"K-K-Kikyo?"

"Hey you." She laughed. Inuyasha growled in frustration.

"You have some nerve Kikyo!" Inuyasha snapped angrily. Kikyo sighed deeply shaking her head.

"I'm sorry Inuyasha. But my Mom sent me to Colorado to get some psychological help. BUT I'm all better now. I missed you Inuyasha."

"Kikyo, I'm getting married in about 3 months." He said lowly knowing it was either going to extremely break her heart or extremely send her into rage.

"WHAT?!!"

"Kikyo, I have to go Kagome's on the other line."

"I DON'T GIVE A FUCK!!!" Kikyo shouted. "How could you Inuyasha-" Inuyasha clicked back over to Kagome feeling kinda bad.

"Sorry babe." He mumbled.

"Who was that?" Kagome asked brushing her hair. Inuyasha was getting ready to say no one to avoid conflict but he knew if he lied and Kagome found out she wouldn't marry him.

"Kikyo."

"Kikyo?" Kagome looked in shock. "What she want? Why she call?" Kagome's heart started pounding.

"I have no idea babe. I told her I was getting married and left it at that."

"Oh, well block her number."

"It's kinda hard to block a number that's already blocked."

"Inuyasha-"

"Kagome don't. I love you honey, we're getting married soon and I wouldn't do anything stupid to jeopardize that. Believe me I learned my lesson." Inuyasha assured her. Kagome smiled and nodded her head feeling confident.

"Ok, looking forward in seeing you soon."

"I'll be home in another hour ok babe?"

"Ok. Love you."

"I love you too babe." They both hung up the phone. Right away his cell started ringing. "Hello?"

"Inuyasha what do you mean you're getting married?"

"I mean I'm getting married, I'm giving up my single life to be a full time COMMITTED FAITHFUL husband." Inuyasha told her. Kikyo wiped the fallen tears from her eyes and she started shaking.

"I don't believe you Inuyasha. I mean I thought we.....us...."

"Kikyo we are no more. I'm with Kagome now."

"You're marrying her?" Kikyo scoffed.

"Yes Kikyo. I am." Inuyasha looked down starting to feel really bad. He waited for Kikyo to say something instead he just heard a click indicating she hung up on him. Inuyasha closed his phone and looked at it shaking his head. "I'm, I'm, I'm sorry Kikyo." He clipped the phone back to his belt hoop and continued working on the old Buick.

Kagome yawned as she crawled into bed she turned the TV off and laid her head on the pillow getting ready to fall asleep. She heard Inuyasha open and close the door working towards the room. He turned the light on, Kagome sat up looking at him.

"Oh I'm sorry did I wake you up?" Inuyasha asked her. Kagome smiled and shook her head no.

"No, I just laid my head down actually." Kagome told him, he nodded his head quietly as he stripped from his clothes. Kagome noticed how quiet and aloof he looked. "Are you ok Inuyasha?"

"Huh?" He looked at her.

"Are you ok?" She repeated raising her eyebrow. He looked away and nodded his head.

"Yeah, I'm fine I'm just in deep thought."

"Anything you wanna talk about baby?" Kagome asked in concern. Inuyasha smiled walking to her side of the bed and sat down. He kissed her lips and looked in her eyes.

"You're beautiful." He told her. Kagome smiled and stroked his cheek.

"And you're handsome." They both started laughing. Inuyasha took her hand and kissed her palm then kissed the back of her hand.

"You know it's funny I truly have feelings about you. I can actually stand up and tell anyone and everyone that I love you and be proud of it not feel shy or as if I'm making the wrong decision. You know it was much different with Kikyo, she would say she love me and I would say it back as if I had to. She always talked about marriage with me but I was very distant to her when it came to that conversation but on the night of Rin's baby shower I got in front of everyone and asked you to marry me. Kagome I love you and my heart races when I say that. Every morning I wake up and thank Kami that I can turn over and see your face right next mine. I'm so happy that I can kiss you whenever I feel like it and most importantly I feel whole when I see you every day, every afternoon and every night. Kagome understand my love for you is unconditional." Inuyasha finished and looked at her shock eyes. Kagome chocked back a sob and hugged him tightly. Inuyasha smiled holding her close after he said that he didn't feel as bad for telling Kikyo he was marrying Kagome. Inuyasha pulled back from her and kissed her lips once more. "I'm gonna go take a shower." He smiled and got up walking into the bathroom. Kagome laid her head down and hugged the pillow close to her face. She closed her eyes as tears fell from her eyes, that was the most beautiful thing she ever heard it was strange to her though she felt like she was in some kind of romance novel because after that speech Inuyasha literally swept her off her feet.

Kagome sat in her mother's living flipping through a bridal magazine to find a dress with her feet on the coffee table. She was wearing denim stretchy Capri's, a white button down sleeveless shirt and nothing on her feet.

"Well do you want a halter dress, strapless dress, a spaghetti strap dress? What?" Rin asked as she sat on the floor changing Seitaro. Rin was wearing gray sweat pants and a red tank top that covered her stomach and white socks. Seitaro was wearing blue jeans, a white short sleeve t-shirt with his name stitched on light blue stitching.

