"Birthday? OH SHIT It was my birthday!" Kagome exclaimed looking in shock.

"Blow out the candles Kag." Rin smiled. Kagome shook her head and blew the candles out. They all clapped and went back to partying. Kagome shook her head looking confused.

"How does a person forget their birthday?" Kagome asked out loud.

"Because their boyfriend is acting like a fucking ass whole. You were so stressed no wonder why you forgot." Sango said looking mad.

"Yeah but my Mom didn't say anything." Kagome looked slightly hurt that her mother forgot.

"Actually because I called her and told you, you probably forgot and not to say anything so we could surprise you." Rin winked at her. Kagome smiled.

"Aww thanks guys. You all are the best."

"Sorry for hanging up on you like that." Sango hugged her smiling.

"Well anyway I came here to dance. Have fun Kag." Rin winked as she and Sesshoumaru left the table. Miroku just grabbed Sango's hand and pulled out the booth dragging her to the dance floor.

"See aren't you glad I brought you here?" Inuyasha smiled looking at her. Kagome nodded her head smiling and kissed his cheek.

"Yeah, thanks."

"Come on let's dance."

"Well I don't know." Kagome blushed. Inuyasha shook his head and pulled her out the booth leading her to the dance floor. The DJ was blasting reggae music at the moment.

Inuyasha put his hands on her hips and kissed the back of her neck.

"Just follow my hip movement." He whispered in her ear. Kagome absently nodded blushing as he moved his hips against hers. She followed his movements and quickly caught on. Before he knew what he was doing he was running his hands over her body and the weird thing was she wasn't rejecting him or yelling at him. It seemed as if she was actually enjoying it. He placed his hands on her thighs grinding his hips into hers. Kagome was amazed that someone could move the way he did and she had to admit it was driving her crazy in the best ever. She then turned to face him he slipped his knee between her legs making her closer to him. He rubbed her back and placed his hands on her butt, she wrapped her arms around his neck. They stared each other in the eyes not daring to turn away. Kagome saw the lust and want in his eyes as he saw the same thing. They began kissing each other occasionally taking a breath.

Miroku who was dancing with Sango saw this and looked confused. He placed his hands on Sango's stomach and whispered in her ear.

"Question."

"What?" Sango asked as she continued to grind against him.

"If you are dating someone and this other person is dating someone and you two kiss is that still consider cheating?" He asked. Sango rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"Shut up Miroku." She laughed. He laughed with her and continued dancing.

After three hours of dancing they all sat back at the table with drinks in their hands.

"Ooh Rin what's that you got?" Sango asked.

"Long Island Ice Tea." Rin asked.

"Ooh I want a sip." Sango smiled. Rin handed Sango her glass as Sango took a sip. She then held it out to Kagome. "Come on Kag try it."

"Nah that's ok." Kagome shook her head.

"Ah come on Kag stop being a wuss." Rin smiled. Kagome looked up and saw them all staring at her even people she didn't know were looking at her. Feeling extremely under pressure she took the glass from Sango and took a small sip.

"Good."

"Did you even take a sip?" Miroku asked her. "That was tiny it wasn't even a sip it was nip." He laughed.

"Come on Kagome." Sango said. Kagome sighed and took a big sip swallowing it. She gasped and burped covering her mouth blushing. She handed Rin back the glass. Inuyasha put his arm around her.

"You are too good for your own good."

"Well I don't know how much good I'm gonna stay if I keep hanging out with you all." She cut her eye at them causing them all to laugh.

"Shit!" Inuyasha moved his arm around Kagome and turned his back towards the dance floor facing Kagome. Sesshoumaru looked towards the dance floor.

"Ah shit." He did the same thing which caused Rin, Sango, Miroku and Kagome too look. They all covered their faces hoping to be unnoticed.

"Well, well, well lookie here." Kikyo said walking up to the table with her friends. She was wearing skin tight leather pants, a matching top that looked like a bra and black leather boots.

"Oh HELL NO!!! I know you did not just bring that bitch over here to this table." Rin said pointing to Kagura who just rolled her eyes. Sesshoumaru held Rin back to calm her down a little.

"And if I did. She's with me." Kikyo snapped. Inuyasha stood up looking at Kikyo.

"What are you doing here?" Inuyasha asked her. Kikyo crossed her arms.

"I'm here to have with my friends. Since my boyfriend doesn't want to be with me."

"I was out celebrating Kagome's birthday. She's our friend." Inuyasha said. Kikyo shot Kagome a dirty look and looked back Inuyasha.

"OH I knew it!! You want her don't you?!!! You was planning on laying her tonight while I was home by myself lonely!! You son of bitch!!" Kikyo yelled and pushed him but it didn't effect him. "She's a FUCKING FRESHMEN!!! She's Kouga's slut."

"Excuse me!" Kagome yelled standing up.

"Uh-oh." Rin said instigating.

"Oh don't try to hide it. Kouga is going around saying how you're his little slut. How you satisfy all his needs and all his fantasies. Let me tell you something Inuyasha is my man and I won't have no other woman being his slut BUT ME!!" Kikyo yelled Sango and Rin looked at each other and burst out laughing.

"So if I ever call you a slut don't ever yell at me because you just called yourself a slut." Rin laughed out.

"STUPID!!!!" Sango added. Kagome looked down trying not to laughing. Sesshoumaru put his head down so he wouldn't laugh too loudly. Miroku was just cracking up with Sango and Rin. Inuyasha cleared his throat repeatedly so he wouldn't laugh.

"You tried to make a fool outta me didn't you?!!" Kikyo yelled at Kagome who just held her hands up.

