He looked at his cell phone. 'Shit, she can't be gone.' Aye was outraged. He started screaming out curses that the police officers had to calm him down.

"Calm down Mr. Higurashi" one officer said.

"CALM DOWN? YOU WANT ME TO FUCKEN CALM DOWN WHEN MY DAUGHTER IS FUCKEN MISSING?!?!?! AND YOU WANT ME TO FUCKEN CALM DOWN?!?!?!" Aye cursed outraged that stupid police officers had the nerve to tell him to shutup while his daughter was gone and probably kidnapped.

"Missing Mr. Higurashi?" the officer asked again.

"YES MISSING!!! ARE YOU DEAF OR SOMETHING?! DO YOU NEED HEARING AIDS? SHOULD I GET THEM FOR YOU?!?!?!?" Aye said dissing the police officer on purpose.

"No, Mr. Higurashi. My hearing is perfectly fine. I'll round up some officers to go to your daughters school and start a search for her," the officer said.

"SOMEONE GET MORE OFFICERS! SEND THEM TO OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY! THERE IS A MISSING CHILD OUT THERE!" the officer screamed. (A/N:OH AND THESE STUPID OFFICERS REACT NOW!)

Aye came home with a look of pure anger, sadness, and hatred. How was he going to his wife? How was he going to tell her that their little girl was gone? She was never going to forgive him. He had lost their little girl.

"Hey honey! Where's Kagome?" Maya said hugging her husband and giving him a peck on the cheek. She was looking around for her daughter.

"Honey. Did Kagome have a play-date that I didn't know about?" Maya asked curiously.

"Maya dear, I need to tell you something. And it's best if you sit down," Aye said.

"NO! Aye! Tell me what's going on? What happened to Kagome?" Maya asked anxiously.

"Did something happen to my grand-daughter?" Kai said coming into the foyer. Aye sighed. 'I guess I should just tell them now.'

"Kagome's been kidnapped," Aye said looking at his father-in-law and wife.

"What?" Maya asked. Not wanting to believe what her husband told her. "Aye tell me that it's not true."

"It's true."

"NO! YOUR LYING!" Maya screamed and started pounding on her husband's chest. Her father had to pull her away from him.

"Aye, this is no time to joke around. Please tell us that your joking," Kai said.

"I'm not joking. I got into a car accident today. And I called the secretary to tell Kagome that I would be late to pick her up. The secretary couldn't deliver the message to her because she was gone. When the police officers got there, they clarified that she had indeed gotten kidnapped," aye said tears spilling out of his eyes.

"NO! MY LITTLE GIRL! MY LITTLE GIRL CAN'T BE GONE!" Maya screamed breaking down on the floor.

"Papa? What is momma cry?" 3 year old Souta asked. Aye opened his arms for his son. And starting crying when his son reached his arms.

"Hey. Hey wake up," Inuyasha said poking Kagome slightly.

"Huh? Who are you?" Kagome asked looking into golden orbs as she opened her arms.