"I don't know." Kagome sighed rubbing her head.

"Well it's going to be hot, so I'm sure you want something to be comfortable in." Sango commented as she sat on the recliner feeding Satoru. Sango was wearing pink and white shorts, a white halter that exposed her stomach and nothing on her feet. Satoru was wearing the same thing as his brother only his name was on his shirt.

Kagome nodded her head still flipping through pages.

"Well I do wanna go with strapless but then I'm afraid it might fall down."

"You have enough breast for a strapless dress Kagome geez." Sango laughed. Rin laughed with her and sat next to Kagome.

"Yeah, like me before I had the boys I had nothing so a strapless dress for me isn't smart. But now I can wear them HA!" Rin nodded her head causing them to laugh.

"I know you're happy." Kagome looked at Rin.

"I am." Rin stood Seitaro on her lap, he looked at Kagome who smiled at him. He squealed laughing and bounced on Rin's lap. Rin kissed his chubby smiling at him. "My baby." Rin kissed his cheek again. Kagome smiled looking at him.

"I'm scared to get married because I know it won't be long till I probably get pregnant." Kagome shivered a little. Rin started laughing.

"Now that'll be the day I laugh my ass off. Inuyasha a father." Rin looked at Sango who started cracking up as she was patting Satoru's back so he could burp. Kagome sucked her teeth and looked between them.

"What are you tryna say? Inuyasha can't be a good father?"

"No, it has nothing to do with him being a good father or not. It's just the fact of picturing him as a father that's funny." Sango told her and they all started laughing causing Seitaro to laugh. Kagome leaned over at him and kissed his cheek.

"You like laughing don't you?" Kagome asked him in a high pitch voice, she held her hands out to see if he would come to her. He practically jumped out of Rin's hands to get to Kagome. Rin looked at him as she handed him to Kagome.

"Well excuse me Mr. Man." Rin laughed and stretched. Kagome stood him up on her lap.

Sota and Ayumi came downstairs from his room.

"Hey ladies." Sota smiled waving at them. He walked over to Kagome and kissed her cheek. "Hey sis how ya been?" He asked her poking Seitaro making him laugh. He was wearing a red and white short set and red and white Jordan's.

"I been good. Hey Ayumi how are you?"

"I'm good Kagome, how are you?" She asked as she sat down on the two seater couch. She was wearing a denim halter dress that stopped at her knees and white sneakers with the back out.

"I'm good." Kagome smiled. Sota nudged her.

"Of course she's good she's getting married in 2 months and school's almost over." Sota took Seitaro from Kagome and held him in the air making faces at him. Seitaro kicked his legs laughing in joy. Rin looked at Sango.

"What's that one doing?"

"Going to sleep." Sango said looking at Satoru with his eyes half closed. Rin started laughing.

"You just rocked my child to sleep." Rin smiled. Sango shrugged her shoulders.

"We just chilling. I'm getting ready to go to sleep as well."

"When's rehearsals?" Sota asked Kagome. Kagome moved the magazine from her in front of her and looked up trying to think.

"Um... I wanna say next week but I'll call Totosai and ask to make sure." Kagome said looking back at the magazine. Sota looked at the magazine.

"What kind of dress you getting?"

"Please Sota don't ask her that question she doesn't even know." Rin told him laughing.

"I think I'm gonna go with the strapless style. Yeah I'm gonna go with the strapless."

"So are the bride's maids gonna have the same style or do you wanna do it another style?" Sango asked cradling a sleep Satoru in her arms.

"No, what we can do is have the same style dresses and then you can all wear a light pink color." Kagome said. Rin grunted crossing her arms.

"How I know you was gonna say pink?" Rin rolled her eyes. Kagome waved her hand at Rin.

"Anyway yeah so that's why we're gonna do."

"Who's going to be the ring barrier and flower girl?" Sota asked.

"Well Inuyasha said his 1st cousin Ami she's 5 so she can be the flower girl. She's so cute."

"Oh yeah I know who you're talking about she's a sweet child." Rin smiled. Kagome nodded her head agreeing.

"And then our cousin Hayate can be the ring barrier."

"Oh geez." Sota rolled his eyes. Kagome started laughing and nodded her head.

"I know tell me about it."

"My cousin got married at the place you're getting married. She got married about 3 years ago." Ayumi told Kagome. Kagome looked at her smiling.

"Yeah? How was it?"

"It's really nice only thing is she got married in December but the water was ice and the waterfall was ice but it was beautiful it really looked nice." Ayumi nodded her head.

"So even in the winter it looks pretty." Sango said, Ayumi nodded her head.

"I wanna get married there too." Ayumi said. Sota's eyes opened wide and he fidgeted uncomfortably in his seat, Kagome noticed and started laughing.

"Shut up Kagome." Sota snapped. Kagome smiled and rubbed his head. That would be the day she see her brother getting married, things were going great and her wedding day was getting closer with every passing day and she was getting more and more excited.