"I didn't say anything you was doing all the talking BIG MOUTH!" Kagome emphasized that last part.

"OOOOOOH." Rin, Sango and Miroku shouted egging on the fit. Sesshoumaru looked the other way since he couldn't hold in his laugh anymore. Inuyasha put his head down praying to Kami they stop so he wouldn't laugh. Kagome chuckled a bit and cleared her throat to stop laughing.

"You just think you're funny Higurashi. You're messing with the wrong person. Don't mess with fire you just might get burned." Kikyo said looking at Kagome.

"And don't mess with Higurashi you just might get jumped." Rin said standing up. Kikyo held her hand up in Rin's direction.

"I wasn't talking to you so just sit back and relax little girl." Kikyo snapped. Inuyasha backed up quickly standing out the way. Sesshoumaru slowly got up leaning against the wall by them rubbing the back of his neck.

"Ooh someone's gonna die." Miroku mumbled getting under the table. Sango and Kagome looked at each other and climbed over Miroku getting out the way. Rin just stared at her and slowly stood up.

"What did you call me?" Rin asked her. Sesshoumaru standing behind Rin and facing Kikyo, shook his head at her putting his finger to his lip trying to tell her not repeat it. Kikyo ignored him and looked at Rin.

"I SAID just sit back and relax LITTLE GIRL!!!" This is Kikyo said that last part louder. Miroku ran from under the table pulled Sango and Kagome shoulder to shoulder ducking behind them.

"Ah Kikyo come on let's go. Have a nice night Kagome happy birthday." Inuyasha said quickly deciding to save his girlfriend's life. He pulled her away very quickly. Rin leaned against the table and started laughing.

"You all such idiots I wasn't going to do anything to the girl." She laughed harder holding her stomach. "I just wanted to see what ya'll was gonna do." She giggled.

"Rin don't play wit that temper of yours. Because the last the time a girl called you A Little Girl at the club it was shut down and never opened since." Sango said. Rin winked at her and smiled.

They got to Rin's house and went down to the basement to sleep. Kagome sat outside for while to watch the sunrise. She sat on the backyard porch swing looking at the beautiful sky. She was thinking of Inuyasha and her heart was hurting each time she thought about him. He was everything she wanted in a man. He made her feel secure and safe like she was the Queen of the world but when Kikyo comes he gets all jumpy and pays her no mind. Even though Kikyo is his girlfriend why doesn't he leave her for Kagome. He said he had no problem doing it so why wasn't he? And what she was gonna do with Kouga? She sighed deeply looking confused.

Later that day Kagome was running errands she had to find another job because she quit the comic bookstore job once Kouga got a job a close to hers and literally came over every second to see what she was doing. She was wearing a light pink skirt, a pink bikini top and white flip flops.

She was listening to her Destiny Child CD Writing's On The Wall. There was this particular song that fit her mood so she sung with it.

"If ya leave her, I'll leave him, we'll pack our bags won't say a word let's go far away into another place. We'll hide away oh just you and me." She sung with the music picturing herself and Inuyasha just leaving together not telling Kikyo or Kouga anything. She said and stopped at the gas station. Waiting for someone to come to her window. She leaned over looking in her bag for her money.

"All the ladies leave your man at home cuz the club is full of ballas and they're pockets full grown." A voice sung with the song she listening to she shot her up and looked in a pair of amber eyes.

"Inuyasha what are you doing here?" She asked.

"Working." He smiled. She blushed a little feeling dumb and cleared her throat.

"Oh."

"So what are you having?"

"Full on super."

"Okie Dokie." He smiled putting the gas in her gasp pump. He walked back over to the car leaning on the gas vender. "Where you going looking like that?" He asked looking at her bikini top. Kagome smiled at him.

"Oh I didn't know you were my boyfriend."

"Oh you didn't?"

"Not-uh."

"I guess I have to ask you out then huh?"

"It would be nice."

"Will you go out with me?" He asked her.

"No." She answered smiling at him.

"And why not?"

"Because I have a boyfriend and you have a girlfriend." Kagome said.

"Oh right how could I forget."

"Inuyasha how about you do some work around here and pump more cars." A guy walked over to him. He then looked at Kagome and smiled. "And are you going to introduce me to your friend?"

"Kagome this is Eric my boss and Eric is this my friend Kagome." Inuyasha said.

"Hi how are you?" Eric kissed Kagome's hand and winked at her. "Are you single?"

"No, I have a boyfriend." Kagome smiled.
"Damn all the fine ones are taken." He went to walk away and turned to Inuyasha. "Get to work."

"I am working how about you do something." Inuyasha laughed as Eric flipped him the finger walking away. Kagome shook her head and looked back at Inuyasha.

"Why don't you leave Kikyo?" She asked him. He looked at her a little shock from her straight forwardness.

"Huh?" He said wanting to make sure he heard her right. She began blushing and looked away.

"Nothing forget it. Is the full yet."

"Oh." Inuyasha said walking over to gas pumping and closing it. Kagome started the car once the meter to full she handed him the money. "It's on me." He said. Kagome smiled a little and nodded her head.

"Thanks."

"What you say before?"

"I said nothing. Wanna come over later. Sota's having a pool party."

"To celebrate his birthday or something?"

"No to just have one." She shrugged.

"Ok sure. Give me one hour I'll be there."

"Ok bye." She drove off. She couldn't believe she asked him that question. Maybe she wanted him more the she realized. Most importantly she had to talk to Kouga. So she dialed his number.

"Hello?" A tired voice answered.

"Kouga you ass whole are you going around telling everyone I'm your slut?!!" She yelled angrily.
